1Kaj li venigis min al la pordego, al tiu pordego, kiu estas turnita orienten. 2Kaj jen la majesto de la Dio de Izrael estis venanta laŭ la orienta vojo; kaj Lia voĉo estis kiel la bruo de granda akvo; kaj la tero lumiĝis de Lia majesto. 3Tio estis vizio simila al tiu vizio, kiun mi vidis antaŭe, kiam mi iris, por antaŭdiri pereon al la urbo, kaj vizio simila al tiu, kiun mi vidis ĉe la rivero Kebar. Kaj mi ĵetis min vizaĝaltere. 4Kaj la majesto de la Eternulo eniris en la domon tra la pordego, kiu estis turnita orienten. 5Kaj levis min la spirito, kaj venigis min sur la internan korton; kaj jen la majesto de la Eternulo plenigis la domon. 6Kaj mi aŭdis, ke Iu parolas al mi el la domo, kaj viro staris apud mi. 7Kaj estis dirite al mi: Ho filo de homo! jen estas la loko de Mia trono, kaj la loko de la plandoj de Miaj piedoj, kie Mi loĝos eterne inter la Izraelidoj; kaj la domo de Izrael ne plu malpurigos Mian sanktan nomon, nek ili nek iliaj reĝoj, per sia malĉastado kaj per la kadavraĵoj de siaj reĝoj sur iliaj altaĵoj. 8Ili starigis sian sojlon apud Mia sojlo kaj siajn fostojn apud Miaj fostoj, tie ke nur muro estis inter Mi kaj ili; kaj ili malpurigis Mian sanktan nomon per siaj abomenindaĵoj, kiujn ili faris; tial Mi pereigis ilin en Mia kolero. 9Sed nun ili forigos de Mi sian malĉastaĵon kaj la kadavraĵojn de siaj reĝoj, kaj Mi loĝos inter ili eterne. 10Vi, ho filo de homo, montru al la domo de Izrael ĉi tiun domon, por ke ili ekhontu pri siaj malbonagoj kaj alkonformigu sin al ĝia aranĝo. 11Kaj se ili ekhontos pri ĉio, kion ili faris, tiam montru al ili la bildon de la domo, ĝian aranĝon, ĝiajn elirojn kaj enirojn, ĉiujn ĝiajn manierojn kaj leĝojn, ĉiujn ĝiajn morojn kaj instrukciojn, kaj priskribu ĉion antaŭ iliaj okuloj, por ke ili observu ĉiujn ĝiajn instrukciojn kaj leĝojn kaj plenumu ilin. 12Jen estas la leĝo por la domo: la tuta spaco sur la supro de la monto ĉirkaŭe estas plejsanktejo; tio estas la leĝo por la domo. 13Kaj jen estas la mezuroj de la altaro laŭ ulnoj, kun aldono po manlarĝo por ĉiu ulno: la bazo havu unu ulnon kaj la larĝo unu ulnon, kaj la listelo ĉe ĝia rando ĉirkaŭe havu la larĝon de unu manstreĉo; kaj tia estu la dorso de la altaro. 14Kaj de la bazo sur la tero ĝis la malsupra elstaraĵo devas esti du ulnoj, kaj la larĝo estu unu ulno; kaj de la malgranda elstaraĵo ĝis la granda elstaraĵo estu kvar ulnoj, kaj la larĝo unu ulno. 15Kaj la altaro mem havu kvar ulnojn, kaj de la altaro leviĝu supren kvar kornoj. 16Kaj la altaro havu dek du ulnojn da longo kaj dek du ulnojn da larĝo, ĝi estu kvadrata sur ĉiuj siaj kvar flankoj. 17Kaj la elstaraĵo havu dek kvar ulnojn da longo kaj dek kvar ulnojn da larĝo sur ĉiuj siaj kvar flankoj, kaj la listelo ĉirkaŭ ĝi havu duonon de ulno, kaj ĝia bazo ĉirkaŭe havu unu ulnon; kaj ĝiaj ŝtupoj devas esti ĉe la orienta flanko. 18Kaj Li diris al mi: Ho filo de homo! tiele diras la Sinjoro, la Eternulo: Tio estas la leĝoj por la altaro por tiu tago, kiam oni konstruos ĝin, por alportadi sur ĝi bruloferojn kaj aspergadi ĝin per sango. 19Kaj al la pastroj Levidoj el la idaro de Cadok, kiuj alproksimiĝos al Mi, por servi al Mi, diras la Sinjoro, la Eternulo, donu bovidon kiel pekoferon. 20Kaj prenu iom el ĝia sango, kaj ŝprucigu sur ĝiajn kvar kornojn kaj sur la kvar angulojn de la elstaraĵo kaj sur la listelon ĉirkaŭe; kaj per tio vi ĝin purigos kaj pekliberigos. 21Poste prenu la pekoferan bovidon, kaj forbruligu ĝin sur aparta loko de la domo ekster la sanktejo. 22Kaj en la sekvanta tago alportu virkapron sendifektan kiel pekoferon; kaj oni pekliberigu la altaron tiel same, kiel oni pekliberigis per la bovido. 23Kiam vi finos la pekliberigon, alportu bovidon sendifektan, kaj sendifektan virŝafon el la ŝafoj; 24kaj alportu ilin antaŭ la Eternulon, kaj la pastroj ĵetu sur ilin salon kaj faru el ili bruloferon al la Eternulo. 25Dum sep tagoj alportu ĉiutage pekoferan kapron; kaj ili alportu po unu bovido el la bovoj kaj po unu virŝafo el la ŝafoj, sendifektajn. 26Dum sep tagoj oni pekliberigu la altaron kaj purigu ĝin kaj konsekru ĝin. 27Kiam finiĝos tiuj tagoj, komencante de la oka tago kaj plue, la pastroj farados sur la altaro viajn bruloferojn kaj viajn pacoferojn; kaj Mi estos favora al vi, diras la Sinjoro, la Eternulo.

1Afterward he brought me to the gate, even the gate that looks toward the east. 2Behold, the glory of the God of Israel came from the way of the east: and his voice was like the sound of many waters; and the earth shined with his glory. 3It was according to the appearance of the vision which I saw, even according to the vision that I saw when I came to destroy the city; and the visions were like the vision that I saw by the river Chebar; and I fell on my face. 4Yahweh’s glory came into the house by the way of the gate whose prospect is toward the east. 5The Spirit took me up, and brought me into the inner court; and behold, Yahweh’s glory filled the house. 6I heard one speaking to me out of the house; and a man stood by me. 7He said to me, Son of man,this is the place of my throne, and the place of the soles of my feet, where I will dwell in the midst of the children of Israel forever. The house of Israel shall no more defile my holy name, neither they, nor their kings, by their prostitution, and by the dead bodies of their kings in their high places; 8in their setting of their threshold by my threshold, and their door post beside my door post, and there was a wall between me and them; and they have defiled my holy name by their abominations which they have committed: therefore I have consumed them in my anger. 9Now let them put away their prostitution, and the dead bodies of their kings, far from me; and I will dwell in their midst forever. 10You, son of man, show the house to the house of Israel, that they may be ashamed of their iniquities; and let them measure the pattern. 11If they be ashamed of all that they have done, make known to them the form of the house, and its fashion, and its exits, and its entrances, and all its forms, and all its ordinances, and all its forms, and all its laws; and write it in their sight; that they may keep the whole form of it, and all its ordinances, and do them. 12This is the law of the house: on the top of the mountain the whole limit around it shall be most holy. Behold, this is the law of the house. 13These are the measures of the altar by cubits (the cubit is a cubit and a hand breadth): the bottom shall be a cubit, and the breadth a cubit, and its border around its edge a span; and this shall be the base of the altar. 14From the bottom on the ground to the lower ledge shall be two cubits, and the breadth one cubit; and from the lesser ledge to the greater ledge shall be four cubits, and the breadth a cubit. 15The upper altar shall be four cubits; and from the altar hearth and upward there shall be four horns. 16The altar hearth shall be twelve cubits long by twelve broad, square in the four sides of it. 17The ledge shall be fourteen cubits long by fourteen broad in the four sides of it; and the border about it shall be half a cubit; and its bottom shall be a cubit around; and its steps shall look toward the east. 18He said to me, Son of man, thus says the Lord Yahweh: These are the ordinances of the altar in the day when they shall make it, to offer burnt offerings on it, and to sprinkle blood on it. 19You shall give to the priests the Levites who are of the seed of Zadok, who are near to me, to minister to me, says the Lord Yahweh, a young bull for a sin offering. 20You shall take of its blood, and put it on the four horns of it, and on the four corners of the ledge, and on the border all around: thus you shall cleanse it and make atonement for it. 21You shall also take the bull of the sin offering, and it shall be burnt in the appointed place of the house, outside of the sanctuary. 22On the second day you shall offer a male goat without defect for a sin offering; and they shall cleanse the altar, as they cleansed it with the bull. 23When you have finished cleansing it, you shall offer a young bull without defect, and a ram out of the flock without defect. 24You shall bring them near to Yahweh, and the priests shall cast salt on them, and they shall offer them up for a burnt offering to Yahweh. 25Seven days you shall prepare every day a goat for a sin offering: they shall also prepare a young bull, and a ram out of the flock, without defect. 26Seven days shall they make atonement for the altar and purify it; so shall they consecrate it. 27When they have accomplished the days, it shall be that on the eighth day, and forward, the priests shall make your burnt offerings on the altar, and your peace offerings; and I will accept you, says the Lord Yahweh.

1Toen leidde hij mij tot de poort, de poort, die den weg naar het oosten zag. 2En ziet, de heerlijkheid des Gods van Israel kwam van den weg naar het oosten; en Zijn stem was als het geruis van vele wateren, en de aarde werd verlicht van Zijn heerlijkheid. 3En alzo was de gedaante van het gezicht, dat ik zag, gelijk het gezicht, dat ik gezien had, toen ik kwam, om de stad te verderven; en het waren gezichten, als het gezicht, dat ik gezien had aan de rivier Chebar; en ik viel op mijn aangezicht. 4En de heerlijkheid des HEEREN kwam in het huis, door den weg der poort, die den weg naar het oosten zag. 5En de Geest nam mij op, en bracht mij in het binnenste voorhof; en ziet, de heerlijkheid des HEEREN had het huis vervuld. 6En ik hoorde Een, Die met mij sprak, uit het huis; en de man was bij mij staande. 7En Hij zeide tot mij: Mensenkind! dit is de plaats Mijns troons, en de plaats der zolen Mijner voeten, alwaar Ik wonen zal in het midden der kinderen Israels, in eeuwigheid; en die van het huis Israels zullen Mijn heiligen Naam niet meer verontreinigen, zij noch hun koningen, met hun hoererij en met de dode lichamen hunner koningen, op hun hoogten; 8Als zij hun dorpel stelden aan Mijn dorpel, en hun post nevens Mijn post, dat er maar een wand tussen Mij en tussen hen was, en verontreinigden Mijn heiligen Naam met hun gruwelen, die zij deden; waarom Ik ze verteerd heb in Mijn toorn. 9Nu zullen zij hun hoererij en de dode lichamen hunner koningen verre van Mij wegdoen; en Ik zal in het midden van hen wonen in eeuwigheid. 10Gij mensenkind; wijs den huize Israels dit huis, opdat zij schaamrood worden vanwege hun ongerechtigheden, en laat ze het patroon afmeten. 11En indien zij schaamrood worden vanwege alles, wat zij gedaan hebben, zo maak hun bekend den vorm van het huis, en zijn gestaltenis, en zijn uitgangen, en zijn ingangen, en al zijn vormen, en al zijn ordinantien, ja, al zijn vormen en al zijn wetten; en schrijf het voor hun ogen, opdat zij zijn gansen vorm en al zijn ordinantien bewaren, en dezelve doen. 12Dit is de wet van het huis: op de hoogte des bergs zal zijn ganse grens, rondom henen, een heiligheid der heiligheden zijn; ziet, dit is de wet van het huis. 13En dit zijn de maten des altaars, naar de ellen, zijnde de el een el en een handbreed; de boezem van een el, en een el de breedte; en zijn einde aan zijn rand rondom een span; en dit is de rug des altaars. 14Van den boezem nu op de aarde tot aan het onderste afzetsel, twee ellen; en de breedte een el; en van het kleinste afzetsel tot aan het grootste afzetsel, vier ellen, en de breedte een el. 15En de Harel vier ellen; en van den Ariel voorts opwaarts, de vier hoornen. 16De Ariel nu, twaalf ellen de lengte, met twaalf ellen breedte, vierkant aan zijn vier zijden. 17En het afzetsel veertien ellen de lengte, met veertien ellen breedte, aan zijn vier zijden, en de rand rondom hetzelve, de helft ener el; en de boezem daaraan, een el rondom; en zijn trappen ziende naar het oosten. 18En Hij zeide tot mij: Mensenkind! zo zegt de Heere HEERE: Dit zijn de ordinantien des altaars, ten dage als men het zal maken, om brandoffer daarop te offeren, en om bloed daarop te sprengen. 19En gij zult aan de Levietische priesteren, dewelke uit het zaad van Zadok zijn, die tot Mij naderen (spreekt de Heere HEERE), om Mij te dienen, geven een var, een jong rund, ten zondoffer. 20En gij zult van deszelfs bloed nemen, en doen het aan zijn vier hoornen, en aan de vier hoeken der afzetsels, en aan den rand rondom; alzo zult gij het ontzondigen, en het verzoenen. 21Daarna zult gij den var des zondoffers nemen; en hij zal hem verbranden in een bestelde plaats van het huis buiten het heiligdom. 22En op den tweeden dag zult gij een volkomen geitenbok offeren ten zondoffer; en zij zullen het altaar ontzondigen, gelijk als zij dat ontzondigd hebben met den var. 23Als gij een einde zult gemaakt hebben van het ontzondigen, dan zult gij een var, een volkomen jong rund, offeren, en een volkomen ram van de kudde. 24En gij zult ze offeren voor het aangezicht des HEEREN; en de priesteren zullen zout daarop werpen, en zullen ze offeren ten brandoffer den HEERE. 25Zeven dagen zult gij dagelijks een bok des zondoffers bereiden; ook zullen zij een var, een jong rund, en een ram van de kudde, beide volkomen bereiden. 26Zeven dagen zullen zij het altaar verzoenen, en het reinigen, en zijn handen vullen. 27Als zij nu deze dagen zullen voleind hebben, dan zal het op den achtsten dag en voortaan geschieden, dat de priesters uw brandofferen en uw dankofferen op het altaar zullen bereiden; en Ik zal een welgevallen aan ulieden hebben, spreekt de Heere HEERE.
