1Ang Espiritu ng Panginoong Dios ay sumasa akin; sapagka't pinahiran ako ng Panginoon upang ipangaral ang mabubuting balita sa mga maamo; kaniyang sinugo ako upang magpagaling ng mga bagbag na puso, upang magtanyag ng kalayaan sa mga bihag, at magbukas ng bilangguan sa nangabibilanggo; 2Upang magtanyag ng kalugodlugod na taon ng Panginoon, at ng kaarawan ng panghihiganti ng ating Dios; upang aliwin yaong lahat na nagsisitangis; 3Upang iukol sila na nagsisitangis sa Sion, upang bigyan sila ng putong na bulaklak na kahalili ng mga abo, ng langis ng kagalakan na kahalili ng pagtangis, ng damit ng kapurihan na kahalili ng kabigatan ng loob; upang sila'y matawag na mga punong kahoy ng katuwiran, na pananim ng Panginoon upang siya'y luwalhatiin. 4At sila'y magtatayo ng mga dating sira, sila'y magbabangon ng mga dating giba, at kanilang huhusayin ang mga sirang bayan, ang mga nagiba sa maraming sali't saling lahi. 5At ang mga taga ibang lupa ay magsisitayo at mangagpapastol ng inyong mga kawan, at ang mga taga ibang lupa ay magiging inyong mga mangaararo at mangungubasan. 6Nguni't kayo'y tatawaging mga saserdote ng Panginoon; tatawagin kayo ng mga tao na mga tagapangasiwa ng ating Dios: kayo'y magsikain ng kayamanan ng mga bansa, at sa kanilang kaluwalhatian ay mangagmamapuri kayo. 7Kahalili ng inyong kahihiyan ay nagtatamo kayo ng ibayong karangalan; at kahalili ng pagkalito ay magagalak sila sa kanilang bahagi: kaya't sa kanilang lupain ay mangagaari sila ng ibayong kasaganaan, walang hanggang kagalakan ang mapapasa kanila. 8Sapagka't ako, ang Panginoon, ay umiibig ng kahatulan, aking ipinagtatanim ang pagnanakaw sangpu ng kasamaan; at aking ibibigay sa kanila ang kanilang kagantihan sa katotohanan, at ako'y makikipagtipan sa kanila ng walang hanggan. 9At ang kanilang lahi makikilala sa gitna ng mga bansa, at ang kanilang lahi sa gitna ng mga bayan: lahat na nangakakakita sa kanila ay mangakakakilala sa kanila, na sila ang lahi na pinagpala ng Panginoon. 10Ako'y magagalak na mainam sa Panginoon, ang aking kaluluwa ay magagalak sa aking Dios; sapagka't binihisan niya ako ng mga damit ng kaligtasan; kaniyang tinakpan ako ng balabal ng katuwiran, gaya ng kasintahang lalake na nagpuputong ng putong na bulaklak, at gaya ng kasintahang babae na naggagayak ng kaniyang mga hiyas. 11Sapagka't kung paanong ang lupa'y nagsisibol ng pananim, at kung paanong ang halamanan ay nagsisibol ng mga bagay na natanim sa kaniya; gayon pasisibulin ng Panginoong Dios ang katuwiran at kapurihan sa harap ng lahat na bansa.
1The Spirit of the Lord Yahweh is on me; because Yahweh has anointed me to preach good news to the humble. He has sent me to bind up the broken hearted, to proclaim liberty to the captives, and release to those who are bound; 2to proclaim the year of Yahweh’s favor, and the day of vengeance of our God; to comfort all who mourn; 3to appoint to those who mourn in Zion, to give to them a garland for ashes, the oil of joy for mourning, the garment of praise for the spirit of heaviness; that they may be called trees of righteousness, the planting of Yahweh, that he may be glorified. 4They shall build the old wastes, they shall raise up the former desolations, and they shall repair the waste cities, the desolations of many generations. 5Strangers shall stand and feed your flocks, and foreigners shall work your fields and your vineyards. 6But you shall be named the priests of Yahweh; men will call you the ministers of our God: you will eat the wealth of the nations, and you will boast in their glory. 7Instead of your shame you shall have double; and instead of dishonor they shall rejoice in their portion: therefore in their land they shall possess double; everlasting joy shall be to them. 8“For I, Yahweh, love justice, I hate robbery with iniquity; and I will give them their recompense in truth, and I will make an everlasting covenant with them. 9Their seed shall be known among the nations, and their offspring among the peoples; all who see them shall acknowledge them, that they are the seed which Yahweh has blessed.” 10I will greatly rejoice in Yahweh, my soul shall be joyful in my God; for he has clothed me with the garments of salvation, he has covered me with the robe of righteousness, as a bridegroom decks himself with a garland, and as a bride adorns herself with her jewels. 11For as the earth produces its bud, and as the garden causes the things that are sown in it to spring out; so the Lord Yahweh will cause righteousness and praise to spring out before all the nations.
1De Geest des Heeren HEEREN is op Mij, omdat de Heere Mij gezalfd heeft, om een blijde boodschap te brengen den zachtmoedigen; Hij heeft Mij gezonden om te verbinden de gebrokenen van harte, om den gevangenen vrijheid uit te roepen, en den gebondenen opening der gevangenis; 2Om uit te roepen het jaar van het welbehagen des HEEREN, en den dag der wraak onzes Gods; om alle treurigen te troosten; 3Om den treurigen Sions te beschikken dat hun gegeven worde sieraad voor as, vreugdeolie voor treurigheid, het gewaad des lofs voor een benauwden geest; opdat zij genaamd worden eikebomen der gerechtigheid, een planting des HEEREN, opdat Hij verheerlijkt worde. 4En zij zullen de oude verwoeste plaatsen bouwen, de vorige verstoringen weder oprichten, en de verwoeste steden vernieuwen, die verstoord waren van geslacht tot geslacht. 5En uitlanders zullen staan, en uw kudden weiden; en vreemden zullen uw akkerlieden en uw wijngaardeniers zijn. 6Doch gijlieden zult priesters des HEEREN heten, men zal u dienaren onzes Gods noemen; gij zult het vermogen der heidenen eten, en in hun heerlijkheid zult gij u roemen. 7Voor uw dubbele schaamte en schande zullen zij juichen over hun deel; daarom zullen zij in hun land erfelijk het dubbele bezitten; zij zullen eeuwige vreugde hebben. 8Want Ik, de HEERE, heb het recht lief, Ik haat den roof in het brandoffer, en Ik zal geven, dat hun werk in der waarheid zal zijn; en Ik zal een eeuwig verbond met hen maken. 9En hun zaad zal onder de heidenen bekend worden, en hun nakomelingen in het midden der volken; allen, die hen zien zullen, zullen hen kennen, dat zij zijn een zaad, dat de HEERE gezegend heeft. 10Ik ben zeer vrolijk in den HEERE, mijn ziel verheugt zich in mijn God, want Hij heeft mij bekleed met de klederen des heils, den mantel der gerechtigheid heeft Hij mij omgedaan; gelijk een bruidegom zich met priesterlijk sieraad versiert, en als een bruid zich versiert met haar gereedschap. 11Want gelijk de aarde haar spruit voortbrengt, en gelijk een hof, hetgeen in hem gezaaid is, doet uitspruiten; alzo zal de Heere HEERE gerechtigheid en lof doen uitspruiten voor al de volken.
