1Msifuni Bwana. Enyi watumishi wa Bwana msifuni, lisifuni jina la Bwana. 2Jina la Bwana na lisifiwe, sasa na hata milele. 3Kuanzia mawio ya jua hadi machweo yake, jina la Bwana linapaswa kusifiwa. 4Bwana ametukuka juu ya mataifa yote, utukufu wake juu ya mbingu. 5Ni nani aliye kama Bwana Mungu wetu, Yeye ambaye ameketi juu kwenye kiti cha enzi, 6ambaye huinama atazame chini aone mbingu na nchi? 7Huwainua maskini kutoka mavumbini, na kuwanyanyua wahitaji kutoka kwenye jalala, 8huwaketisha pamoja na wakuu, pamoja na wakuu wa watu wake. 9Humjalia mwanamke tasa kutulia nyumbani mwake, akiwa mama watoto mwenye furaha. Msifuni Bwana.

1Praise Yah! Praise, you servants of Yahweh, praise Yahweh’s name. 2Blessed be Yahweh’s name, from this time forward and forever more. 3From the rising of the sun to the going down of the same, Yahweh’s name is to be praised. 4Yahweh is high above all nations, his glory above the heavens. 5Who is like Yahweh, our God, who has his seat on high, 6Who stoops down to see in heaven and in the earth? 7He raises up the poor out of the dust. Lifts up the needy from the ash heap; 8that he may set him with princes, even with the princes of his people. 9He settles the barren woman in her home, as a joyful mother of children. Praise Yah!

1Hallelujah! Looft, gij knechten des HEEREN! looft den Naam des HEEREN. 2De Naam des HEEREN zij geprezen, van nu aan tot in der eeuwigheid. 3Van den opgang der zon af tot haar nedergang, zij de Naam des HEEREN geloofd. 4De HEERE is hoog boven alle heidenen, boven de hemelen is Zijn heerlijkheid. 5Wie is gelijk de HEERE, onze God? Die zeer hoog woont. 6Die zeer laag ziet, in den hemel en op de aarde. 7Die den geringe uit het stof opricht, en den nooddruftige uit den drek verhoogt; 8Om te doen zitten bij de prinsen, bij de prinsen Zijns volks. 9Die de onvruchtbare doet wonen met een huisgezin, een blijde moeder van kinderen.
