1At sinalita ng Panginoon kay Moises, na sinasabi, 2Iyong salitain kay Aaron, at sa kaniyang mga anak, at sa lahat ng mga anak ni Israel, at sabihin mo sa kanila, Ito ang iniutos ng Panginoon, na sinasabi, 3Sinomang tao sa sangbahayan ni Israel, na pumatay ng baka, o kordero, o kambing sa loob ng kampamento, o pumatay sa labas ng kampamento, 4At hindi dinala sa pintuan ng tabernakulo ng kapisanan, upang ihandog na pinaka alay sa Panginoon, sa harap ng tabernakulo ng Panginoon: ay dugo ang ipararatang sa taong yaon; siya'y nagbubo ng dugo; at ang taong yaon: ay ihihiwalay sa kaniyang bayan: 5Upang ang mga anak ni Israel ay magdala ng kanilang mga hain, na inihahain sa kalawakan ng parang, sa makatuwid baga'y upang kanilang dalhin sa Panginoon, sa pintuan ng tabernakulo ng kapisanan, sa saserdote, at ihain sa Panginoon na mga pinakahandog tungkol sa kapayapaan. 6At iwiwisik ng saserdote ang dugo sa ibabaw ng dambana ng Panginoon, sa pintuan ng tabernakulo ng kapisanan, at susunugin ang taba na pinakamasarap na amoy sa Panginoon. 7At huwag na nilang ihahain ang kanilang mga hain sa mga kambing na lalake na kanilang pinanaligan. Magiging palatuntunan nga magpakailan man sa kanila sa buong panahon ng kanilang lahi. 8At sasabihin mo sa kanila, Sinomang tao sa sangbahayan ni Israel, o sa mga taga ibang bayan na nakikipamayan sa kanila, na naghandog ng handog na susunugin o hain, 9At hindi dinala sa pintuan ng tabernakulo ng kapisanan, upang ihain sa Panginoon: ay ihihiwalay nga ang taong yaon sa kaniyang bayan. 10At sinomang tao sa sangbahayan ni Israel o sa mga taga ibang bayan na nakikipamayan sa kanila, na kumain ng anomang dugo, ay aking itititig ang aking mukha laban sa taong yaon na kumain ng dugo, at ihihiwalay ko sa kaniyang bayan. 11Sapagka't ang buhay ng laman ay nasa dugo; at aking ibinigay sa inyo sa ibabaw ng dambana upang itubos sa inyong mga kaluluwa: sapagka't ang dugo'y siyang tumutubos dahil sa buhay. 12Kaya't aking sinabi sa mga anak ni Israel, Sinoman sa inyo ay huwag kakain ng dugo, ni ang taga ibang bayan na nakikipamayan sa inyo ay huwag kakain ng dugo. 13At sinomang tao sa mga anak ni Israel, o sa mga taga ibang bayan na nakikipamayan sa kanila na manghuli ng hayop o ng ibon na makakain; ay ibubuhos niya ang dugo niyaon at tatabunan ng lupa. 14Sapagka't tungkol sa buhay ng lahat ng laman, ang dugo nga niyan ay gaya rin ng buhay niyan. Kaya't sinabi ko sa mga anak ni Israel, Huwag kayong kakain ng dugo ng anomang laman: sapagka't ang buhay ng buong laman ay ang kaniyang dugo: sinomang kumain niyan ay ihihiwalay. 15At yaong lahat na kumain ng namamatay sa sarili o nilapa ng mga ganid, maging sa mga tubo sa lupain o sa mga taga ibang bayan, ay maglalaba ng kaniyang mga damit, at maliligo sa tubig, at magiging karumaldumal hanggang sa hapon: kung magkagayon ay magiging malinis. 16Datapuwa't kung di niya labhan, ni paliguan ang kaniyang laman, ay tataglayin nga niya ang kaniyang kasamaan.
1Yahweh spoke to Moses, saying, 2“Speak to Aaron, and to his sons, and to all the children of Israel, and say to them: ‘This is the thing which Yahweh has commanded, 3Whatever man there is of the house of Israel, who kills a bull, or lamb, or goat, in the camp, or who kills it outside the camp, 4and hasn’t brought it to the door of the Tent of Meeting, to offer it as an offering to Yahweh before Yahweh’s tabernacle: blood shall be imputed to that man. He has shed blood; and that man shall be cut off from among his people. 5This is to the end that the children of Israel may bring their sacrifices, which they sacrifice in the open field, that they may bring them to Yahweh, to the door of the Tent of Meeting, to the priest, and sacrifice them for sacrifices of peace offerings to Yahweh. 6The priest shall sprinkle the blood on the altar of Yahweh at the door of the Tent of Meeting, and burn the fat for a pleasant aroma to Yahweh. 7They shall no more sacrifice their sacrifices to the goat idols, after which they play the prostitute. This shall be a statute forever to them throughout their generations.’ 8“You shall say to them, ‘Any man there is of the house of Israel, or of the strangers who live as foreigners among them, who offers a burnt offering or sacrifice, 9and doesn’t bring it to the door of the Tent of Meeting, to sacrifice it to Yahweh; that man shall be cut off from his people. 10“‘Any man of the house of Israel, or of the strangers who live as foreigners among them, who eats any kind of blood, I will set my face against that soul who eats blood, and will cut him off from among his people. 11For the life of the flesh is in the blood; and I have given it to you on the altar to make atonement for your souls: for it is the blood that makes atonement by reason of the life. 12Therefore I have said to the children of Israel, “No person among you shall eat blood, neither shall any stranger who lives as a foreigner among you eat blood.” 13“‘Whatever man there is of the children of Israel, or of the strangers who live as foreigners among them, who takes in hunting any animal or bird that may be eaten; he shall pour out its blood, and cover it with dust. 14For as to the life of all flesh, its blood is with its life: therefore I said to the children of Israel, “You shall not eat the blood of any kind of flesh; for the life of all flesh is its blood. Whoever eats it shall be cut off.” 15“‘Every person that eats what dies of itself, or that which is torn by animals, whether he is native-born or a foreigner, he shall wash his clothes, and bathe himself in water, and be unclean until the evening: then he shall be clean. 16But if he doesn’t wash them, or bathe his flesh, then he shall bear his iniquity.’”
1Verder sprak de HEERE tot Mozes, zeggende: 2Spreek tot Aaron, en tot zijn zonen, en tot al de kinderen Israels, en zeg tot hen: Dit is het woord, hetwelk de HEERE geboden heeft, zeggende: 3Een ieder van het huis Israels, die een os, of lam, of geit in het leger slachten zal, of die ze slachten zal buiten het leger; 4En dezelve aan de deur van de tent der samenkomst niet brengen zal, om een offerande den HEERE voor den tabernakel des HEEREN te offeren; het bloed zal dienzelven man toegerekend worden, hij heeft bloed vergoten; daarom zal dezelve man uit het midden zijns volks uitgeroeid worden; 5Opdat, wanneer de kinderen Israels hun slachtofferen brengen, welke zij op het veld slachten, dat zij die den HEERE toebrengen, aan de deur van de tent der samenkomst tot den priester, en dezelve tot dankofferen den HEERE slachten. 6En de priester zal het bloed op het altaar des HEEREN, aan de deur van de tent der samenkomst, sprengen; en hij zal het vet aansteken, tot een liefelijken reuk den HEERE. 7En zij zullen ook niet meer hun slachtofferen den duivelen, welke zij nahoereren, offeren; dat zal hun een eeuwige inzetting zijn voor hun geslachten. 8Zeg dan tot hen: Een ieder van het huis Israels, en van de vreemdelingen, die in het midden van hen als vreemdelingen verkeren, die een brandoffer of slachtoffer zal offeren, 9En dat tot de deur van de tent der samenkomst niet zal brengen, om hetzelve den HEERE te bereiden; diezelve man zal uit zijn volken uitgeroeid worden. 10En een ieder uit het huis Israels, en uit de vreemdelingen, die in het midden van hen als vreemdelingen verkeren, die enig bloed zal gegeten hebben, tegen diens ziel, die dat bloed zal gegeten hebben, zal Ik Mijn aangezicht zetten, en zal die uit het midden haars volks uitroeien. 11Want de ziel van het vlees is in het bloed; daarom heb Ik het u op het altaar gegeven, om over uw zielen verzoening te doen; want het is het bloed, dat voor de ziel verzoening zal doen. 12Daarom heb Ik tot de kinderen Israels gezegd: Geen ziel van u zal bloed eten; noch de vreemdeling, die als vreemdeling in het midden van u verkeert, zal bloed eten. 13Een ieder ook van de kinderen Israels en van de vreemdelingen, die als vreemdelingen in het midden van hen verkeren, die enig wild gedierte, of gevogelte, dat gegeten wordt, in de jacht gevangen zal hebben; die zal deszelfs bloed vergieten, en zal dat met stof bedekken. 14Want het is de ziel van alle vlees; zijn bloed is voor zijn ziel; daarom heb Ik tot de kinderen Israels gezegd: Gij zult geens vleses bloed eten; want de ziel van alle vlees, dat is zijn bloed; zo wie dat eet, zal uitgeroeid worden. 15En alle ziel onder de inboorlingen of onder de vreemdelingen, die een dood aas of het verscheurde zal gegeten hebben, die zal zijn klederen wassen, en zich met water baden, en onrein zijn tot aan den avond; daarna zal hij rein zijn. 16Maar indien hij die niet wast, en zijn vlees niet baadt, zo zal hij zijn ongerechtigheid dragen.
