1Ang salita ng Panginoon ay dumating uli sa akin, na nagsasabi, 2Anak ng tao, sabihin mo sa prinsipe sa Tiro, Ganito ang sabi ng Panginoong Dios: Sapagka't ang iyong puso ay nagmataas, at iyong sinabi, Ako'y dios, ako'y nauupo sa upuan ng Dios, sa gitna ng mga dagat; gayon man ikaw ay tao, at hindi Dios, bagaman iyong inilagak ang iyong puso na parang puso ng Dios; 3Narito, ikaw ay lalong marunong kay Daniel; walang lihim na malilihim sa iyo; 4Sa pamamagitan ng iyong karunungan, at ng iyong unawa, nagkaroon ka ng mga kayamanan, at nagkaroon ka ng ginto at pilak sa iyong mga ingatang-yaman; 5Sa pamamagitan ng iyong dakilang karunungan at ng iyong pangangalakal ay napalago mo ang iyong mga kayamanan, at ang iyong puso ay nagmataas dahil sa iyong kayamanan; 6Kaya't ganito ang sabi ng Panginoong Dios: Sapagka't iyong inilagak ang iyong puso na parang puso ng Dios, 7Kaya't narito, ako'y magdadala ng mga taga ibang lupa sa iyo, na kakilakilabot sa mga bansa; at kanilang bubunutin ang kanilang mga tabak laban sa kagandahan ng iyong karunungan, at kanilang dudumhan ang iyong kaningningan. 8Kanilang ibababa ka sa hukay; at ikaw ay mamamatay ng kamatayan niyaong nangapatay sa kalagitnaan ng mga dagat. 9Sabihin mo pa kaya sa harap niya na pumapatay sa iyo, Ako'y Dios? nguni't ikaw ay tao, at hindi Dios, sa kamay niya na sumusugat sa iyo. 10Ikaw ay mamamatay ng pagkamatay ng mga hindi tuli sa pamamagitan ng kamay ng mga taga ibang lupa: sapagka't ako ang nagsalita, sabi ng Panginoong Dios. 11Bukod dito'y ang salita ng Panginoon ay dumating sa akin, na nagsasabi, 12Anak ng tao, panaghuyan mo ang hari sa Tiro, at sabihin mo sa kaniya, Ganito ang sabi ng Panginoong Dios, iyong tinatatakan ang kabuoan, na puno ng karunungan, at sakdal sa kagandahan. 13Ikaw ay nasa Eden, na halamanan ng Dios; lahat na mahalagang bato ay iyong kasuutan, ang sardio, ang topacio, at ang diamante, ang berilo, ang onix, at ang jaspe, ang zafiro, ang esmeralda, at ang karbungko, at ang ginto: ang pagkayari ng iyong pandereta at iyong mga plauta ay napasa iyo; sa kaarawan na ikaw ay lalangin ay nangahanda. 14Ikaw ang pinahirang kerubin na tumatakip: at itinatag kita, na anopa't ikaw ay nasa ibabaw ng banal na bundok ng Dios; ikaw ay nagpanhik manaog sa gitna ng mga batong mahalaga. 15Ikaw ay sakdal sa iyong mga lakad mula sa araw na ikaw ay lalangin, hanggang sa ang kalikuan ay nasumpungan sa iyo. 16Dahil sa karamihan ng iyong kalakal ay kanilang pinuno ang gitna mo ng pangdadahas, at ikaw ay nagkasala: kaya't inihagis kitang parang dumi mula sa bundok ng Dios; at ipinahamak kita, Oh tumatakip na kerubin, mula sa gitna ng mga batong mahalaga. 17Ang iyong puso ay nagmataas dahil sa iyong kagandahan; iyong ipinahamak ang iyong karunungan dahil sa iyong kaningningan: aking inihagis ka sa lupa; aking inilagay ka sa harap ng mga hari, upang kanilang masdan ka. 18Sa pamamagitan ng karamihan ng iyong mga kasamaan, sa kalikuan ng iyong pangangalakal, iyong nilapastangan ang iyong mga santuario: kaya't ako'y naglabas ng apoy sa gitna mo; sinupok ka, at pinapaging abo ka sa ibabaw ng lupa sa paningin ng lahat na nanganonood sa iyo. 19Silang lahat na nangakakakilala sa iyo sa gitna ng mga bayan, mangatitigilan dahil sa iyo: ikaw ay naging kakilakilabot, at ikaw ay hindi na mabubuhay pa. 20At ang salita ng Panginoon ay dumating sa akin, na nagsasabi, 21Anak ng tao, ititig mo ang iyong mukha sa Sidon, at manghula ka laban doon, 22At iyong sabihin, ganito ang sabi ng Panginoong Dios: Narito, ako'y laban sa iyo, Oh Sidon; at ako'y luluwalhati sa gitna mo; at kanilang malalaman na ako ang Panginoon, pagka ako'y naglapat ng kahatulan sa kaniya, at aariing banal sa kaniya. 23Sapagka't ako'y magpaparating sa kaniya ng salot at dugo sa kaniyang mga lansangan; at ang mga may sugat ay mangabubuwal sa gitna niya, sa pamamagitan ng tabak, na nakaumang sa kaniya sa lahat ng dako; at kanilang malalaman na ako ang Panginoon. 24At hindi na magkakaroon pa ng dawag na nakakasalubsob sa sangbahayan ni Israel, o ng tinik mang mapangpahirap sa alin man sa nangasa palibot niya, na nagwalang kabuluhan sa kanila; at kanilang malalaman na ako ang Panginoong Dios. 25Ganito ang sabi ng Panginoong Dios: Pagka aking napisan ang sangbahayan ni Israel mula sa mga bayan na kanilang pinangalatan, at ako'y aariing banal sa kanila sa paningin ng mga bansa, sila nga'y magsisitahan sa kanilang sariling lupain na aking ibinigay sa aking lingkod na kay Jacob. 26At sila'y magsisitahang tiwasay roon, oo, sila'y mangagtatayo ng mga bahay, at mag-uubasan, at tatahang tiwasay, pagka ako'y nakapaglapat ng mga kahatulan sa lahat na nangagwawalang kabuluhan sa palibot nila: at kanilang malalaman na ako ang Panginoon nilang Dios.
1Yahweh’s word came again to me, saying, 2Son of man, tell the prince of Tyre, Thus says the Lord Yahweh: Because your heart is lifted up, and you have said, I am a god, I sit in the seat of God, in the midst of the seas; yet you are man, and not God, though you set your heart as the heart of God— 3behold, you are wiser than Daniel; there is no secret that is hidden from you; 4by your wisdom and by your understanding you have gotten yourself riches, and have gotten gold and silver into your treasures; 5by your great wisdom and by your traffic you have increased your riches, and your heart is lifted up because of your riches— 6therefore thus says the Lord Yahweh: Because you have set your heart as the heart of God, 7therefore, behold, I will bring strangers on you, the terrible of the nations; and they shall draw their swords against the beauty of your wisdom, and they shall defile your brightness. 8They shall bring you down to the pit; and you shall die the death of those who are slain, in the heart of the seas. 9Will you yet say before him who kills you, I am God? but you are man, and not God, in the hand of him who wounds you. 10You shall die the death of the uncircumcised by the hand of strangers: for I have spoken it, says the Lord Yahweh. 11Moreover Yahweh’s word came to me, saying, 12Son of man, take up a lamentation over the king of Tyre, and tell him, Thus says the Lord Yahweh: You seal up the sum, full of wisdom, and perfect in beauty. 13You were in Eden, the garden of God; every precious stone adorned you: ruby, topaz, emerald, chrysolite, onyx, jasper, sapphire, turquoise, and beryl. Gold work of tambourines and of pipes was in you. In the day that you were created they were prepared. 14You were the anointed cherub who covers: and I set you, so that you were on the holy mountain of God; you have walked up and down in the midst of the stones of fire. 15You were perfect in your ways from the day that you were created, until unrighteousness was found in you. 16By the abundance of your traffic they filled your midst with violence, and you have sinned: therefore I have cast you as profane out of the mountain of God; and I have destroyed you, covering cherub, from the midst of the stones of fire. 17Your heart was lifted up because of your beauty; you have corrupted your wisdom by reason of your brightness: I have cast you to the ground; I have laid you before kings, that they may see you. 18By the multitude of your iniquities, in the unrighteousness of your traffic, you have profaned your sanctuaries; therefore have I brought out a fire from your midst; it has devoured you, and I have turned you to ashes on the earth in the sight of all those who see you. 19All those who know you among the peoples shall be astonished at you: you have become a terror, and you shall nevermore have any being. 20Yahweh’s word came to me, saying, 21Son of man, set your face toward Sidon, and prophesy against it, 22and say, Thus says the Lord Yahweh: Behold, I am against you, Sidon; and I will be glorified in your midst; and they shall know that I am Yahweh, when I shall have executed judgments in her, and shall be sanctified in her. 23For I will send pestilence into her, and blood into her streets; and the wounded shall fall in the midst of her, with the sword on her on every side; and they shall know that I am Yahweh. 24There shall be no more a pricking brier to the house of Israel, nor a hurting thorn of any that are around them, that scorned them; and they shall know that I am the Lord Yahweh. 25Thus says the Lord Yahweh: When I shall have gathered the house of Israel from the peoples among whom they are scattered, and shall be sanctified in them in the sight of the nations, then shall they dwell in their own land which I gave to my servant Jacob. 26They shall dwell securely therein; yes, they shall build houses, and plant vineyards, and shall dwell securely, when I have executed judgments on all those who do them despite all around them; and they shall know that I am Yahweh their God.
1Voorts geschiedde des HEEREN woord tot mij, zeggende: 2Mensenkind! zeg tot den vorst van Tyrus: Zo zegt de Heere HEERE: Omdat uw hart zich verheft en zegt: Ik ben God, ik zit in Godes stoel, in het hart der zeeen! daar gij een mens en geen God zijt, stelt gij nochtans uw hart, als Gods hart. 3Zie, gij zijt wijzer dan Daniel; zij hebben niets toegeslotens voor u verborgen. 4Door uw wijsheid en door uw verstand, hebt gij vermogen voor u verkregen; ja, gij hebt goud en zilver verkregen in uw schatten. 5Door de grootheid uwer wijsheid in uw koophandel hebt gij uw vermogen vermeerderd, en uw hart verheft zich vanwege uw vermogen. 6Daarom zegt de Heere HEERE alzo: Omdat gij uw hart gesteld hebt als Gods hart; 7Daarom zie, Ik zal vreemden over u brengen, de tirannigste der heidenen; die zullen hun zwaarden uittrekken over de schoonheid uwer wijsheid, en zullen uw glans ontheiligen. 8Ter groeve zullen zij u doen nederdalen; en gij zult sterven den dood eens verslagenen in het hart der zeeen. 9Zult gij dan enigszins, voor het aangezicht uws doodslagers, zeggen: Ik ben God? daar gij een mens zijt en geen God, in de hand desgenen, die u verslaat? 10Gij zult den dood der onbesnedenen sterven; door de hand der vreemden; want Ik heb het gesproken, spreekt de Heere HEERE. 11Wijders geschiedde des HEEREN woord tot mij, zeggende: 12Mensenkind! hef een klaaglied op over den koning van Tyrus, en zeg tot hem: Zo zegt de Heere HEERE: Gij verzegelaar der som, vol van wijsheid en volmaakt in schoonheid! 13Gij waart in Eden, Gods hof; alle kostelijk gesteente was uw deksel, sardisstenen, topazen en diamanten, turkooizen, sardonixstenen en jaspisstenen, saffieren, robijnen, en smaragden, en goud; het werk uwer trommelen en uwer pijpen was bij u; ten dage als gij geschapen werdt, waren zij bereid. 14Gij waart een gezalfde, overdekkende cherub; en Ik had u alzo gezet; gij waart op Gods heiligen berg; gij wandeldet in het midden der vurige stenen. 15Gij waart volkomen in uw wegen, van den dag af, dat gij geschapen zijt, totdat er ongerechtigheid in u gevonden is. 16Door de veelheid uws koophandels hebben zij het midden van u met geweld vervuld, en gij hebt gezondigd; daarom zal Ik u ontheiligen van Gods berg, en zal u, gij overdekkende cherub! verdoen uit het midden der vurige stenen! 17Uw hart verheft zich over uw schoonheid; gij hebt uw wijsheid bedorven, vanwege uw glans; Ik heb u op de aarde henengeworpen, Ik heb u voor het aangezicht der koningen gesteld, om op u te zien. 18Vanwege de veelheid uwer ongerechtigheden, door het onrecht uws koophandels, hebt gij uw heiligdommen ontheiligd; daarom heb Ik een vuur uit het midden van u doen voortkomen, dat u heeft verteerd, en Ik heb u gemaakt tot as op de aarde, voor de ogen van al degenen, die u zien. 19Allen, die u kennen onder de volken, zijn over u ontzet; gij zijt een grote schrik geworden, en zult er niet meer zijn tot in eeuwigheid. 20Wijders geschiedde des HEEREN woord tot mij, zeggende: 21Mensenkind! zet uw aangezicht tegen Sidon, en profeteer tegen haar, 22En zeg: Zo zegt de Heere HEERE: Zie, Ik wil aan u, o Sidon! en zal in het midden van u verheerlijkt worden; en zij zullen weten, dat Ik de HEERE ben, als Ik gerichten in haar zal hebben geoefend, en in haar geheiligd zal zijn. 23Want Ik zal de pestilentie in haar zenden, en bloed op haar straten, en de verslagenen zullen vallen in het midden van haar, door het zwaard, dat tegen haar zal zijn van rondom; en zij zullen weten, dat Ik de HEERE ben. 24En het huis Israels zal geen smartenden doorn noch wee doende distel meer hebben, van allen, die rondom hen zijn, die henlieden beroven; en zij zullen weten, dat Ik de Heere HEERE ben. 25Alzo zegt de Heere HEERE: Als Ik het huis Israels zal vergaderd hebben uit de volken, onder dewelke zij verstrooid zijn, en Ik onder hen voor de ogen der heidenen zal geheiligd zijn, dan zullen zij in hun land wonen, dat Ik aan Mijn knecht, aan Jakob, gegeven heb. 26En zij zullen daarin zeker wonen, en huizen bouwen, en wijngaarden planten; ja, zij zullen zeker wonen; als Ik gerichten zal hebben geoefend tegen allen, die henlieden beroofd hebben, van degenen, die rondom hen zijn; en zij zullen weten dat Ik, de HEERE, hunlieder God ben.
