1Aleluia! Louvai o nome do SENHOR; louvai -o vós, servos do SENHOR, 2Que prestais serviço na Casa do SENHOR, nos pátios da Casa do nosso Deus. 3Louvai ao SENHOR, porque o SENHOR é bom; cantai louvores ao seu nome, porque é agradável; 4Porque o SENHOR escolheu para si a Jacó, a Israel como propriedade sua; 5Porque eu sei que o SENHOR é grande, e nosso Senhor está acima de todos os deuses. 6O SENHOR faz tudo o que quer, nos céus, na terra, nos mares, e em todos os abismos. 7Ele faz as nuvens subirem desde os confins da terra, faz os relâmpagos com a chuva; ele produz os ventos de seus tesouros. 8Ele feriu os primogênitos do Egito, desde os homens até os animais. 9Ele enviou sinais e prodígios no meio de ti, Egito; contra Faraó, e contra todos os seus servos. 10Ele feriu muitas nações, e matou reis poderosos: 11Seom, rei dos amorreus, e Ogue, rei de Basã; e todos os reinos de Canaã. 12E deu a terra deles como herança; como herança a Israel, seu povo. 13Ó SENHOR, teu nome dura para sempre; e tua memória, SENHOR, de geração em geração. 14Porque o SENHOR julgará a seu povo; e terá compaixão de seus servos. 15Os ídolos das nações são prata e ouro; são obra de mãos humanas. 16Têm boca, mas não falam; têm olhos, mas não veem. 17Têm ouvidos, mas não ouvem; não têm respiração em sua boca. 18Tornem-se como eles os que os fazem, e todos os que confiam neles. 19Casa de Israel, bendizei ao SENHOR! Casa de Arão, bendizei ao SENHOR! 20Casa de Levi, bendizei ao SENHOR! Vós que temeis ao SENHOR, bendizei ao SENHOR. 21Bendito seja o SENHOR desde Sião, ele que habita em Jerusalém. Aleluia!

They have eyes, but they can’t see. 17They have ears, but they can’t hear; neither is there any breath in their mouths. 18Those who make them will be like them; yes, everyone who trusts in them. 19House of Israel, praise Yahweh! Prijst den Naam des HEEREN, prijst Hem, gij knechten des HEEREN! 2Gij, die staat in het huis des HEEREN, in de voorhoven van het huis onzes Gods! 3Looft den HEERE, want de HEERE is goed; psalmzingt Zijn Naam, want Hij is liefelijk. 4Want de HEERE heeft Zich Jakob verkoren, Israel tot Zijn eigendom. 5Want ik weet, dat de HEERE groot is, en dat onze Heere boven alle goden is. 6Al wat den HEERE behaagt, doet Hij, in de hemelen, en op de aarde, in de zeeen en alle afgronden. 7Hij doet dampen opklimmen van het einde der aarde; Hij maakt de bliksemen met den regen; Hij brengt den wind uit Zijn schatkameren voort. 8Die de eerstgeborenen van Egypte sloeg, van den mens af tot het vee toe. 9Hij zond tekenen en wonderen in het midden van u, o Egypte! tegen Farao en tegen al zijn knechten. 10Die veel volken sloeg, en machtige koningen doodde; 11Sihon, den koning der Amorieten, en Og, den koning van Basan, en al de koninkrijken van Kanaan, 12En Hij gaf hun land ten erve, ten erve aan Zijn volk Israel. 13O HEERE! Uw Naam is in eeuwigheid; HEERE! Uw gedachtenis is van geslacht tot geslacht. 14Want de HEERE zal Zijn volk richten, en het zal Hem berouwen over Zijn knechten. 15De afgoden der heidenen zijn zilver en goud, een werk van mensenhanden. 16Zij hebben een mond, maar spreken niet; zij hebben ogen, maar zien niet; 17Oren hebben zij, maar horen niet; ook is er geen adem in hun mond. 18Dat die ze maken, hun gelijk worden, en al wie op hen vertrouwt. 19Gij huis Israels! looft den HEERE; gij huis Aarons! looft den HEERE. 20Gij huis van Levi! looft den HEERE; gij die den HEERE vreest! looft den HEERE. 21Geloofd zij de HEERE uit Sion, Die te Jeruzalem woont.
