1Έπειτα με έφερεν εις τον ναόν και εμέτρησε τα μέτωπα, εξ πήχας το πλάτος εντεύθεν και εξ πήχας το πλάτος εκείθεν, το πλάτος της σκηνής. 2Και το πλάτος της εισόδου ήτο δέκα πηχών· και τα πλευρά της θύρας πέντε πηχών εντεύθεν και πέντε πηχών εκείθεν· και εμέτρησε το μήκος αυτού, τεσσαράκοντα πήχας, και το πλάτος είκοσι πήχας. 3Και εισήλθεν εις το εσώτερον και εμέτρησε το μέτωπον της θύρας, δύο πήχας, και την θύραν, εξ πήχας, και το πλάτος της θύρας, επτά πήχας. 4Έπειτα εμέτρησε το μήκος τούτου, είκοσι πήχας, και το πλάτος είκοσι πήχας, έμπροσθεν του ναού· και είπε προς εμέ, τούτο είναι το άγιον των αγίων. 5Και εμέτρησε τον τοίχον του οίκου, εξ πήχας· και το πλάτος εκάστου των εις τα πλάγια οικημάτων, τέσσαρας πήχας, κύκλω κύκλω του οίκου κύκλω. 6Και τα πλάγια οικήματα ήσαν ανά τρία, οίκημα επί οικήματος, και τριάκοντα κατά τάξιν· και εισεχώρουν εις τον τοίχον του ναού, εκτισμένον κύκλω κύκλω διά τα πλάγια οικήματα, διά να κρατώνται στερεά, χωρίς να επιστηρίζωνται όμως επί τον τοίχον του οίκου. 7Και ο οίκος επλατύνετο, και ήτο κλίμαξ ελικοειδής αναβαίνουσα εις τα πλάγια οικήματα· διότι η ελικοειδής κλίμαξ του οίκου ανέβαινε προς τα άνω κύκλω κύκλω του οίκου· όθεν ο οίκος εγίνετο πλατύτερος προς τα άνω, και ούτως ηύξανεν από του κατωτάτου πατώματος έως του ανωτάτου διά των μέσων. 8Και είδον το ύψος του οίκου κύκλω κύκλω· τα θεμέλια των πλαγίων οικημάτων ήσαν εις ολόκληρος κάλαμος εξ πηχών διάστημα. 9Το πλάτος του τοίχου διά τα έξωθεν πλάγια οικήματα ήτο πέντε πηχών· και το εναπολειφθέν κενόν ήτο ο τόπος των έσωθεν πλαγίων οικημάτων. 10Και μεταξύ των θαλάμων ήτο διάστημα είκοσι πηχών κύκλω κύκλω, περί τον οίκον. 11Και αι θύραι των πλαγίων οικημάτων ήσαν προς το μέρος το εναπολειφθέν μία θύρα προς βορράν και μία θύρα προς νότον· και το πλάτος του εναπολειφθέντος μέρους ήτο πέντε πηχών κύκλω κύκλω. 12Η δε οικοδομή η κατά πρόσωπον του κεχωρισμένου μέρους, προς το δυτικόν πλάγιον, ήτο εβδομήκοντα πηχών το πλάτος· και ο τοίχος της οικοδομής, πέντε πηχών το πάχος κύκλω κύκλω· το δε μήκος αυτής ενενήκοντα πηχών. 13Και εμέτρησε τον τοίχον, εξ εκατόν πηχών το μήκος· και το κεχωρισμένον μέρος και την οικοδομήν και τους τοίχους αυτής, εκατόν πηχών το μήκος· 14και το πλάτος του προσώπου του οίκου και του κεχωρισμένου μέρους προς ανατολάς, εκατόν πηχών. 15Και εμέτρησε το μήκος της οικοδομής της κατά πρόσωπον του κεχωρισμένου μέρους όπισθεν αυτού, και τας στοάς αυτού εντεύθεν και εκείθεν, εκατόν πηχών, και τον ενδότερον ναόν και τα πρόθυρα της αυλής· 16τους παραστάτας της θύρας και τα αόρατα παράθυρα και τας στοάς κύκλω κατά τα τρία αυτών πατώματα, κατά πρόσωπον της θύρας, εστρωμένα με ξύλον κύκλω κύκλω· και το έδαφος έως των παραθύρων και τα παράθυρα ήσαν εσκεπασμένα· 17έως επάνωθεν της θύρας και έως του εσωτέρου οίκου και έξωθεν και δι' όλου του τοίχου κύκλω έσωθεν και έξωθεν, κατά τα μέτρα. 18Και ήτο ειργασμένον με χερουβείμ και με φοίνικας, ώστε φοίνιξ ήτο μεταξύ χερούβ και χερούβ, και έκαστον χερούβ είχε δύο πρόσωπα· 19και πρόσωπον ανθρώπου προς τον φοίνικα εντεύθεν και πρόσωπον λέοντος προς τον φοίνικα εκείθεν· ούτως ήτο ειργασμένον δι' όλου του οίκου κύκλω κύκλω. 20Από του εδάφους έως επάνωθεν της θύρας ήσαν ειργασμένα χερουβείμ και φοίνικες και εις τον τοίχον του ναού. 21Οι παραστάται του ναού ήσαν τετράγωνοι και το πρόσωπον του αγιαστηρίου, η θέα του ενός ως η θέα του άλλου. 22Το ξύλινον θυσιαστήριον ήτο τριών πηχών το ύψος, το δε μήκος αυτού δύο πηχών· και τα κέρατα αυτού και το μήκος αυτού και οι τοίχοι αυτού ήσαν εκ ξύλου· και είπε προς εμέ, Αύτη είναι η τράπεζα η ενώπιον του Κυρίου. 23Και ο ναός και το αγιαστήριον είχον δύο θυρώματα. 24Και τα θυρώματα είχον δύο φύλλα έκαστον, δύο στρεφόμενα φύλλα· δύο εις το εν θύρωμα και δύο φύλλα εις το άλλο. 25Και ήσαν ειργασμένα επ' αυτών, επί των θυρωμάτων του ναού, χερουβείμ και φοίνικες, καθώς ήσαν ειργαμένα επί των τοίχων· και ήσαν δοκοί ξύλιναι επί το πρόσωπον της στοάς έξωθεν. 26Και ήσαν παράθυρα αδιόρατα και φοίνικες εντεύθεν και εκείθεν εις τα πλάγια της στοάς και επί τα πλάγια οικήματα του οίκου και δοκοί ξύλιναι.

1He brought me to the temple, and measured the posts, six cubits broad on the one side, and six cubits broad on the other side, which was the breadth of the tent. 2The breadth of the entrance was ten cubits; and the sides of the entrance were five cubits on the one side, and five cubits on the other side: and he measured its length, forty cubits, and the breadth, twenty cubits. 3Then went he inward, and measured each post of the entrance, two cubits; and the entrance, six cubits; and the breadth of the entrance, seven cubits. 4He measured its length, twenty cubits, and the breadth, twenty cubits, before the temple: and he said to me, This is the most holy place. 5Then he measured the wall of the house, six cubits; and the breadth of every side room, four cubits, all around the house on every side. 6The side rooms were in three stories, one over another, and thirty in order; and they entered into the wall which belonged to the house for the side rooms all around, that they might be supported, and not penetrate the wall of the house. 7The side rooms were wider on the higher levels, because the walls were narrower at the higher levels. Therefore the breadth of the house increased upward; and so one went up from the lowest level to the highest through the middle level. 8I saw also that the house had a raised base all around: the foundations of the side rooms were a full reed of six great cubits. 9The thickness of the wall, which was for the side rooms, on the outside, was five cubits: and that which was left was the place of the side rooms that belonged to the house. 10Between the rooms was a breadth of twenty cubits around the house on every side. 11The doors of the side rooms were toward an open area that was left, one door toward the north, and another door toward the south. The width of the open area was five cubits all around. 12The building that was before the separate place at the side toward the west was seventy cubits broad; and the wall of the building was five cubits thick all around, and its length ninety cubits. 13So he measured the house, one hundred cubits long; and the separate place, and the building, with its walls, one hundred cubits long; 14also the breadth of the face of the house, and of the separate place toward the east, one hundred cubits. 15He measured the length of the building before the separate place which was at its back, and its galleries on the one side and on the other side, one hundred cubits; and the inner temple, and the porches of the court; 16the thresholds, and the closed windows, and the galleries around on their three stories, over against the threshold, with wood ceilings all around, and from the ground up to the windows, (now the windows were covered), 17to the space above the door, even to the inner house, and outside, and by all the wall all around inside and outside, by measure. 18It was made with cherubim and palm trees; and a palm tree was between cherub and cherub, and every cherub had two faces; 19so that there was the face of a man toward the palm tree on the one side, and the face of a young lion toward the palm tree on the other side. It was made like this through all the house all around: 20from the ground to above the door were cherubim and palm trees made: thus was the wall of the temple. 21As for the temple, the door posts were squared; and as for the face of the sanctuary, its appearance was as the appearance of the temple. 22The altar was of wood, three cubits high, and its length two cubits; and its corners, and its length, and its walls, were of wood: and he said to me, This is the table that is before Yahweh. 23The temple and the sanctuary had two doors. 24The doors had two leaves each, two turning leaves: two for the one door, and two leaves for the other. 25There were made on them, on the doors of the temple, cherubim and palm trees, like as were made on the walls; and there was a threshold of wood on the face of the porch outside. 26There were closed windows and palm trees on the one side and on the other side, on the sides of the porch: thus were the side rooms of the house, and the thresholds.

1Voorts bracht hij mij tot den tempel; en hij mat de posten, zes ellen de breedte van deze, en zes ellen de breedte van gene zijde, de breedte der tent. 2En de breedte der deur, tien ellen, en de zijden der deur, vijf ellen van deze, en vijf ellen van gene zijde; ook mat hij de lengte daarvan, veertig ellen, en de breedte twintig ellen. 3Daarna ging hij in naar binnen, en mat den post der deur, twee ellen; en de deur zes ellen, en de breedte der deur zeven ellen. 4Ook mat hij de lengte daarvan, twintig ellen, en de breedte twintig ellen voor aan den tempel; en hij zeide tot mij: Dit is de heiligheid der heiligheden. 5En hij mat den wand des huizes zes ellen; en de breedte van elke zijkamer, vier ellen, rondom het huis henen rondom. 6De zijkameren nu waren zijkamer boven zijkamer, drie, en dat dertig malen, en zij kwamen in den wand, die aan het huis was, tot die zijkamers rondom henen, opdat zij vastgehouden mochten worden; want zij werden niet vastgehouden in den wand des huizes. 7En het was voor de zijkameren opwaarts naar boven al wijder, en gaf zich rondom; want het huis was omsingeld opwaarts naar boven, rondom het huis henen; daarom was de breedte des huizes naar boven; en alzo ging het onderste op naar het bovenste door het middelste. 8En ik zag de hoogte des huizes rondom henen. De fondamenten der zijkameren waren van een vol riet, zes ellen, de el tot den oksel toe genomen. 9De breedte van den wand, die tot de zijkameren was naar buiten, was vijf ellen; en dat ledig gelaten was, was de plaats der zijkameren, die aan het huis waren. 10En tussen de kameren was een breedte van twintig ellen, rondom het huis, rondom henen. 11De deuren nu van de zijkameren waren naar het ledig gelatene toe, de ene deur den weg naar het noorden, en de andere deur naar het zuiden; en de breedte van de ledig gelatene plaats was vijf ellen rondom henen. 12Voorts van het gebouw, dat voor aan de afgesneden plaats was in den hoek des wegs naar het westen, was de breedte zeventig ellen, en van den wand des gebouws was de breedte vijf ellen rondom henen, en de lengte daarvan negentig ellen. 13Voorts mat hij het huis, de lengte honderd ellen; ook de afgesneden plaats en het gebouw, en de wanden daarvan, de lengte honderd ellen. 14En de breedte van het voorste deel des huizes, en der afgesneden plaats tegen het oosten, honderd ellen. 15Ook mat hij de lengte des gebouws voor aan de afgesneden plaats dat achter dezelve was, en derzelver galerijen van deze en van gene zijde, honderd ellen; met den binnensten tempel, en de voorhuizen des voorhofs. 16De dorpelen, en de gesloten vensters en de galerijen rondom die drie, tegenover den dorpel, waren beschoten met hout rondom henen, en van de aarde tot aan de vensteren; de vensteren waren bedekt; 17Tot hetgeen boven de deur was, en tot het binnenste en buitenste huis toe, en aan den gansen wand rondom henen in het binnenste en buitenste, al bij maten. 18En het was gemaakt met cherubs en palmbomen; zodat er een palmboom was tussen cherub en cherub, en elke cherub had twee aangezichten; 19Namelijk, eens mensen aangezicht tegen den palmboom van deze, en eens jongen leeuws aangezicht tegen den palmboom van gene zijde; gemaakt in het ganse huis rondom henen. 20Van de aarde af tot boven de deur waren de cherubs en de palmbomen gemaakt, ook aan den wand des tempels. 21De posten des tempels waren vierkant; en aangaande het voorste deel des heiligdoms, de ene gedaante was als de andere gedaante. 22De hoogte des houten altaars was drie ellen, en zijn lengte twee ellen, en het had zijn hoeken; en zijn lengte en zijn wanden waren van hout. En hij sprak tot mij: Dit is de tafel, die voor des HEEREN aangezicht zal zijn. 23De tempel nu en het heiligdom hadden beide twee deuren. 24En er waren twee bladen aan de deuren; te weten twee bladen, die men omdraaien kon; twee aan de ene deur, en twee bladen aan de andere. 25En aan dezelve, namelijk aan de deuren des tempels, waren cherubs en palmbomen gemaakt, gelijk als er aan de wanden gemaakt waren; en het hout aan het voorste deel van het voorhuis van buiten was dik. 26En aan de gesloten vensteren waren ook palmbomen van deze en van gene zijde, aan de zijden van het voorhuis; en aan de zijkameren van het huis, en aan de dikke planken.
