Ησαΐας 61

1Πνεύμα Κυρίου του Θεού είναι επ' εμέ· διότι ο Κύριος με έχρισε διά να ευαγγελίζωμαι εις τους πτωχούς· με απέστειλε διά να ιατρεύσω τους συντετριμμένους την καρδίαν, να κηρύξω ελευθερίαν εις τους αιχμαλώτους και άνοιξιν δεσμωτηρίου εις τους δεσμίους· 2διά να κηρύξω ενιαυτόν ευπρόσδεκτον του Κυρίου και ημέραν εκδικήσεως του Θεού ημών· διά να παρηγορήσω πάντας τους πενθούντας· 3διά να θέσω εις τους πενθούντας εν Σιών, να δώσω εις αυτούς ώραιότητα αντί της στάκτης, έλαιον ευφροσύνης αντί του πένθους, στολήν αινέσεως αντί του πνεύματος της ακηδίας· διά να ονομάζωνται δένδρα δικαιοσύνης, φύτευμα του Κυρίου, εις δόξαν αυτού. 4Και θέλουσιν ανοικοδομήσει τας παλαιάς ερημώσεις, θέλουσιν ανεγείρει τα αρχαία ερείπια, και θέλουσιν ανακαινίσει τας ερήμους πόλεις, τας ηρημωμένας από γενεάς γενεών. 5Και αλλογενείς θέλουσιν ίστασθαι και βόσκει τα ποίμνιά σας, και οι υιοί των αλλογενών θέλουσιν είσθαι οι γεωργοί σας και οι αμπελουργοί σας. 6Σεις δε ιερείς του Κυρίου θέλετε ονομάζεσθαι· λειτουργούς του Θεού ημών θέλουσι σας λέγει· θέλετε τρώγει τα αγαθά των εθνών και εις την δόξαν αυτών θέλετε καυχάσθαι. 7Αντί της αισχύνης σας θέλετε έχει διπλάσια· και αντί της εντροπής θέλουσιν έχει αγαλλίασιν εν τη κληρονομία αυτών· όθεν εν τη γη αυτών θέλουσι κληρονομήσει το διπλούν· αιώνιος ευφροσύνη θέλει είσθαι εις αυτούς. 8Διότι εγώ είμαι ο Κύριος, ο αγαπών δικαιοσύνην, ο μισών αρπαγήν και αδικίαν· και θέλω ανταποδώσει το έργον αυτών πιστά και θέλω κάμει προς αυτούς διαθήκην αιώνιον. 9Και το σπέρμα αυτών θέλει φημισθή μεταξύ των εθνών και οι έκγονοι αυτών μεταξύ των λαών· πας ο βλέπων αυτούς θέλει γνωρίζει αυτούς, ότι είναι το σπέρμα, το οποίον ο Κύριος ευλόγησε. 10Θέλω ευφρανθή τα μέγιστα επί τον Κύριον· η ψυχή μου θέλει αγαλλιασθή εις τον Θεόν μου· διότι με ενέδυσεν ιμάτιον σωτηρίας, με εφόρεσεν επένδυμα δικαιοσύνης, ως νυμφίον ευπρεπισμένον με μίτραν και ως νύμφην κεκοσμημένην με τα πολύτιμα αυτής καλλωπίσματα. 11Διότι καθώς η γη αναδίδει το βλάστημα αυτής και καθώς ο κήπος εκφύει τα σπειρόμενα εν αυτώ ούτω Κύριος ο Θεός θέλει κάμει την δικαιοσύνην και την αίνεσιν να βλαστήσωσιν ενώπιον πάντων των εθνών.

1The Spirit of the Lord Yahweh is on me; because Yahweh has anointed me to preach good news to the humble. He has sent me to bind up the broken hearted, to proclaim liberty to the captives, and release to those who are bound; 2to proclaim the year of Yahweh’s favor, and the day of vengeance of our God; to comfort all who mourn; 3to appoint to those who mourn in Zion, to give to them a garland for ashes, the oil of joy for mourning, the garment of praise for the spirit of heaviness; that they may be called trees of righteousness, the planting of Yahweh, that he may be glorified. 4They shall build the old wastes, they shall raise up the former desolations, and they shall repair the waste cities, the desolations of many generations. 5Strangers shall stand and feed your flocks, and foreigners shall work your fields and your vineyards. 6But you shall be named the priests of Yahweh; men will call you the ministers of our God: you will eat the wealth of the nations, and you will boast in their glory. 7Instead of your shame you shall have double; and instead of dishonor they shall rejoice in their portion: therefore in their land they shall possess double; everlasting joy shall be to them. 8“For I, Yahweh, love justice, I hate robbery with iniquity; and I will give them their recompense in truth, and I will make an everlasting covenant with them. 9Their seed shall be known among the nations, and their offspring among the peoples; all who see them shall acknowledge them, that they are the seed which Yahweh has blessed.” 10I will greatly rejoice in Yahweh, my soul shall be joyful in my God; for he has clothed me with the garments of salvation, he has covered me with the robe of righteousness, as a bridegroom decks himself with a garland, and as a bride adorns herself with her jewels. 11For as the earth produces its bud, and as the garden causes the things that are sown in it to spring out; so the Lord Yahweh will cause righteousness and praise to spring out before all the nations.

1De Geest des Heeren HEEREN is op Mij, omdat de Heere Mij gezalfd heeft, om een blijde boodschap te brengen den zachtmoedigen; Hij heeft Mij gezonden om te verbinden de gebrokenen van harte, om den gevangenen vrijheid uit te roepen, en den gebondenen opening der gevangenis; 2Om uit te roepen het jaar van het welbehagen des HEEREN, en den dag der wraak onzes Gods; om alle treurigen te troosten; 3Om den treurigen Sions te beschikken dat hun gegeven worde sieraad voor as, vreugdeolie voor treurigheid, het gewaad des lofs voor een benauwden geest; opdat zij genaamd worden eikebomen der gerechtigheid, een planting des HEEREN, opdat Hij verheerlijkt worde. 4En zij zullen de oude verwoeste plaatsen bouwen, de vorige verstoringen weder oprichten, en de verwoeste steden vernieuwen, die verstoord waren van geslacht tot geslacht. 5En uitlanders zullen staan, en uw kudden weiden; en vreemden zullen uw akkerlieden en uw wijngaardeniers zijn. 6Doch gijlieden zult priesters des HEEREN heten, men zal u dienaren onzes Gods noemen; gij zult het vermogen der heidenen eten, en in hun heerlijkheid zult gij u roemen. 7Voor uw dubbele schaamte en schande zullen zij juichen over hun deel; daarom zullen zij in hun land erfelijk het dubbele bezitten; zij zullen eeuwige vreugde hebben. 8Want Ik, de HEERE, heb het recht lief, Ik haat den roof in het brandoffer, en Ik zal geven, dat hun werk in der waarheid zal zijn; en Ik zal een eeuwig verbond met hen maken. 9En hun zaad zal onder de heidenen bekend worden, en hun nakomelingen in het midden der volken; allen, die hen zien zullen, zullen hen kennen, dat zij zijn een zaad, dat de HEERE gezegend heeft. 10Ik ben zeer vrolijk in den HEERE, mijn ziel verheugt zich in mijn God, want Hij heeft mij bekleed met de klederen des heils, den mantel der gerechtigheid heeft Hij mij omgedaan; gelijk een bruidegom zich met priesterlijk sieraad versiert, en als een bruid zich versiert met haar gereedschap. 11Want gelijk de aarde haar spruit voortbrengt, en gelijk een hof, hetgeen in hem gezaaid is, doet uitspruiten; alzo zal de Heere HEERE gerechtigheid en lof doen uitspruiten voor al de volken.
