Psalmaro 112

1Haleluja! Bone estas al la homo, kiu timas la Eternulon Kaj tre amas Liajn ordonojn. 2Forta sur la tero estos lia semo; La gento de virtuloj estos benita. 3Bonstato kaj riĉeco estas en lia domo; Kaj lia justeco restas eterne. 4En mallumo leviĝas lumo por la virtulo. Li estas kompatema, favorkora, kaj justa. 5Bone estas al la homo, kiu kompatas kaj pruntedonas, Kiu pesas siajn farojn per justeco. 6Ĉar neniam li falos; Virtulo estos memorata eterne. 7Malbonan famon li ne timos; Fortika estas lia koro, ĝi fidas la Eternulon. 8Senŝanceliĝa estas lia koro; Li ne timas, ĝis li vidas la pereon de siaj malamikoj. 9Li ŝutas kaj donas al la malriĉuloj; Lia justeco restas eterne, Lia korno altiĝos en honoro. 10La malvirtulo vidas kaj ĉagreniĝas, Kunfrapas la dentojn kaj konsumiĝas. 1Praise Yah! Blessed is the man who fears Yahweh, who delights greatly in his commandments. 2His seed will be mighty in the land. The generation of the upright will be blessed. 3Wealth and riches are in his house. His righteousness endures forever. 4Light dawns in the darkness for the upright, gracious, merciful, and righteous. 5It is well with the man who deals graciously and lends. He will maintain his cause in judgment. 6For he will never be shaken. The righteous will be remembered forever. 7He will not be afraid of evil news. His heart is steadfast, trusting in Yahweh. 8His heart is established. He will not be afraid in the end when he sees his adversaries. 9He has dispersed, he has given to the poor. His righteousness endures forever. His horn will be exalted with honor. 10The wicked will see it, and be grieved. He shall gnash with his teeth, and melt away. The desire of the wicked will perish.

Hij zal voor geen kwaad gerucht vrezen; Nun. zijn hart is vast, betrouwende op den HEERE. 8Samech. Zijn hart, wel ondersteund zijnde, zal niet vrezen; Ain. totdat hij op zijn wederpartijen zie. 9Pe. Hij strooit uit, hij geeft den nooddruftige; Tsade. zijn gerechtigheid bestaat in eeuwigheid; Koph. zijn hoorn zal verhoogd worden in eer. 10Resch. De goddeloze zal het zien, en hij zal zich vertoornen; Schin. hij zal met zijn tanden knersen en smelten. Thau. de wens der goddelozen zal vergaan.
