Jesaja 54

1Ĝoju, ho senfruktulino, kiu ne naskis; sonigu kanton kaj ĝojkriu, ho vi, kiu ne suferis doloron; ĉar la forlasitino havos pli da infanoj, ol la havanta edzon, diras la Eternulo. 2Vastigu la spacon de via tendo, disetendu la tapiŝojn de viaj loĝejoj, ne retenu; etendu pli longe viajn ŝnurojn, kaj viajn palisojn fortikigu. 3Ĉar dekstren kaj maldekstren vi disvastiĝos, kaj via idaro ekposedos naciojn kaj ekloĝos en urboj dezertigitaj. 4Ne timu, ĉar vi ne estos malhonorata; ne kaŝu vin honte, ĉar vi ne estos hontigata, kaj ĉar la honton de via juneco vi forgesos kaj la malhonoron de via vidvineco vi ne plu rememoros. 5Ĉar via Kreinto estas via edzo, Eternulo Cebaot estas Lia nomo; kaj via Liberiginto estas la Sanktulo de Izrael, kiun oni nomas Dio de la tuta tero. 6Ĉar kiel virinon forlasitan kaj afliktitan en la spirito la Eternulo vin alvokis; kaj kiel edzinon de la juneco, kvankam forpuŝitan, diras via Dio. 7Por malgranda momento Mi vin forlasis, kaj kun granda kompato Mi vin reprenos al Mi. 8En eksplodo de kolero Mi forturnis de vi Mian vizaĝon por momento, sed per eterna favorkoreco Mi vin kompatis, diras via Liberiginto, la Eternulo. 9Ĉar tio estas por Mi kiel la akvo de Noa; kiel Mi ĵuris, ke Mi ne plu venigos la akvon de Noa sur la teron, tiel Mi ĵuris, ke Mi ne koleros vin nek insultos vin. 10Ĉar montoj forŝoviĝos kaj altaĵoj ŝanceliĝos; sed Mia favorkoreco ne foriĝos de vi, kaj la interligo de Mia paco ne ŝanceliĝos, diras la Eternulo, via Kompatanto. 11Ho mizera, suferanta de ventego, senkonsola! jen Mi donos brilon al viaj ŝtonoj, kaj vian fundamenton Mi faros el safiroj. 12Kaj Mi faros viajn murdentojn el rubenoj kaj viajn pordegojn el kristaloj kaj ĉiujn viajn limojn el multekostaj ŝtonoj. 13Kaj ĉiuj viaj infanoj estos instruitaj de la Eternulo, kaj granda estos la bonstato de viaj filoj. 14Per vero vi fortikiĝos; estu malproksima de premiteco, ĉar vi ne bezonas timi, kaj de teruro, ĉar ĝi ne alproksimiĝos al vi. 15Certe, oni sin armos kontraŭ vi, sed tio ne estos de Mi; kiu sin armos kontraŭ vi, tiu falos antaŭ vi. 16Jen Mi kreis la forĝiston, kiu blovas fajron sur karboj kaj ellaboras ilojn por siaj faroj; kaj Mi ankaŭ kreis ekstermanton por detruado. 17Nenia ilo, kreita kontraŭ vi, havos sukceson; kaj ĉiun langon, kiu batalos kontraŭ vi en la juĝo, vi malpravigos. Tio estas la heredaĵo de la servantoj de la Eternulo, kaj ilia praveco antaŭ Mi, diras la Eternulo.

1“Sing, barren, you who didn’t bear; break out into singing, and cry aloud, you who did not travail with child: for more are the children of the desolate than the children of the married wife,” says Yahweh. 2“Enlarge the place of your tent, and let them stretch out the curtains of your habitations; don’t spare: lengthen your cords, and strengthen your stakes. 3For you shall spread out on the right hand and on the left; and your seed shall possess the nations, and make the desolate cities to be inhabited. 4“Don’t be afraid; for you shall not be ashamed: neither be confounded; for you shall not be disappointed: for you shall forget the shame of your youth; and the reproach of your widowhood you shall remember no more. 5For your Maker is your husband; Yahweh of Armies is his name: and the Holy One of Israel is your Redeemer; the God of the whole earth shall he be called. 6For Yahweh has called you as a wife forsaken and grieved in spirit, even a wife of youth, when she is cast off,” says your God. 7“For a small moment have I forsaken you; but with great mercies will I gather you. 8In overflowing wrath I hid my face from you for a moment; but with everlasting loving kindness will I have mercy on you,” says Yahweh your Redeemer. 9“For this is like the waters of Noah to me; for as I have sworn that the waters of Noah shall no more go over the earth, so have I sworn that I will not be angry with you, nor rebuke you. 10For the mountains may depart, and the hills be removed; but my loving kindness shall not depart from you, neither shall my covenant of peace be removed,” says Yahweh who has mercy on you. 11“You afflicted, tossed with storms, and not comforted, behold, I will set your stones in beautiful colors, and lay your foundations with sapphires. 12I will make your pinnacles of rubies, and your gates of sparkling jewels, and all your walls of precious stones. 13All your children shall be taught of Yahweh; and great shall be the peace of your children. 14In righteousness you shall be established: you shall be far from oppression, for you shall not be afraid; and from terror, for it shall not come near you. 15Behold, they may gather together, but not by me: whoever shall gather together against you shall fall because of you. 16“Behold, I have created the smith who blows the fire of coals, and brings out a weapon for his work; and I have created the waster to destroy. 17No weapon that is formed against you will prevail; and you will condemn every tongue that rises against you in judgment. This is the heritage of the servants of Yahweh, and their righteousness which is of me,” says Yahweh.

1Zing vrolijk, gij onvruchtbare, die niet gebaard hebt! maak geschal met vrolijk gezang, en juich, die geen barensnood gehad hebt! want de kinderen der eenzame zijn meer, dan de kinderen der getrouwde, zegt de HEERE. 2Maak de plaats uwer tenten wijd, en dat men de gordijnen uwer woningen uitbreide, verhinder het niet; maak uw koorden lang, en steek uw pinnen vast in. 3Want gij zult uitbreken ter rechterhand en ter linkerhand; en uw zaad zal de heidenen erven, en zij zullen de verwoeste steden doen bewonen. 4Vrees niet, want gij zult niet beschaamd worden, en word niet schaamrood, want gij zult niet te schande worden; maar gij zult de schaamte uwer jonkheid vergeten, en den smaad uws weduwschaps zult gij niet meer gedenken. 5Want uw Maker is uw Man, HEERE der heirscharen is Zijn Naam; en de Heilige Israels is uw Verlosser; Hij zal de God des gansen aardbodems genaamd worden. 6Want de HEERE heeft u geroepen, als een verlaten vrouw en bedroefde van geest; nochtans zijt gij de huisvrouw der jeugd, hoewel gij versmaad zijt geweest, zegt uw God. 7Voor een klein ogenblik heb Ik u verlaten; maar met grote ontfermingen zal Ik u vergaderen. 8In een kleinen toorn heb Ik Mijn aangezicht van u een ogenblik verborgen; maar met eeuwige goedertierenheid zal Ik Mij uwer ontfermen, zegt de HEERE, uw Verlosser. 9Want dat zal Mij zijn als de wateren van Noach, toen Ik zwoer, dat de wateren van Noach niet meer over de aarde zouden gaan; alzo heb Ik gezworen, dat Ik niet meer op u toornen, noch u schelden zal. 10Want bergen zullen wijken, en heuvelen wankelen; maar Mijn goedertierenheid zal van u niet wijken, en het verbond Mijns vredes zal niet wankelen, zegt de HEERE, uw Ontfermer. 11Gij verdrukte, door onweder voortgedrevene, ongetrooste! zie, Ik zal uw stenen gans sierlijk leggen, en Ik zal u op saffieren grondvesten. 12En uw glasvensters zal Ik kristallijnen maken, en uw poorten van robijnstenen, en uw ganse landpale van aangename stenen. 13En al uw kinderen zullen van den HEERE geleerd zijn, en de vrede uwer kinderen zal groot zijn. 14Gij zult door gerechtigheid bevestigd worden; wees verre van verdrukking, want gij zult niet vrezen; en verre van verschrikking, want zij zal tot u niet naken. 15Ziet, zij zullen zich zekerlijk vergaderen, doch niet uit Mij; wie zich tegen u vergaderen zal, die zal om uwentwil vallen. 16Zie, Ik heb den smid geschapen, die de kolen in het vuur opblaast, en die het instrument voortbrengt tot zijn werk; ook heb Ik den verderver geschapen, om te vernielen. 17Alle instrument, dat tegen u bereid wordt, zal niet gelukken, en alle tong, die in gericht tegen u opstaat, zult gij verdoemen; dit is de erve der knechten des HEEREN, en hun gerechtigheid is uit Mij, spreekt de HEERE.
