Ezequiel 22

1E veio a mim a palavra do SENHOR, dizendo: 2E tu, filho do homem, Por acaso julgarás tu, por acaso julgarás tu a cidade derramadora de sanguinária? Notifica-lhe, pois, todas as suas abominações. 3E dize: Assim disse o Senhor DEUS: Cidade que derrama sangue no meio de si, para que venha seu tempo, e que faz ídolos contra si mesma para se contaminar. 4Fizeste-te culpada com teu sangue que derramaste, e te contaminaste com teus ídolos que fizeste; e fizeste aproximar teus dias, e chegado a teus anos; por isso te entreguei por humilhação às nações, e por escárnio a todas as terras. 5As que estão perto e as que estão longe de ti escarnecerão de ti, que és imunda de nome, e cheia de inquietação. 6Eis que os príncipes de Israel, cada um conforme seu poder, estiveram em ti para derramarem sangue. 7Desprezaram ao pai e à mãe em ti; trataram ao estrangeiro com opressão no meio de ti; oprimiram ao órfão e à viúva em ti. 8Desprezaste minhas coisas santas, e profanaste meus sábados. 9Caluniadores houve em ti, para derramarem sangue; e comeram sobre os montes em ti; praticaram lascívia no meio de ti. 10Descobriram a nudez do pai ) em ti; abusaram da contaminada por menstruação em ti. 11E um cometeu abominação com a mulher de seu próximo; e outro contaminou lascivamente sua nora; e outro abusou de sua irmã, filha de seu pai. 12Suborno receberam em ti para derramarem sangue; juros e lucro tomaste, e exploraste gananciosamente o teu próximo, oprimindo-o; e esqueceste de mim, diz o Senhor DEUS. 13Mais eis que bati minhas mãos por causa de tua ganância que cometeste, e por causa de teu sangue, que houve no meio de ti. 14Conseguirá, por acaso, ficar firme teu coração? Serão fortes tuas mãos nos dias em que eu agir contra ti? Eu, o SENHOR, falei, e farei. 15E eu te dispersarei pelas nações, e te espalharei pelas terras; e acabarei de ti tua imundícia. 16Assim serás profanada em ti aos olhos das nações, e saberás que eu sou o SENHOR. 17E veio a mim a palavra do SENHOR, dizendo: 18Filho do homem, a casa de Israel se tornou para mim em escórias; todos eles são cobre, estanho, ferro, e chumbo, no meio do forno; eles se tornaram escórias de prata. 19Portanto assim diz o Senhor DEUS: Dado que todos vós vos tornastes em escórias, por isso eis que eu vos ajuntarei no meio de Jerusalém. 20Como se ajunta prata, bronze, ferro, chumbo e estanho em meio do forno, para soprar fogo sobre eles para fundir, assim vos ajuntarei em minha ira e em meu furor, e ali vos deixarei, e vos fundirei. 21Eu vos reunirei, e soprarei sobre vós no fogo de meu furor, e no meio dela sereis fundidos. 22Como se funde a prata no meio do forno, assim sereis fundidos no meio dela; e sabereis que eu, o SENHOR, derramei meu furor sobre vós. 23E veio a mim a palavra do SENHOR, dizendo: 24Filho do homem, diz a ela: Tu não és uma terra limpa, nem molhada de chuva no dia da indignação. 25Há uma conspiração de seus profetas no meio dela, como um leão que brame, que arrebata a presa; devoraram almas, tomam bens e coisas preciosas, aumentam suas viúvas no meio dela. 26Seus sacerdotes violentam minha lei, e profanam minhas coisas sagradas; não fazem diferença entre o santo e o profano, nem distinguem o impuro do puro; e escondem seus olhos de meus sábados. Assim eu sou profanado no meio deles. 27Seus príncipes no meio dela são como lobos que arrebatam presa para derramarem sangue, para destruírem almas, para obterem lucro desonesto. 28E seus profetas os rebocam com cal solta, profetizando-lhes falsidade, e adivinhando- lhes mentira, dizendo: Assim diz o Senhor DEUS; sem que o SENHOR tenha falado. 29O povo da terra faz graves extorsões, e pratica roubos; fazem violência ao aflito e necessitado, e oprimem sem motivo ao estrangeiro. 30E busquei dentre eles um homem que tapasse o muro, e que se pusesse na brecha diante de mim pela terra, para que eu não a destruísse; porém a ninguém achei. 31Por isso derramarei sobre eles minha indignação; com o fogo de minha ira os consumirei; retribuirei o caminho deles sobre suas próprias cabeças,diz o Senhor DEUS.

1Moreover Yahweh’s word came to me, saying, 2You, son of man, will you judge, will you judge the bloody city? then cause her to know all her abominations. 3You shall say, Thus says the Lord Yahweh: A city that sheds blood in the midst of her, that her time may come, and that makes idols against herself to defile her! 4You have become guilty in your blood that you have shed, and are defiled in your idols which you have made; and you have caused your days to draw near, and have come even to your years: therefore have I made you a reproach to the nations, and a mocking to all the countries. 5Those who are near, and those who are far from you, shall mock you, you infamous one, full of tumult. 6Behold, the princes of Israel, everyone according to his power, have been in you to shed blood. 7In you have they set light by father and mother; in your midst have they dealt by oppression with the foreigner; in you have they wronged the fatherless and the widow. 8You have despised my holy things, and have profaned my Sabbaths. 9Slanderous men have been in you to shed blood; and in you they have eaten on the mountains: in your midst they have committed lewdness. 10In you have they uncovered their fathers’ nakedness; in you have they humbled her who was unclean in her impurity. 11One has committed abomination with his neighbor’s wife; and another has lewdly defiled his daughter-in-law; and another in you has humbled his sister, his father’s daughter. 12In you have they taken bribes to shed blood; you have taken interest and increase, and you have greedily gained of your neighbors by oppression, and have forgotten me, says the Lord Yahweh. 13Behold, therefore, I have struck my hand at your dishonest gain which you have made, and at your blood which has been in your midst. 14Can your heart endure, or can your hands be strong, in the days that I shall deal with you? I, Yahweh, have spoken it, and will do it. 15I will scatter you among the nations, and disperse you through the countries; and I will consume your filthiness out of you. 16You shall be profaned in yourself, in the sight of the nations; and you shall know that I am Yahweh. 17Yahweh’s word came to me, saying, 18Son of man, the house of Israel has become dross to me: all of them are brass and tin and iron and lead, in the midst of the furnace; they are the dross of silver. 19Therefore thus says the Lord Yahweh: Because you have all become dross, therefore, behold, I will gather you into the midst of Jerusalem. 20As they gather silver and brass and iron and lead and tin into the midst of the furnace, to blow the fire on it, to melt it; so will I gather you in my anger and in my wrath, and I will lay you there, and melt you. 21Yes, I will gather you, and blow on you with the fire of my wrath, and you shall be melted in its midst. 22As silver is melted in the midst of the furnace, so you will be melted in its midst; and you will know that I, Yahweh, have poured out my wrath on you. 23Yahweh’s word came to me, saying, 24Son of man, tell her, You are a land that is not cleansed, nor rained on in the day of indignation. 25There is a conspiracy of her prophets in its midst, like a roaring lion ravening the prey: they have devoured souls; they take treasure and precious things; they have made her widows many in its midst. 26Her priests have done violence to my law, and have profaned my holy things: they have made no distinction between the holy and the common, neither have they caused men to discern between the unclean and the clean, and have hidden their eyes from my Sabbaths, and I am profaned among them. 27Her princes in its midst are like wolves ravening the prey, to shed blood, and to destroy souls, that they may get dishonest gain. 28Her prophets have plastered for them with whitewash, seeing false visions, and divining lies to them, saying, Thus says the Lord Yahweh, when Yahweh has not spoken. 29The people of the land have used oppression, and exercised robbery; yes, they have troubled the poor and needy, and have oppressed the foreigner wrongfully. 30I sought for a man among them, who should build up the wall, and stand in the gap before me for the land, that I should not destroy it; but I found no one. 31Therefore have I poured out my indignation on them; I have consumed them with the fire of my wrath: their own way have I brought on their heads, says the Lord Yahweh.

1Verder geschiedde des HEEREN woord tot mij, zeggende: 2Gij nu, mensenkind, zoudt gij der bloedstad recht geven? Zoudt gij ze recht geven? Ja, maak haar bekend al haar gruwelen. 3En zeg: Alzo zegt de Heere HEERE: O stad, die in haar midden bloed vergiet, opdat haar tijd kome, en drekgoden tegen zichzelve maakt, om zich te verontreinigen! 4Door uw bloed, dat gij vergoten hebt, zijt gij schuldig geworden, en met uw drekgoden, die gij gemaakt hebt, hebt gij u verontreinigd, en hebt uw dagen doen naderen, en zijt tot uw jaren gekomen; daarom heb Ik u den heidenen overgegeven tot een smaad, en allen landen tot een spot. 5Die nabij en verre van u zijn, zullen u bespotten, gij onreine van naam en vol van onrust! 6Ziet, de vorsten Israels zijn in u geweest, een ieder naar zijn kracht, om bloed te vergieten. 7Vader en moeder hebben zij in u licht geacht; met den vreemdeling hebben zij in het midden van u door verdrukking gehandeld; zij hebben in u den wees en de weduwe verdrukt. 8Mijn heilige dingen hebt gij veracht, en Mijn sabbatten hebt gij ontheiligd. 9Achterklappers zijn in u geweest om bloed te vergieten, en in u hebben zij op de bergen gegeten, zij hebben schandelijkheid in het midden van u gedaan. 10Men heeft de schaamte des vaders in u ontdekt; die onrein was door afzondering, hebben zij in u verkracht. 11Daartoe heeft de een gruwel gedaan met zijns naasten huisvrouw, en een ander heeft zijns zoons vrouw met schandelijkheid verontreinigd; nog een ander heeft in u zijn zuster, zijns vaders dochter; verkracht. 12Zij hebben geschenken in u genomen, om bloed te vergieten; woeker en overwinst hebt gij genomen, en gij hebt gierigheid gepleegd aan uw naaste door verdrukking; maar gij hebt Mijner vergeten, spreekt de Heere HEERE. 13Ziet dan, Ik heb Mijn hand geslagen, om uw gierigheid, die gij bedreven hebt, en om uw bloed, die in het midden van u geweest zijn. 14Zal uw hart bestaan? zullen uw handen sterk zijn, in de dagen, als Ik met u handelen zal? Ik, de HEERE, heb het gesproken, en zal het doen. 15En Ik zal u verstrooien onder de heidenen, en u verspreiden in de landen, en uw ontreinigheid uit u verteren. 16Zo zult gij in u ontheiligd zijn voor de ogen der heidenen; en gij zult weten, dat Ik de HEERE ben. 17Wijders geschiedde des HEEREN woord tot mij, zeggende: 18Mensenkind, die van het huis Israels zijn Mij tot schuim geworden; zij zijn allen koper, of tin, of ijzer, of lood, in het midden des ovens; zilverschuim zijn zij geworden. 19Daarom, alzo zegt de Heere HEERE: Omdat gijlieden allen tot schuim geworden zijt, daarom ziet, Ik zal u in het midden van Jeruzalem vergaderen. 20Gelijk zilver, of koper, of ijzer, of lood, of tin in het midden eens ovens vergaderd wordt, om het vuur daarover op te blazen, opdat men het smelte; alzo zal Ik ulieden vergaderen in Mijn toorn, en in Mijn grimmigheid daar laten, en smelten. 21Ja, Ik zal u bijeenbrengen, en zal op u blazen in het vuur Mijner verbolgenheid, dat gij in het midden van haar zult gesmolten worden. 22Gelijk het zilver in het midden des ovens gesmolten wordt, alzo zult gijlieden in het midden van haar gesmolten worden; en gij zult weten, dat Ik, de HEERE, Mijn grimmigheid over u uitgegoten heb. 23Voorts geschiedde des HEEREN woord tot mij, zeggende: 24Mensenkind, zeg tot haar; Gij zijt een land, dat niet gereinigd is, dat zijn plasregen niet heeft gehad ten dage der gramschap. 25De verbintenis harer profeten is in het midden van haar als een brullende leeuw, die een roof rooft; zij eten de zielen op, den schat en het kostelijke nemen zij weg; haar weduwen vermenigvuldigen zij in het midden van haar. 26Haar priesters doen Mijn wet geweld aan, en zij ontheiligen Mijn heilige dingen; tussen het heilige en het onheilige maken zij geen onderscheid, en het verschil tussen het onreine en reine geven zij niet te kennen; daartoe verbergen zij hun ogen van Mijn sabbatten; ja, Ik word in het midden van hen ontheiligd. 27Haar vorsten zijn in het midden van haar als wolven, die een roof roven, om bloed te vergieten, en om zielen te verderven; opdat zij gierigheid zouden plegen. 28Haar profeten nu pleisteren hen met loze kalk; ziende ijdelheid en hun leugen voorzeggende, zeggende: Alzo zegt de Heere HEERE! en de HEERE heeft niet gesproken. 29Het volk des lands pleegt enkel verdrukking, en bedrijft enkel roverij, ook onderdrukken zij den ellendige en nooddruftige, en den vreemdeling verdrukken zij zonder recht. 30Ik zocht nu een man uit hen, die den muur mocht toemuren, en voor Mijn aangezicht in de bresse staan voor het land, opdat Ik het niet mocht verderven; maar Ik vond niemand. 31Daarom heb Ik Mijn gramschap over hen uitgegoten; door het vuur Mijner verbolgenheid heb Ik hen verteerd; hun weg heb Ik op hun hoofd gegeven, spreekt de Heere HEERE.
