Mazmur 24

1Nyanyian Daud. Bumi dan seisinya adalah milik TUHAN, dunia dan semua yang tinggal di dalamnya. 2Sebab, Dia telah membangunnya di atas lautan, dan menegakkannya di atas sungai-sungai. 3Siapa boleh naik ke atas bukit TUHAN? Siapa boleh berdiri di tempat-Nya yang kudus? 4Dia yang tangannya bersih dan hatinya murni, yang tidak membawa jiwanya pada kesia-siaan, dan tidak bersumpah palsu. 5Dia akan menerima berkat dari TUHAN, dan kebenaran dari Allah keselamatannya. 6Inilah generasi orang-orang yang mencari Dia, yang mencari wajah Allah Yakub. Sela 7Angkat kepalamu, hai pintu-pintu gerbang, dan terangkatlah, hai pintu-pintu abadi, supaya Raja Kemuliaan masuk! 8Siapa Raja Kemuliaan itu? TUHAN yang kuat dan perkasa, TUHAN yang perkasa di dalam peperangan. 9Angkat kepalamu, hai pintu-pintu gerbang, dan terangkatlah, hai pintu-pintu abadi, supaya Raja Kemuliaan masuk! 10Siapa Raja Kemuliaan itu? Who may stand in his holy place? 4He who has clean hands and a pure heart; who has not lifted up his soul to falsehood, and has not sworn deceitfully. 5He shall receive a blessing from Yahweh, righteousness from the God of his salvation. 6This is the generation of those who seek Him, who seek your face—even Jacob. Selah. 7Lift up your heads, you gates! Be lifted up, you everlasting doors, and the King of glory will come in. 8Who is the King of glory? De aarde is des HEEREN, mitsgaders haar volheid, de wereld, en die daarin wonen. 2Want Hij heeft ze gegrond op de zeeen, en heeft ze gevestigd op de rivieren. 3Wie zal klimmen op den berg des HEEREN, en wie zal staan in de plaats Zijner heiligheid? 4Die rein van handen, en zuiver van hart is, die zijn ziel niet opheft tot ijdelheid, en die niet bedriegelijk zweert; 5Die zal den zegen ontvangen van den HEERE, en gerechtigheid van den God zijns heils. 6Dat is het geslacht dergenen, die naar Hem vragen, die Uw aangezicht zoeken, dat is Jakob!
