Isaias 50

1Ganito ang sabi ng Panginoon, Saan nandoon ang sulat ng pagkakahiwalay ng iyong ina, na aking ipinaghiwalay sa kaniya? o sa kanino sa mga nagpapautang sa akin ipinagbili kita? Narito, dahil sa inyong mga kasamaan ay naipagbili kayo, at dahil sa inyong mga pagsalangsang ay nahiwalay ang inyong ina. 2Bakit, nang ako'y parito, ay walang tao? nang ako'y tumawag, ay walang sumagot? naging maiksi na baga ang aking kamay na hindi makatubos? o wala akong kapangyarihang makapagligtas? Narito, sa saway ko ay aking tinutuyo ang dagat, aking pinapaging ilang ang mga ilog: ang kanilang isda ay bumabaho, sapagka't walang tubig, at namamatay dahil sa uhaw. 3Aking binibihisan ng kaitiman ang langit at aking ginagawang kayong magaspang ang kaniyang takip. 4Binigyan ako ng Panginoong Dios ng dila ng nangaturuan, upang aking maalaman kung paanong aaliwin ng mga salita siyang nanglulupaypay. Siya'y nagigising tuwing umaga, ginigising niya ang aking pakinig upang makinig na gaya ng mga natuturuan. 5Binuksan ng Panginoong Dios ang aking pakinig, at ako'y hindi naging mapanghimagsik, o tumalikod man. 6Aking ipinain ang aking likod sa mga mananakit, at ang aking mga pisngi sa mga bumabaltak ng balbas; hindi ko ikinubli ang aking mukha sa kahihiyan at sa paglura. 7Sapagka't tutulungan ako ng Panginoong Dios; kaya't hindi ako nalito: kaya't inilagay ko ang aking mukha na parang batong pingkian, at talastas ko na hindi ako mapapahiya. 8Siya'y malapit na nagpapatotoo sa akin; sinong makikipaglaban sa akin? tayo'y magsitayong magkakasama: sino ang aking kaaway? bayaang lumapit siya sa akin. 9Narito, tutulungan ako ng Panginoong Dios; sino siya na hahatol sa akin? narito, silang lahat ay mangalulumang parang bihisan; lalamunin sila ng tanga. 10Sino sa inyo ang natatakot sa Panginoon, na sumusunod sa tinig ng kaniyang lingkod? Siyang lumalakad sa kadiliman, at walang liwanag, tumiwala siya sa pangalan ng Panginoon, at umasa sa kaniyang Dios. 11Narito, kayong lahat na nangagsusulsol ng apoy, na kumukubkob ng mga sulo: magsilakad kayo sa liyab ng inyong apoy, at sa gitna ng mga sulo na inyong pinagalab. Ito ang tatamuhin ninyo sa aking kamay; kayo'y hihiga sa kapanglawan.

1Thus says Yahweh, “Where is the bill of your mother’s divorce, with which I have put her away? or which of my creditors is it to whom I have sold you? Behold, for your iniquities were you sold, and for your transgressions was your mother put away. 2Why, when I came, was there no man? when I called, was there no one to answer? Is my hand shortened at all, that it can’t redeem? or have I no power to deliver? Behold, at my rebuke I dry up the sea, I make the rivers a wilderness: their fish stink, because there is no water, and die for thirst. 3I clothe the heavens with blackness, and I make sackcloth their covering.” 4The Lord Yahweh has given me the tongue of those who are taught, that I may know how to sustain with words him who is weary: he wakens morning by morning, he wakens my ear to hear as those who are taught. 5The Lord Yahweh has opened my ear, and I was not rebellious, neither turned away backward. 6I gave my back to the strikers, and my cheeks to those who plucked off the hair; I didn’t hide my face from shame and spitting. 7For the Lord Yahweh will help me; therefore I have not been confounded: therefore have I set my face like a flint, and I know that I shall not be disappointed. 8He is near who justifies me; who will bring charges against me? Let us stand up together: who is my adversary? Let him come near to me. 9Behold, the Lord Yahweh will help me; who is he who shall condemn me? Behold, all they shall wax old as a garment, the moth shall eat them up. 10Who is among you who fears Yahweh, who obeys the voice of his servant? He who walks in darkness, and has no light, let him trust in Yahweh’s name, and rely on his God. 11Behold, all you who kindle a fire, who adorn yourselves with torches around yourselves; walk in the flame of your fire, and among the brands that you have kindled. You shall have this of my hand; you shall lie down in sorrow.

1Alzo zegt de HEERE: Waar is de scheidbrief van ulieder moeder, waarmede Ik haar weggezonden heb? Of wie is er van Mijn schuldeisers, aan wien Ik u verkocht heb? Ziet, om uw ongerechtigheden zijt gij verkocht, en om uw overtredingen is uw moeder weggezonden. 2Waarom kwam Ik, en er was niemand, waarom riep Ik, en niemand antwoordde? Is Mijn hand dus gans kort geworden, dat zij niet verlossen kan, of is er in Mij geen kracht om uit te redden? Ziet, door Mijn schelding maak Ik de zee droog, Ik stel de rivieren tot een woestijn, dat haar vis stinkt, omdat er geen water is, en sterft van dorst. 3Ik bekleed den hemel met zwartheid, en stel een zak tot zijn deksel. 4De Heere HEERE heeft Mij een tong der geleerden gegeven, opdat Ik wete met den moede een woord ter rechter tijd te spreken; Hij wekt allen morgen, Hij wekt Mij het oor, dat Ik hore, gelijk die geleerd worden. 5De Heere HEERE heeft Mij het oor geopend, en Ik ben niet wederspannig, Ik wijk niet achterwaarts. 6Ik geef Mijn rug dengenen, die Mij slaan, en Mijn wangen dengenen, die Mij het haar uitplukken; Mijn aangezicht verberg Ik niet voor smaadheden en speeksel. 7Want de Heere HEERE helpt Mij, daarom word Ik niet te schande; daarom heb Ik Mijn aangezicht gesteld als een keisteen, want Ik weet, dat Ik niet zal beschaamd worden. 8Hij is nabij, Die Mij rechtvaardigt, wie zal met Mij twisten? Laat ons te zamen staan; wie heeft een rechtzaak tegen Mij? hij kome herwaarts tot Mij. 9Ziet, de Heere HEERE helpt Mij, wie is het, die Mij zal verdoemen? Ziet, zij zullen altemaal als een kleed verouden, die mot zal hen eten. 10Wie is er onder ulieden, die den HEERE vreest, die naar de stem Zijns Knechts hoort? Als hij in de duisternissen wandelt, en geen licht heeft, dat hij betrouwe op den Naam des HEEREN, en steune op zijn God. 11Ziet, gij allen, die een vuur aansteekt, die u met spranken omgordt! wandelt in de vlam van uw vuur, en in de spranken, die gij ontstoken hebt. Dat geschiedt u van Mijn hand, in smart zult gijlieden liggen.
