1At sinalita ng Panginoon kay Moises, na sinasabi, 2Salitain mo sa mga anak ni Israel, at sabihin mo sa kanila, Ako ang Panginoon ninyong Dios. 3Huwag kayong gagawa ng gaya ng ginawa sa lupain ng Egipto na inyong tinahanan: at huwag din kayong gagawa ng gaya ng ginagawa sa lupain ng Canaan, na pinagdadalhan ko sa inyo: ni huwag kayong lalakad ng ayon sa mga palatuntunan nila. 4Tutuparin ninyo ang aking mga kahatulan, at iingatan ninyo ang aking mga palatuntunan, na inyong lalakaran: ako ang Panginoon ninyong Dios. 5Tutuparin nga ninyo ang aking mga palatuntunan at ang aking mga kahatulan: na ikabubuhay ng mga taong magsisitupad: ako ang Panginoon. 6Huwag lalapit ang sinoman sa inyo sa kanino man sa kaniyang kamaganak na malapit, upang ilitaw ang kaniyang kahubaran: ako ang Panginoon. 7Ang kahubaran ng iyong ama, o ang kahubaran ng iyong ina ay huwag mong ililitaw: siya'y iyong ina; huwag mong ililitaw ang kahubaran niya. 8Ang kahubaran ng asawa ng iyong ama ay huwag mong ililitaw: yaon nga'y kahubaran ng iyong ama. 9Ang kahubaran ng iyong kapatid na babae, na anak ng iyong ama o anak ng iyong ina, maging ipinanganak sa sarili o sa ibang bayan, ay huwag mong ililitaw ang kahubaran nila. 10Ang kahubaran ng anak na babae ng iyong anak na lalake, o ng anak na babae ng iyong anak na babae, ay huwag mong ililitaw ang kahubaran nila: sapagka't ang kahubaran nila ay kahubaran mo rin. 11Ang kahubaran ng anak ng babae ng asawa ng iyong ama, na naging anak sa iyong ama, siya'y kapatid mo, huwag mong ililitaw ang kahubaran niya. 12Ang kahubaran ng kapatid na babae ng iyong ama ay huwag mong ililitaw: siya'y kamaganak na malapit ng iyong ama. 13Ang kahubaran ng kapatid na babae ng iyong ina ay huwag mong ililitaw: sapagka't siya'y kamaganak na malapit ng iyong ina. 14Ang kahubaran ng kapatid na lalake ng iyong ama ay huwag mong ililitaw, sa asawa niya ay huwag kang sisiping: siya'y iyong ali. 15Ang kahubaran ng iyong manugang na babae ay huwag mong ililitaw: siya'y asawa ng iyong anak; ang kahubaran niya ay huwag mong ililitaw. 16Ang kahubaran ng asawa ng iyong kapatid na lalake ay huwag mong ililitaw: kahubaran nga ng iyong kapatid na lalake. 17Ang kahubaran ng isang babae at ng kaniyang anak na babae ay huwag mong ililitaw; huwag mong pakikisamahan ang anak na babae ng kaniyang anak na lalake o ang anak na babae ng kaniyang anak na babae, upang ilitaw ang kaniyang kahubaran; sila'y kamaganak na malapit: kasamaan nga. 18At huwag kang makikisama sa isang babaing kalakip ng kaniyang kapatid, na magiging kaagaw niya, na iyong ililitaw ang kahubaran nito, bukod sa kahubaran niyaon, sa buong buhay niya. 19At huwag kang sisiping sa isang babae na ililitaw ang kahubaran niya habang siya'y marumi sa kaniyang karumalan. 20At huwag kang sisiping sa asawa ng iyong kapuwa, na magpapakadumi sa kaniya. 21At huwag kang magbibigay ng iyong binhi, na iyong palilipatin kay Moloch sa pamamagitan ng apoy; ni huwag mong lalapastanganin ang pangalan ng iyong Dios: ako ang Panginoon. 22Huwag kang sisiping sa lalake ng gaya sa babae: karumaldumal nga. 23At huwag kang sisiping sa anomang hayop na magpapakadumi riyan: ni ang babae ay huwag lalagay sa harap ng hayop upang pasiping: kahalayhalay nga. 24Huwag kayong magpakarumi sa alin man sa mga bagay na ito; sapagka't lahat ng ito ay nangadumhan ang mga bansang aking palayasin sa harap ninyo: 25At nadumhan ang lupain: kaya't aking dinadalaw ang kasamaang iyan diyan, at ang lupain din ang nagluluwa sa mga tumatahan diyan. 26Inyo ngang iingatan ang aking mga palatuntunan, at ang aking mga kahatulan, at huwag kayong gagawa ng anoman sa mga karumaldumal na ito; maging ang mga tubo sa lupain o ang mga taga ibang bayan man na nakikipamayan sa inyo: 27(Sapagka't ang lahat ng karumaldumal na ito, ay ginawa ng mga tao sa lupaing iyan, na mga una kaysa inyo; at ang lupain ay nadumhan); 28Upang huwag naman kayong iluwa ng lupain, sa pagkahawa ninyo, na gaya ng pagluluwa sa bansang nagsitahan ng una kaysa inyo. 29Sapagka't yaong lahat na gumawa ng alin man sa mga kahalayang ito, sa makatuwid baga'y ang mga taong magsigawa ng gayon ay ihihiwalay sa kanilang bayan. 30Kaya ingatan ninyo ang aking bilin, na huwag kayong gumawa ng alin man sa mga karumaldumal na kaugaliang ito na kanilang ginawa ng una bago kayo, at huwag kayong magpakarumal sa mga iyan: ako ang Panginoon ninyong Dios.
1Yahweh said to Moses, 2“Speak to the children of Israel, and say to them, ‘I am Yahweh your God. 3You shall not do as they do in the land of Egypt, where you lived: and you shall not do as they do in the land of Canaan, where I am bringing you; neither shall you walk in their statutes. 4You shall do my ordinances, and you shall keep my statutes, and walk in them: I am Yahweh your God. 5You shall therefore keep my statutes and my ordinances; which if a man does, he shall live in them. I am Yahweh. 6“‘None of you shall approach anyone who are his close relatives, to uncover their nakedness: I am Yahweh. 7“‘You shall not uncover the nakedness of your father, nor the nakedness of your mother: she is your mother. You shall not uncover her nakedness. 8“‘You shall not uncover the nakedness of your father’s wife. It is your father’s nakedness. 9“‘You shall not uncover the nakedness of your sister, the daughter of your father, or the daughter of your mother, whether born at home, or born abroad. 10“‘You shall not uncover the nakedness of your son’s daughter, or of your daughter’s daughter, even their nakedness: for theirs is your own nakedness. 11“‘You shall not uncover the nakedness of your father’s wife’s daughter, conceived by your father, since she is your sister. 12“‘You shall not uncover the nakedness of your father’s sister: she is your father’s near kinswoman. 13“‘You shall not uncover the nakedness of your mother’s sister: for she is your mother’s near kinswoman. 14“‘You shall not uncover the nakedness of your father’s brother, you shall not approach his wife. She is your aunt. 15“‘You shall not uncover the nakedness of your daughter-in-law: she is your son’s wife. You shall not uncover her nakedness. 16“‘You shall not uncover the nakedness of your brother’s wife. It is your brother’s nakedness. 17“‘You shall not uncover the nakedness of a woman and her daughter. You shall not take her son’s daughter, or her daughter’s daughter, to uncover her nakedness; they are near kinswomen: it is wickedness. 18“‘You shall not take a wife to her sister, to be a rival, to uncover her nakedness, while her sister is yet alive. 19“‘You shall not approach a woman to uncover her nakedness, as long as she is impure by her uncleanness. 20“‘You shall not lie carnally with your neighbor’s wife, and defile yourself with her. 21“‘You shall not give any of your children to sacrifice to Molech; neither shall you profane the name of your God. I am Yahweh. 22“‘You shall not lie with a man, as with a woman. That is detestable. 23“‘You shall not lie with any animal to defile yourself with it; neither shall any woman give herself to an animal, to lie down with it: it is a perversion. 24“‘Don’t defile yourselves in any of these things: for in all these the nations which I am casting out before you were defiled. 25The land was defiled: therefore I punished its iniquity, and the land vomited out her inhabitants. 26You therefore shall keep my statutes and my ordinances, and shall not do any of these abominations; neither the native-born, nor the stranger who lives as a foreigner among you; 27(for all these abominations have the men of the land done, that were before you, and the land became defiled); 28that the land not vomit you out also, when you defile it, as it vomited out the nation that was before you. 29“‘For whoever shall do any of these abominations, even the souls that do them shall be cut off from among their people. 30Therefore you shall keep my requirements, that you do not practice any of these abominable customs, which were practiced before you, and that you do not defile yourselves with them. I am Yahweh your God.’”
1Verder sprak de HEERE tot Mozes, zeggende: 2Spreek tot de kinderen Israels en zeg tot hen: Ik ben de HEERE, uw God! 3Gij zult niet doen naar de werken des Egyptischen lands, waarin gij gewoond hebt; en naar de werken des lands Kanaan, waarheen Ik u brenge, zult gij niet doen, en zult in hun inzettingen niet wandelen. 4Mijn rechten zult gij doen, en Mijn inzettingen zult gij houden, om in die te wandelen; Ik ben de HEERE, uw God! 5Ja, Mijn inzettingen en Mijn rechten zult gij houden; welk mens dezelve zal doen, die zal door dezelve leven; Ik ben de HEERE! 6Niemand zal tot enige nabestaande zijns vleses naderen, om de schaamte te ontdekken; Ik ben de HEERE! 7Gij zult de schaamte uws vaders en de schaamte uwer moeder niet ontdekken; zij is uw moeder; gij zult haar schaamte niet ontdekken. 8Gij zult de schaamte der huisvrouw uws vaders niet ontdekken; het is de schaamte uws vaders. 9De schaamte uwer zuster, der dochter uws vaders, of der dochter uwer moeder, te huis geboren of buiten geboren, haar schaamte zult gij niet ontdekken. 10De schaamte der dochter uws zoons, of der dochter uwer dochter, haar schaamte zult gij niet ontdekken; want zij zijn uw schaamte. 11De schaamte van de dochter der huisvrouw uws vaders, die uw vader geboren is (zij is uw zuster), haar schaamte zult gij niet ontdekken. 12Gij zult de schaamte van de zuster uws vaders niet ontdekken; zij is uws vaders nabestaande. 13Gij zult de schaamte van de zuster uwer moeder niet ontdekken; want zij is uwer moeder nabestaande. 14Gij zult de schaamte van den broeder uws vaders niet ontdekken; tot zijn huisvrouw zult gij niet naderen; zij is uw moei. 15Gij zult de schaamte uwer schoondochter niet ontdekken; zij is uws zoons huisvrouw; gij zult haar schaamte niet ontdekken. 16Gij zult de schaamte der huisvrouw uws broeders niet ontdekken; het is de schaamte uws broeders. 17Gij zult de schaamte ener vrouw en harer dochter niet ontdekken; de dochter haars zoons, noch de dochter van haar dochter zult gij nemen, om haar schaamte te ontdekken; zij zijn nabestaanden; het is een schandelijke daad. 18Gij zult ook geen vrouw tot haar zuster nemen, om haar te benauwen, mits haar schaamte nevens haar, in haar leven, te ontdekken. 19Ook zult gij tot de vrouw in de afzondering van haar onreinigheid niet naderen, om haar schaamte te ontdekken. 20En gij zult niet liggen bij uws naasten huisvrouw ter bezading, om met haar onrein te worden. 21En van uw zaad zult gij niet geven, om voor den Molech door het vuur te doen gaan; en den Naam uws Gods zult gij niet ontheiligen; Ik ben de HEERE! 22Bij een manspersoon zult gij niet liggen met vrouwelijke bijligging; dit is een gruwel. 23Insgelijks zult gij bij geen beest liggen, om daarmede onrein te worden; een vrouw zal ook niet staan voor een beest, om daarmede te doen te hebben; het is een gruwelijke vermenging. 24Verontreinigt u niet met enige van deze; want de heidenen, die Ik van uw aangezicht uitwerpe, zijn met alle deze verontreinigd; 25Zodat het land onrein is, en Ik over hetzelve zijn ongerechtigheid bezoeke, en het land zijn inwoners uitspuwt. 26Maar gij zult Mijn inzettingen en Mijn rechten onderhouden, en van al die gruwelen niets doen, inboorling noch vreemdeling, die in het midden van u als vreemdeling verkeert. 27Want de lieden dezes lands, die voor u geweest zijn, hebben al deze gruwelen gedaan; en het land is onrein geworden. 28Dat u dat land niet uitspuwe, als gij hetzelve zult verontreinigd hebben; gelijk als het het volk, dat voor u was, uitgespuwd heeft. 29Want al wie enige van deze gruwelen doen zal, die zielen, die ze doen, zullen uit het midden van haar volk uitgeroeid worden. 30Daarom zult gij Mijn bevel onderhouden, dat gij niet doet van die gruwelijke inzettingen, die voor u zijn gedaan geweest, en u daarmede niet verontreinigt; Ik ben de HEERE, uw God!
