Thi-thiên 26

1Hỡi Ðức Giê-hô-va, xin hãy đoán xét tôi, vì tôi đã bước đi trong sự thanh liêm, Tôi cũng nhờ cậy Ðức Giê-hô-va, không xiêu tó. 2Ðức Giê-hô-va ôi! xin hãy dò xét và thử thách tôi, Rèn luyện lòng dạ tôi, 3Vì sự nhơn từ Chúa ở trước mặt tôi, Tôi đã đi theo lẽ thật của Chúa. 4Tôi không ngồi chung cùng người dối trá, Cũng chẳng đi với kẻ giả hình. 5Tôi ghét bọn làm ác, Chẳng chịu ngồi chung với kẻ dữ. 6Hỡi Ðức Giê-hô-va, tôi sẽ rửa tay tôi trong sự vô tội, Và đi vòng xung quanh bàn thờ của Ngài; 7Hầu cho nức tiếng tạ ơn, Và thuật các công việc lạ lùng của Chúa. 8Hỡi Ðức Giê-hô-va, tôi ưa nơi ở của nhà Ngài, Và chốn ngự của sự vinh hiển Ngài. 9Cầu Chúa chớ cất linh hồn tôi chung với tội nhơn, Cũng đừng trừ mạng sống tôi với người đổ huyết; 10Trong tay chúng nó có gian ác, Tay hữu họ đầy dẫy hối lộ. 11Còn tôi, tôi sẽ bước đi trong sự thanh liêm, Xin hãy chuộc tôi, và thương xót tôi. 12Chơn tôi đứng trên đường bằng thẳng; Tôi sẽ ngợi khen Ðức Giê-hô-va trong các hội chúng.

1Judge me, Yahweh, for I have walked in my integrity. I have trusted also in Yahweh without wavering. 2Examine me, Yahweh, and prove me. Try my heart and my mind. 3For your loving kindness is before my eyes. I have walked in your truth. 4I have not sat with deceitful men, neither will I go in with hypocrites. 5I hate the assembly of evildoers, and will not sit with the wicked. 6I will wash my hands in innocence, so I will go about your altar, Yahweh; 7that I may make the voice of thanksgiving to be heard, and tell of all your wondrous works. 8Yahweh, I love the habitation of your house, the place where your glory dwells. 9Don’t gather my soul with sinners, nor my life with bloodthirsty men; 10in whose hands is wickedness, their right hand is full of bribes. 11But as for me, I will walk in my integrity. Redeem me, and be merciful to me. 12My foot stands in an even place. In the congregations I will bless Yahweh.

1Een psalm van David! Doe mij recht, HEERE! want ik wandel in mijn oprechtigheid; en ik vertrouw op den HEERE, ik zal niet wankelen. 2Proef mij, HEERE, en verzoek mij; toets mijn nieren en mijn hart. 3Want Uw goedertierenheid is voor mijn ogen, en ik wandel in Uw waarheid. 4Ik zit niet bij ijdele lieden, en met bedekte lieden ga ik niet om. 5Ik haat de vergadering der boosdoeners, en bij de goddelozen zit ik niet. 6Ik was mijn handen in onschuld, en ik ga rondom uw altaar, o HEERE! 7Om te doen horen de stem des lofs, en om te vertellen al Uw wonderen. 8HEERE! ik heb lief de woning van Uw huis, en de plaats des tabernakels Uwer eer. 9Raap mijn ziel niet weg met de zondaren, noch mijn leven met de mannen des bloeds; 10In welker handen schandelijk bedrijf is, en welker rechterhand vol geschenken is. 11Maar ik wandel in mijn oprechtigheid, verlos mij dan en wees mij genadig. 12Mijn voet staat op effen baan; ik zal den HEERE loven in de vergaderingen.
