1Ang Dios ay ating ampunan at kalakasan, handang saklolo sa kabagabagan. 2Kaya't hindi tayo matatakot bagaman ang lupa ay mabago, at bagaman ang mga bundok ay mangaglipat sa kagitnaan ng mga dagat; 3Bagaman ang tubig niyaon ay magsihugong at mabagabag. Bagaman ang mga bundok ay mangauga dahil sa unos niyaon. (Selah) 4May isang ilog, na ang mga agos ay nagpapasaya sa bayan ng Dios. Sa banal na dako ng mga tabernakulo ng Kataastaasan. 5Ang Dios ay nasa gitna niya; siya'y hindi makikilos: tutulungan siya ng Dios na maaga. 6Ang mga bansa ay nangagkagulo, ang mga kaharian ay nangakilos: inihiyaw niya ang kaniyang tinig, ang lupa ay natunaw. 7Ang Panginoon ng mga hukbo ay sumasa atin; ang Dios ni Jacob ay ating kanlungan. (Selah) 8Kayo'y parito, inyong masdan ang mga gawa ng Panginoon, kung anong mga kagibaan ang kaniyang ginawa sa lupa. 9Kaniyang pinapaglilikat ang mga pagdidigma sa wakas ng lupa; kaniyang binabali ang busog, at pinuputol ang sibat; kaniyang sinusunog ang mga karo sa apoy. 10Kayo ay magsitigil at kilalanin ninyo na ako ang Dios: ako'y mabubunyi sa gitna ng mga bansa, ako'y mabubunyi sa lupa. 11Ang Panginoon ng mga hukbo ay sumasa atin; ang Dios ni Jacob ay ating kanlungan.

1God is our refuge and strength, a very present help in trouble. 2Therefore we won’t be afraid, though the earth changes, though the mountains are shaken into the heart of the seas; 3though its waters roar and are troubled, though the mountains tremble with their swelling. Selah. 4There is a river, the streams of which make the city of God glad, the holy place of the tents of the Most High. 5God is in her midst. She shall not be moved. God will help her at dawn. 6The nations raged. The kingdoms were moved. He lifted his voice, and the earth melted. 7Yahweh of Armies is with us. The God of Jacob is our refuge. Selah. 8Come, see Yahweh’s works, what desolations he has made in the earth. 9He makes wars cease to the end of the earth. He breaks the bow, and shatters the spear. He burns the chariots in the fire. 10“Be still, and know that I am God. I will be exalted among the nations. I will be exalted in the earth.” 11Yahweh of Armies is with us. The God of Jacob is our refuge. Selah.

1Een lied op Alamoth, voor den opperzangmeester, onder de kinderen van Korach. 2God is ons een Toevlucht en Sterkte; Hij is krachtelijk bevonden een Hulp in benauwdheden. 3Daarom zullen wij niet vrezen, al veranderde de aarde haar plaats, en al werden de bergen verzet in het hart der zeeen; 4Laat haar wateren bruisen, laat ze beroerd worden; laat de bergen daveren, door derzelver verheffing! Sela. 5De beekjes der rivier zullen verblijden de stad Gods, het heiligdom der woningen des Allerhoogsten. 6God is in het midden van haar, zij zal niet wankelen; God zal haar helpen in het aanbreken van den morgenstond. 7De heidenen raasden, de koninkrijken bewogen zich; Hij verhief Zijn stem, de aarde versmolt. 8De HEERE der heirscharen is met ons; de God van Jakob is ons een Hoog Vertrek. Sela. 9Komt, aanschouwt de daden des HEEREN, Die verwoestingen op aarde aanricht. 10Die de oorlogen doet ophouden tot aan het einde der aarde, de boog verbreekt, en de spies aan twee slaat, de wagenen met vuur verbrandt. 11Laat af, en weet, dat Ik God ben; Ik zal verhoogd worden onder de heidenen, Ik zal verhoogd worden op de aarde. De HEERE der heirscharen is met ons; de God van Jakob is ons een Hoog Vertrek. Sela.
