Salmos 132

1Lembra-te, SENHOR, de Davi, e de todas as aflições dele. 2Ele, que jurou ao SENHOR, e fez um voto ao Poderoso de Jacó, 3dizendo : Não entrarei na tenda de minha casa, nem subirei no leito de minha cama; 4Não darei sono aos meus olhos, nem cochilo às minhas pálpebras; 5Enquanto eu não achar um lugar para o SENHOR, moradas para o Poderoso de Jacó. 6Eis que ouvimos dela em Efrata, e a achamos nos campos de Jaar. 7Entraremos em suas moradas, e nos prostraremos perante o escabelo de seus pés. 8Levanta-te, SENHOR, a teu repouso; tu e a arca de teu poder. 9Que teus sacerdotes se vistam de justiça, e teus santos gritem de alegria. 10Por causa de Davi teu servo, não rejeites o rosto de teu ungido. 11O SENHOR jurou a Davi com fidelidade; dela não se desviará. Ele disse : Do fruto do teu ventre porei sobre o teu trono. 12Se teus filhos guardarem meu pacto e meus testemunhos que eu lhes ensinar, também seus filhos se sentarão sobre teu trono para sempre. 13Porque o SENHOR escolheu a Sião, desejou-a para sua habitação, 14Dizendo : Este é o meu repouso para sempre; aqui habitarei, pois assim desejei. 15Abençoarei seu sustento abundantemente, e fartarei seus necessitados de pão. 16E a seus sacerdotes vestirei de salvação; e seus santos gritarão de alegria abundantemente. 17Ali farei brotar o poder de Davi; e preparei uma lâmpada para o meu ungido. 18A seus inimigos vestirei de vergonha; mas sobre ele florescerá sua coroa.

1Yahweh, remember David and all his affliction, 2how he swore to Yahweh, and vowed to the Mighty One of Jacob: 3“Surely I will not come into the structure of my house, nor go up into my bed; 4I will not give sleep to my eyes, or slumber to my eyelids; 5until I find out a place for Yahweh, a dwelling for the Mighty One of Jacob.” 6Behold, we heard of it in Ephrathah. We found it in the field of Jaar: 7“We will go into his dwelling place. We will worship at his footstool. 8Arise, Yahweh, into your resting place; you, and the ark of your strength. 9Let your priest be clothed with righteousness. Let your saints shout for joy!” 10For your servant David’s sake, don’t turn away the face of your anointed one. 11Yahweh has sworn to David in truth. He will not turn from it: “I will set the fruit of your body on your throne. 12If your children will keep my covenant, my testimony that I will teach them, their children also will sit on your throne forever more.” 13For Yahweh has chosen Zion. He has desired it for his habitation. 14“This is my resting place forever. Here I will live, for I have desired it. 15I will abundantly bless her provision. I will satisfy her poor with bread. 16Her priests I will also clothe with salvation. Her saints will shout aloud for joy. 17There I will make the horn of David to bud. I have ordained a lamp for my anointed. 18I will clothe his enemies with shame, but on himself, his crown will be resplendent.”

1Een lied Hammaaloth. O HEERE! gedenk aan David, aan al zijn lijden; 2Dat hij den HEERE gezworen heeft, den Machtige Jakobs gelofte gedaan heeft, zeggende: 3Zo ik in de tent mijns huizes inga, zo ik op de koets van mijn bed klimme! 4Zo ik mijn ogen slaap geve, mijn oogleden sluimering; 5Totdat ik voor den HEERE een plaats gevonden zal hebben, woningen voor den Machtige Jakobs! 6Ziet, wij hebben van haar gehoord in Efratha; wij hebben haar gevonden in de velden van Jaar. 7Wij zullen in Zijn woningen ingaan, wij zullen ons nederbuigen voor de voetbank Zijner voeten. 8Sta op, HEERE! tot Uw rust, Gij en de ark Uwer sterkte! 9Dat Uw priesters bekleed worden met gerechtigheid, en dat Uw gunstgenoten juichen. 10Weer het aangezicht Uws Gezalfden niet af, om Davids, Uws knechts wil. 11De HEERE heeft David de waarheid gezworen, waarvan Hij niet wijken zal, zeggende: Van de vrucht uws buiks zal Ik op uw troon zetten. 12Indien uw zonen Mijn verbond zullen houden, en Mijn getuigenissen, die Ik hun leren zal; zo zullen ook hun zonen tot in eeuwigheid op uw troon zitten. 13Want de HEERE heeft Sion verkoren, Hij heeft het begeerd tot Zijn woonplaats, zeggende: 14Dit is Mijn rust tot in eeuwigheid, hier zal Ik wonen, want Ik heb ze begeerd. 15Ik zal haar kost rijkelijk zegenen, haar nooddruftigen zal Ik met brood verzadigen. 16En haar priesters zal Ik met heil bekleden, en haar gunstgenoten zullen zeer juichen. 17Daar zal Ik David een hoorn doen uitspruiten; Ik heb voor Mijn Gezalfde een lamp toegericht. 18Ik zal zijn vijanden met schaamte bekleden; maar op hem zal zijn kroon bloeien.
