Salmos 98

1Cantai ao SENHOR uma canção nova, porque ele fez maravilhas; sua mão direita e seu santo braço lhe fez ter a salvação. 2O SENHOR fez ser conhecida sua salvação; perante os olhos das nações ele mostrou sua justiça. 3Ele se lembrou de sua bondade e de sua fidelidade para com a casa de Israel; todos os confins da terra viram a salvação de nosso Deus. 4Gritai de alegria ao SENHOR, toda a terra; clamai, cantai alegres, e tocai salmos. 5Tocai ao SENHOR com harpa; com harpa, e com a voz da música; 6Com trombetas, e som de cornetas, clamai alegremente diante do Rei SENHOR. 7Faça barulho o mar com sua plenitude; o mundo com os que nele habitam. 8Que os rios batam palmas, que as montanhas juntamente se alegrem, 9Diante do SENHOR, porque ele vem para julgar a terra; ele julgará ao mundo com justiça, e aos povos de forma correta.

1Sing to Yahweh a new song, for he has done marvelous things! His right hand, and his holy arm, have worked salvation for him. 2Yahweh has made known his salvation. He has openly shown his righteousness in the sight of the nations. 3He has remembered his loving kindness and his faithfulness toward the house of Israel. All the ends of the earth have seen the salvation of our God. 4Make a joyful noise to Yahweh, all the earth! Burst out and sing for joy, yes, sing praises! 5Sing praises to Yahweh with the harp, with the harp and the voice of melody. 6With trumpets and sound of the ram’s horn, make a joyful noise before the King, Yahweh. 7Let the sea roar with its fullness; the world, and those who dwell therein. 8Let the rivers clap their hands. Let the mountains sing for joy together. 9Let them sing before Yahweh, for he comes to judge the earth. He will judge the world with righteousness, and the peoples with equity.

Zingt den HEERE een nieuw lied; want Hij heeft wonderen gedaan; Zijn rechterhand, en de arm Zijner heiligheid, heeft Hem heil gegeven. 2De HEERE heeft Zijn heil bekend gemaakt; Hij heeft Zijn gerechtigheid geopenbaard voor de ogen der heidenen. 3Hij is gedachtig geweest Zijner goedertierenheid, en Zijner waarheid aan het huis Israels; en al de einden der aarde hebben gezien het heil onzes Gods. 4Juicht den HEERE, gij ganse aarde! roept uit van vreugde, en zingt vrolijk, en psalmzingt. 5Psalmzingt den HEERE met de harp, met de harp en met de stem des gezangs, 6Met trompetten en bazuinengeklank; juicht voor het aangezicht des Konings, des HEEREN. 7De zee bruise met haar volheid, de wereld met degenen, die daarin wonen. 8Dat de rivieren met de handen klappen, dat tegelijk de gebergten vreugde bedrijven, 9Voor het aangezicht des HEEREN, want Hij komt, om de aarde te richten; Hij zal de wereld richten in gerechtigheid, en de volken in alle rechtmatigheid.
