Thi-thiên 24

1Ðất và muôn vật trên đất, Thế gian và những kẻ ở trong đó, đều thuộc về Ðức Giê-hô-va. 2Vì Ngài đã lập đất trên các biển, Và đặt nó vững trên các nước lớn. 3Ai sẽ được lên núi Ðức Giê-hô-va? Ai sẽ được đứng nổi trong nơi thánh của Ngài? 4Ấy là người có tay trong sạch và lòng thanh khiết, Chẳng hướng linh hồn mình về sự hư không, Cũng chẳng thề nguyện giả dối. 5Người ấy sẽ được phước từ nơi Ðức Giê-hô-va, Và sự công bình từ nơi Ðức Chúa Trời về sự cứu rỗi người. 6Ấy là dòng dõi của những người tìm kiếm Ðức Giê-hô-va, Tức là những người tìm kiếm mặt Ðức Chúa Trời của Gia-cốp. 7Hỡi các cửa, hãy cất đầu lên! Hỡi các cửa đời đời, hãy mở cao lên! Thì Vua vinh hiển sẽ vào. 8Vua vinh hiển nầy là ai? Ấy là Ðức Giê-hô-va có sức lực và quyền năng, Ðức Giê-hô-va mạnh dạn trong chiến trận. 9Hỡi các cửa, hãy cất đầu lên! Hỡi các cửa đời đời, hãy mở cao lên, Thì vua vinh hiển sẽ vào. 10Vua vinh hiển nầy là ai? Ấy là Ðức Giê-hô-va vạn quân, Chính Ngài là Vua vinh hiển.

1The earth is Yahweh’s, with its fullness; the world, and those who dwell therein. 2For he has founded it on the seas, and established it on the floods. 3Who may ascend to Yahweh’s hill? Who may stand in his holy place? 4He who has clean hands and a pure heart; who has not lifted up his soul to falsehood, and has not sworn deceitfully. 5He shall receive a blessing from Yahweh, righteousness from the God of his salvation. 6This is the generation of those who seek Him, who seek your face—even Jacob. Selah. 7Lift up your heads, you gates! Be lifted up, you everlasting doors, and the King of glory will come in. 8Who is the King of glory? Yahweh strong and mighty, Yahweh mighty in battle. 9Lift up your heads, you gates; yes, lift them up, you everlasting doors, and the King of glory will come in. 10Who is this King of glory? Yahweh of Armies is the King of glory! Selah.

De aarde is des HEEREN, mitsgaders haar volheid, de wereld, en die daarin wonen. 2Want Hij heeft ze gegrond op de zeeen, en heeft ze gevestigd op de rivieren. 3Wie zal klimmen op den berg des HEEREN, en wie zal staan in de plaats Zijner heiligheid? 4Die rein van handen, en zuiver van hart is, die zijn ziel niet opheft tot ijdelheid, en die niet bedriegelijk zweert; 5Die zal den zegen ontvangen van den HEERE, en gerechtigheid van den God zijns heils. 6Dat is het geslacht dergenen, die naar Hem vragen, die Uw aangezicht zoeken, dat is Jakob! Sela. 7Heft uw hoofden op, gij poorten, en verheft u, gij eeuwige deuren, opdat de Koning der ere inga! 8Wie is de Koning der ere? De HEERE, sterk en geweldig, de HEERE, geweldig in den strijd. 9Heft uw hoofden op, gij poorten, ja, heft op, gij eeuwige deuren! opdat de Koning der ere inga! 10Wie is Hij, deze Koning der ere?
