Ezechiele 43

1Poi mi condusse alla porta, alla porta che guardava a oriente. 2Ed ecco, la gloria dell’Iddio d’Israele veniva dal lato d’oriente. La sua voce era come il rumore di grandi acque, e la terra risplendeva della sua gloria. 3La visione ch’io n’ebbi era simile a quella ch’io ebbi quando venni per distruggere la città; e queste visioni erano simili a quella che avevo avuta presso il fiume Kebar; e io caddi sulla mia faccia. 4E la gloria dell’Eterno entrò nella casa per la via della porta che guardava a oriente. 5Lo spirito mi levò in alto, e mi menò nel cortile interno; ed ecco, la gloria dell’Eterno riempiva la casa. 6Ed io udii qualcuno che mi parlava dalla casa, e un uomo era in piedi presso di me. 7Egli mi disse: "Figliuol d’uomo, questo è il luogo del mio trono, e il luogo dove poserò la pianta dei miei piedi; io vi abiterò in perpetuo in mezzo ai figliuoli d’Israele; e la casa d’Israele e i suoi re non contamineranno più il mio santo nome con le loro prostituzioni e con le carogne dei loro re sui loro alti luoghi, 8come facevano quando mettevano la loro soglia presso la mia soglia, i loro stipiti presso i miei stipiti, talché non c’era che una parete fra me e loro. Essi contaminavano così il mio santo nome con le abominazioni che commettevano; ond’io li consumai, nella mia ira. 9Ora allontaneranno da me le loro prostituzioni e le carogne dei loro re, e io abiterò in mezzo a loro in perpetuo. 10E tu, figliuol d’uomo, mostra questa casa alla casa d’Israele, e si vergognino delle loro iniquità. 11Ne misurino il piano, e se si vergognano di tutto quello che hanno fatto, fa’ loro conoscere la forma di questa casa, la sua disposizione, le sue uscite e i suoi ingressi, tutti i suoi disegni e tutti i suoi regolamenti, tutti i suoi riti e tutte le sue leggi; mettili per iscritto sotto ai loro occhi affinché osservino tutti i suoi riti e i suoi regolamenti, e li mettano in pratica. 12Tal è la legge della casa. Sulla sommità del monte, tutto lo spazio che deve occupare tutt’attorno sarà santissimo. Ecco, tal è la legge della casa. 13E queste sono le misure dell’altare, in cubiti, de’ quali ogni cubito è un cubito e un palmo. La base ha un cubito d’altezza e un cubito di larghezza; l’orlo che termina tutto il suo contorno, una spanna di larghezza; tale, il sostegno dell’altare. 14Dalla base, sul suolo, fino al gradino inferiore, due cubiti, e un cubito di larghezza; dal piccolo gradino fino al gran gradino, quattro cubiti, e un cubito di larghezza. 15La parte superiore dell’altare ha quattro cubiti d’altezza: e dal fornello dell’altare s’elevano quattro corni; 16il fornello dell’altare ha dodici cubiti di lunghezza e dodici cubiti di larghezza, e forma un quadrato perfetto. 17Il gradino ha dai quattro lati quattordici cubiti di lunghezza e quattordici cubiti di larghezza; e l’orlo che termina il suo contorno ha un mezzo cubito; la base ha tutt’attorno un cubito, e i suoi scalini son vòlti verso oriente". 18Ed egli mi disse: "Figliuol d’uomo, così parla il Signore, l’Eterno: Ecco i regolamenti dell’altare per il giorno che sarà costruito per offrirvi su l’olocausto e per farvi l’aspersione del sangue. 19Ai sacerdoti levitici che sono della stirpe di Tsadok, i quali s’accostano a me per servirmi, dice il Signore, l’Eterno, darai un giovenco per un sacrifizio per il peccato. 20E prenderai del suo sangue, e ne metterai sopra i quattro corni dell’altare e ai quattro angoli dei gradini e sull’orlo tutt’attorno, e purificherai così l’altare e farai l’espiazione per esso. 21E prenderai il giovenco del sacrifizio per il peccato, e lo si brucerà in un luogo designato della casa, fuori del santuario. 22E il secondo giorno offrirai come sacrifizio per il peccato un capro senza difetto, e con esso si purificherà l’altare come lo si è purificato col giovenco. 23Quando avrai finito di fare quella purificazione, offrirai un giovenco senza difetto, e un capro del gregge, senza difetto. 24Li presenterai davanti all’Eterno; e i sacerdoti vi getteranno su del sale, e li offriranno in olocausto all’Eterno. 25Per sette giorni offrirai ogni giorno un capro, come sacrifizio per il peccato; e s’offrirà pure un giovenco e un montone del gregge, senza difetto. 26Per sette giorni si farà l’espiazione per l’altare, lo si purificherà, e lo si consacrerà. 27E quando que’ giorni saranno compiuti, l’ottavo giorno e in seguito, i sacerdoti offriranno sull’altare i vostri olocausti e i vostri sacrifizi d’azioni di grazie; e io vi gradirò, dice il Signore, l’Eterno".

1Afterward he brought me to the gate, even the gate that looks toward the east. 2Behold, the glory of the God of Israel came from the way of the east: and his voice was like the sound of many waters; and the earth shined with his glory. 3It was according to the appearance of the vision which I saw, even according to the vision that I saw when I came to destroy the city; and the visions were like the vision that I saw by the river Chebar; and I fell on my face. 4Yahweh’s glory came into the house by the way of the gate whose prospect is toward the east. 5The Spirit took me up, and brought me into the inner court; and behold, Yahweh’s glory filled the house. 6I heard one speaking to me out of the house; and a man stood by me. 7He said to me, Son of man,this is the place of my throne, and the place of the soles of my feet, where I will dwell in the midst of the children of Israel forever. The house of Israel shall no more defile my holy name, neither they, nor their kings, by their prostitution, and by the dead bodies of their kings in their high places; 8in their setting of their threshold by my threshold, and their door post beside my door post, and there was a wall between me and them; and they have defiled my holy name by their abominations which they have committed: therefore I have consumed them in my anger. 9Now let them put away their prostitution, and the dead bodies of their kings, far from me; and I will dwell in their midst forever. 10You, son of man, show the house to the house of Israel, that they may be ashamed of their iniquities; and let them measure the pattern. 11If they be ashamed of all that they have done, make known to them the form of the house, and its fashion, and its exits, and its entrances, and all its forms, and all its ordinances, and all its forms, and all its laws; and write it in their sight; that they may keep the whole form of it, and all its ordinances, and do them. 12This is the law of the house: on the top of the mountain the whole limit around it shall be most holy. Behold, this is the law of the house. 13These are the measures of the altar by cubits (the cubit is a cubit and a hand breadth): the bottom shall be a cubit, and the breadth a cubit, and its border around its edge a span; and this shall be the base of the altar. 14From the bottom on the ground to the lower ledge shall be two cubits, and the breadth one cubit; and from the lesser ledge to the greater ledge shall be four cubits, and the breadth a cubit. 15The upper altar shall be four cubits; and from the altar hearth and upward there shall be four horns. 16The altar hearth shall be twelve cubits long by twelve broad, square in the four sides of it. 17The ledge shall be fourteen cubits long by fourteen broad in the four sides of it; and the border about it shall be half a cubit; and its bottom shall be a cubit around; and its steps shall look toward the east. 18He said to me, Son of man, thus says the Lord Yahweh: These are the ordinances of the altar in the day when they shall make it, to offer burnt offerings on it, and to sprinkle blood on it. 19You shall give to the priests the Levites who are of the seed of Zadok, who are near to me, to minister to me, says the Lord Yahweh, a young bull for a sin offering. 20You shall take of its blood, and put it on the four horns of it, and on the four corners of the ledge, and on the border all around: thus you shall cleanse it and make atonement for it. 21You shall also take the bull of the sin offering, and it shall be burnt in the appointed place of the house, outside of the sanctuary. 22On the second day you shall offer a male goat without defect for a sin offering; and they shall cleanse the altar, as they cleansed it with the bull. 23When you have finished cleansing it, you shall offer a young bull without defect, and a ram out of the flock without defect. 24You shall bring them near to Yahweh, and the priests shall cast salt on them, and they shall offer them up for a burnt offering to Yahweh. 25Seven days you shall prepare every day a goat for a sin offering: they shall also prepare a young bull, and a ram out of the flock, without defect. 26Seven days shall they make atonement for the altar and purify it; so shall they consecrate it. 27When they have accomplished the days, it shall be that on the eighth day, and forward, the priests shall make your burnt offerings on the altar, and your peace offerings; and I will accept you, says the Lord Yahweh.

1Toen leidde hij mij tot de poort, de poort, die den weg naar het oosten zag. 2En ziet, de heerlijkheid des Gods van Israel kwam van den weg naar het oosten; en Zijn stem was als het geruis van vele wateren, en de aarde werd verlicht van Zijn heerlijkheid. 3En alzo was de gedaante van het gezicht, dat ik zag, gelijk het gezicht, dat ik gezien had, toen ik kwam, om de stad te verderven; en het waren gezichten, als het gezicht, dat ik gezien had aan de rivier Chebar; en ik viel op mijn aangezicht. 4En de heerlijkheid des HEEREN kwam in het huis, door den weg der poort, die den weg naar het oosten zag. 5En de Geest nam mij op, en bracht mij in het binnenste voorhof; en ziet, de heerlijkheid des HEEREN had het huis vervuld. 6En ik hoorde Een, Die met mij sprak, uit het huis; en de man was bij mij staande. 7En Hij zeide tot mij: Mensenkind! dit is de plaats Mijns troons, en de plaats der zolen Mijner voeten, alwaar Ik wonen zal in het midden der kinderen Israels, in eeuwigheid; en die van het huis Israels zullen Mijn heiligen Naam niet meer verontreinigen, zij noch hun koningen, met hun hoererij en met de dode lichamen hunner koningen, op hun hoogten; 8Als zij hun dorpel stelden aan Mijn dorpel, en hun post nevens Mijn post, dat er maar een wand tussen Mij en tussen hen was, en verontreinigden Mijn heiligen Naam met hun gruwelen, die zij deden; waarom Ik ze verteerd heb in Mijn toorn. 9Nu zullen zij hun hoererij en de dode lichamen hunner koningen verre van Mij wegdoen; en Ik zal in het midden van hen wonen in eeuwigheid. 10Gij mensenkind; wijs den huize Israels dit huis, opdat zij schaamrood worden vanwege hun ongerechtigheden, en laat ze het patroon afmeten. 11En indien zij schaamrood worden vanwege alles, wat zij gedaan hebben, zo maak hun bekend den vorm van het huis, en zijn gestaltenis, en zijn uitgangen, en zijn ingangen, en al zijn vormen, en al zijn ordinantien, ja, al zijn vormen en al zijn wetten; en schrijf het voor hun ogen, opdat zij zijn gansen vorm en al zijn ordinantien bewaren, en dezelve doen. 12Dit is de wet van het huis: op de hoogte des bergs zal zijn ganse grens, rondom henen, een heiligheid der heiligheden zijn; ziet, dit is de wet van het huis. 13En dit zijn de maten des altaars, naar de ellen, zijnde de el een el en een handbreed; de boezem van een el, en een el de breedte; en zijn einde aan zijn rand rondom een span; en dit is de rug des altaars. 14Van den boezem nu op de aarde tot aan het onderste afzetsel, twee ellen; en de breedte een el; en van het kleinste afzetsel tot aan het grootste afzetsel, vier ellen, en de breedte een el. 15En de Harel vier ellen; en van den Ariel voorts opwaarts, de vier hoornen. 16De Ariel nu, twaalf ellen de lengte, met twaalf ellen breedte, vierkant aan zijn vier zijden. 17En het afzetsel veertien ellen de lengte, met veertien ellen breedte, aan zijn vier zijden, en de rand rondom hetzelve, de helft ener el; en de boezem daaraan, een el rondom; en zijn trappen ziende naar het oosten. 18En Hij zeide tot mij: Mensenkind! zo zegt de Heere HEERE: Dit zijn de ordinantien des altaars, ten dage als men het zal maken, om brandoffer daarop te offeren, en om bloed daarop te sprengen. 19En gij zult aan de Levietische priesteren, dewelke uit het zaad van Zadok zijn, die tot Mij naderen (spreekt de Heere HEERE), om Mij te dienen, geven een var, een jong rund, ten zondoffer. 20En gij zult van deszelfs bloed nemen, en doen het aan zijn vier hoornen, en aan de vier hoeken der afzetsels, en aan den rand rondom; alzo zult gij het ontzondigen, en het verzoenen. 21Daarna zult gij den var des zondoffers nemen; en hij zal hem verbranden in een bestelde plaats van het huis buiten het heiligdom. 22En op den tweeden dag zult gij een volkomen geitenbok offeren ten zondoffer; en zij zullen het altaar ontzondigen, gelijk als zij dat ontzondigd hebben met den var. 23Als gij een einde zult gemaakt hebben van het ontzondigen, dan zult gij een var, een volkomen jong rund, offeren, en een volkomen ram van de kudde. 24En gij zult ze offeren voor het aangezicht des HEEREN; en de priesteren zullen zout daarop werpen, en zullen ze offeren ten brandoffer den HEERE. 25Zeven dagen zult gij dagelijks een bok des zondoffers bereiden; ook zullen zij een var, een jong rund, en een ram van de kudde, beide volkomen bereiden. 26Zeven dagen zullen zij het altaar verzoenen, en het reinigen, en zijn handen vullen. 27Als zij nu deze dagen zullen voleind hebben, dan zal het op den achtsten dag en voortaan geschieden, dat de priesters uw brandofferen en uw dankofferen op het altaar zullen bereiden; en Ik zal een welgevallen aan ulieden hebben, spreekt de Heere HEERE.
