1Sa anghel ng iglesia sa Efeso ay isulat mo: Ang mga bagay na ito ay sinasabi ng may hawak ng pitong bituin sa kaniyang kanang kamay, na yaong lumalakad sa gitna ng pitong kandelerong ginto: 2Nalalaman ko ang iyong mga gawa, at ang iyong pagpapagal at pagtitiis, at hindi mo matiis ang masasamang tao, at sinubok mo ang mga nagpapanggap na apostol, at sila'y hindi gayon, at nasumpungan mo silang pawang bulaan; 3At may pagtitiis ka at nagbata ka dahil sa aking pangalan, at hindi ka napagod. 4Nguni't mayroon akong laban sa iyo, na iyong iniwan ang iyong unang pagibig. 5Kaya't alalahanin mo kung saan ka nahulog, at magsisi ka at gawin mo ang iyong mga unang gawa; o kung hindi ay paririyan ako sa iyo, at aalisin ko ang iyong kandelero sa kaniyang kinalalagyan, maliban na magsisi ka. 6Nguni't ito'y nasa iyo, na iyong kinapopootan ang mga gawa ng mga Nicolaita, na kinapopootan ko naman. 7Ang may pakinig, ay makinig sa sinasabi ng Espiritu sa mga iglesia. Ang magtagumpay, ay siya kong pakakanin ng punong kahoy ng buhay, na nasa Paraiso ng Dios. 8At sa anghel ng iglesia sa Smirna ay isulat mo: Ang mga bagay na ito ay sinasabi ng una at ng huli, na namatay, at muling nabuhay: 9Nalalaman ko ang iyong kapighatian, at ang iyong kadukhaan (datapuwa't ikaw ay mayaman), at ang pamumusong ng mga nagsasabing sila'y mga Judio, at hindi sila gayon, kundi isang sinagoga ni Satanas. 10Huwag mong katakutan ang mga bagay na iyong malapit ng tiisin: narito, malapit ng ilagay ng diablo ang ilan sa inyo sa bilangguan, upang kayo'y masubok; at magkakaroon kayo ng kapighatiang sangpung araw. Magtapat ka hanggang sa kamatayan, at bibigyan kita ng putong ng buhay. 11Ang may pakinig, ay makinig sa sinasabi ng Espiritu sa mga iglesia. Ang magtagumpay ay hindi parurusahan ng ikalawang kamatayan. 12At sa anghel ng iglesia sa Pergamo ay isulat mo: Ang mga bagay na ito ay sinasabi ng may matalas na tabak na may dalawang talim: 13Nalalaman ko kung saan ka tumatahan, sa makatuwid baga'y sa kinaroroonan ng luklukan ni Satanas; at iniingatan mong matibay ang aking pangalan, at hindi mo ikinaila ang aking pananampalataya, kahit nang mga araw man ni Antipas na aking saksi, aking taong tapat, na pinatay sa gitna ninyo, na tinatahanan ni Satanas. 14Datapuwa't mayroon akong ilang bagay na laban sa iyo, sapagka't mayroon ka diyang ilan na nanghahawak sa aral ni Balaam, na siyang nagturo kay Balac na maglagay ng katisuran sa harapan ng mga anak ni Israel, upang magsikain ng mga bagay na inihahain sa mga diosdiosan, at makiapid. 15Gayon din naman na mayroon kang ilan na nanghahawak sa aral ng mga Nicolaita. 16Magsisi ka nga; o kung hindi ay madaling paririyan ako sa iyo, at babakahin ko sila ng tabak ng aking bibig. 17Ang may pakinig, ay makinig sa sinasabi ng Espiritu sa mga iglesia. Ang magtagumpay ay bibigyan ko ng manang natatago, at siya'y bibigyan ko ng isang batong puti, at sa bato ay may nakasulat na isang bagong pangalan, na walang nakakaalam kundi yaong tumatanggap. 18At sa anghel ng iglesia sa Tiatira ay isulat mo: Ang mga bagay na ito ay sinasabi ng Anak ng Dios, na may mga matang gaya ng ningas ng apoy, at ang kaniyang mga paa ay gaya ng tansong binuli: 19Nalalaman ko ang iyong mga gawa, at ang iyong pagibig, at pananampalataya at ministerio at pagtitiis, at ang iyong mga huling gawa ay higit kay sa mga una. 20Datapuwa't mayroon akong laban sa iyo, na pinahintulutan mo ang babaing si Jezebel, na nagpapanggap na propetisa; at siya'y nagtuturo at humihikayat sa aking mga lingkod upang makiapid, at kumain ng mga bagay na inihahain sa mga diosdiosan. 21At binigyan ko siya ng panahon upang makapagsisi; at siya'y ayaw magsisi sa kaniyang pakikiapid. 22Narito, akin siyang iniraratay sa higaan, at ang mga nakikiapid sa kaniya sa malaking kapighatian, maliban na kung sila'y magsisipagsisi sa kaniyang mga gawa. 23At papatayin ko ng salot ang kaniyang mga anak; at malalaman ng lahat ng mga iglesia na ako'y yaong sumasaliksik ng mga pagiisip at ng mga puso: at bibigyan ko ang bawa't isa sa inyo ng ayon sa inyong mga gawa. 24Datapuwa't sinasabi ko sa inyo, sa mga iba na nasa Tiatira, sa lahat ng walang aral na ito, na hindi nakakaalam ng malalalim na bagay ni Satanas, gaya ng sinasabi nila; hindi na ako magpapasan sa inyo ng ibang pasan. 25Gayon ma'y ang nasa inyo'y panghawakan ninyong matibay hanggang sa ako'y pumariyan. 26At ang magtagumpay, at tumupad ng aking mga gawa hanggang sa katapusan, ay bibigyan ko ng kapamahalaan sa mga bansa: 27At sila'y paghaharian niya sa pamamagitan ng isang panghampas na bakal, gaya ng pagkadurog ng mga sisidlang lupa ng magpapalyok; gaya naman ng tinanggap ko sa aking Ama: 28At sa kaniya'y ibibigay ko ang tala sa umaga. 29Ang may pakinig, ay makinig sa sinasabi ng Espiritu sa mga iglesia.

1“To the angel of the assembly in Ephesus write: “He who holds the seven stars in his right hand, he who walks among the seven golden lamp stands says these things: 2“I know your works, and your toil and perseverance, and that you can’t tolerate evil men, and have tested those who call themselves apostles, and they are not, and found them false. 3You have perseverance and have endured for my name’s sake, and have not grown weary. 4But I have this against you, that you left your first love. 5Remember therefore from where you have fallen, and repent and do the first works; or else I am coming to you swiftly, and will move your lamp stand out of its place, unless you repent. 6But this you have, that you hate the works of the Nicolaitans, which I also hate. 7He who has an ear, let him hear what the Spirit says to the assemblies. To him who overcomes I will give to eat of the tree of life, which is in the Paradise of my God. 8“To the angel of the assembly in Smyrna write: “The first and the last, who was dead, and has come to life says these things: 9“I know your works, oppression, and your poverty (but you are rich), and the blasphemy of those who say they are Jews, and they are not, but are a synagogue of Satan. 10Don’t be afraid of the things which you are about to suffer. Behold, the devil is about to throw some of you into prison, that you may be tested; and you will have oppression for ten days. Be faithful to death, and I will give you the crown of life. 11He who has an ear, let him hear what the Spirit says to the assemblies. He who overcomes won’t be harmed by the second death. 12“To the angel of the assembly in Pergamum write: “He who has the sharp two-edged sword says these things: 13“I know your works and where you dwell, where Satan’s throne is. You hold firmly to my name, and didn’t deny my faith in the days of Antipas my witness, my faithful one, who was killed among you, where Satan dwells. 14But I have a few things against you, because you have there some who hold the teaching of Balaam, who taught Balak to throw a stumbling block before the children of Israel, to eat things sacrificed to idols, and to commit sexual immorality. 15So you also have some who hold to the teaching of the Nicolaitans likewise. 16Repent therefore, or else I am coming to you quickly, and I will make war against them with the sword of my mouth. 17He who has an ear, let him hear what the Spirit says to the assemblies. To him who overcomes, to him I will give of the hidden manna, and I will give him a white stone, and on the stone a new name written, which no one knows but he who receives it. 18“To the angel of the assembly in Thyatira write: “The Son of God, who has his eyes like a flame of fire, and his feet are like burnished brass, says these things: 19“I know your works, your love, faith, service, patient endurance, and that your last works are more than the first. 20But I have this against you, that you tolerate yourwoman, Jezebel, who calls herself a prophetess. She teaches and seduces my servants to commit sexual immorality, and to eat things sacrificed to idols. 21I gave her time to repent, but she refuses to repent of her sexual immorality. 22Behold, I will throw her into a bed, and those who commit adultery with her into great oppression, unless they repent of her works. 23I will kill her children with Death, and all the assemblies will know that I am he who searches the minds and hearts. I will give to each one of you according to your deeds. 24But to you I say, to the rest who are in Thyatira, as many as don’t have this teaching, who don’t know what some call ‘the deep things of Satan,’ to you I say, I am not putting any other burden on you. 25Nevertheless, hold that which you have firmly until I come. 26He who overcomes, and he who keeps my works to the end, to him I will give authority over the nations. 27He will rule them with a rod of iron, shattering them like clay pots;as I also have received of my Father: 28and I will give him the morning star. 29He who has an ear, let him hear what the Spirit says to the assemblies.

1Schrijf aan den engel der Gemeente van Efeze: Dit zegt Hij, Die de zeven sterren in Zijn rechter hand houdt, Die in het midden der zeven gouden kandelaren wandelt: 2Ik weet uw werken, en uw arbeid, en uw lijdzaamheid, en dat gij de kwaden niet kunt dragen; en dat gij beproefd hebt degenen, die uitgeven, dat zij apostelen zijn, en zij zijn het niet; en hebt ze leugenaars bevonden; 3En gij hebt verdragen, en hebt geduld; en gij hebt om Mijns Naams wil gearbeid, en zijt niet moede geworden. 4Maar Ik heb tegen u, dat gij uw eerste liefde hebt verlaten. 5Gedenk dan, waarvan gij uitgevallen zijt, en bekeer u, en doe de eerste werken; en zo niet, Ik zal u haastelijk bij komen, en zal uw kandelaar van zijn plaats weren, indien gij u niet bekeert. 6Maar dit hebt gij, dat gij de werken der Nikolaieten haat, welke Ik ook haat. 7Die oren heeft, die hore wat de Geest tot de Gemeenten zegt. Die overwint, Ik zal hem geven te eten van den boom des levens, die in het midden van het paradijs Gods is. 8En schrijf aan den engel der Gemeente van die van Smyrna: Dit zegt de Eerste en de Laatste, Die dood geweest is, en weder levend is geworden: 9Ik weet uw werken, en verdrukking, en armoede (doch gij zijt rijk), en de lastering dergenen, die zeggen, dat zij Joden zijn, en zijn het niet, maar zijn een synagoge des satans. 10Vrees geen der dingen, die gij lijden zult. Ziet, de duivel zal enigen van ulieden in de gevangenis werpen, opdat gij verzocht wordt; en gij zult een verdrukking hebben van tien dagen. Zijt getrouw tot den dood, en Ik zal u geven de kroon des levens. 11Die oren heeft, die hore wat de Geest tot de Gemeenten zegt. Die overwint, zal van den tweeden dood niet beschadigd worden. 12En schrijf aan den engel der Gemeente, die in Pergamus is: Dit zegt Hij, Die het tweesnijdend scherp zwaard heeft: 13Ik weet uw werken, en waar gij woont; namelijk daar de troon des satans is, en gij houdt Mijn Naam, en hebt Mijn geloof niet verloochend, ook in die dagen, in welke Antipas, Mijn getrouwe getuige was, welke gedood is bij ulieden, daar de satan woont. 14Maar Ik heb enige weinige dingen tegen u, dat gij aldaar hebt, die de lering van Balaam houden, die Balak leerde den kinderen Israels een aanstoot voor te werpen, opdat zij zouden afgodenoffer eten en hoereren. 15Alzo hebt ook gij, die de lering der Nikolaieten houden; hetwelk Ik haat. 16Bekeer u; en zo niet, Ik zal u haastelijk bij komen, en zal tegen hen krijg voeren met het zwaard Mijns monds. 17Die oren heeft, die hore, wat de Geest tot de Gemeenten zegt. Die overwint, Ik zal hem geven te eten van het manna, dat verborgen is, en Ik zal hem geven een witten keursteen, en op den keursteen een nieuwen naam geschreven, welken niemand kent, dan die hem ontvangt. 18En schrijf aan den engel der Gemeente te Thyatire: Dit zegt de Zoon van God, Die Zijn ogen heeft als een vlam vuurs, en Zijn voeten zijn blinkend koper gelijk: 19Ik weet uw werken, en liefde, en dienst, en geloof, en uw lijdzaamheid, en uw werken, en dat de laatste meer zijn dan de eerste. 20Maar Ik heb enige weinige dingen tegen u, dat gij de vrouw Jezabel, die zichzelve zegt een profetes te zijn, laat leren, en Mijn dienstknechten verleiden, dat zij hoereren en afgodenoffer eten. 21En Ik heb haar tijd gegeven, opdat zij zich zou bekeren van haar hoererij, en zij heeft zich niet bekeerd. 22Zie, Ik werp haar te bed, en die met haar overspel bedrijven, in grote verdrukking, zo zij zich niet bekeren van hun werken. 23En haar kinderen zal Ik door den dood ombrengen; en al de Gemeenten zullen weten, dat Ik het ben, Die nieren en harten onderzoek. En Ik zal ulieden geven een iegelijk naar uw werken. 24Doch Ik zeg ulieden, en tot de anderen, die te Thyatire zijn, zovelen, als er deze leer niet hebben, en die de diepten des satans niet gekend hebben, gelijk zij zeggen: Ik zal u geen anderen last opleggen; 25Maar hetgeen gij hebt, houdt dat, totdat Ik zal komen. 26En die overwint, en die Mijn werken tot het einde toe bewaart, Ik zal hem macht geven over de heidenen; 27En hij zal ze hoeden met een ijzeren staf; zij zullen als pottenbakkersvaten vermorzeld worden; gelijk ook Ik van Mijn Vader ontvangen heb. 28En Ik zal hem de morgenster geven. 29Die oren heeft, die hore wat de Geest tot de Gemeenten zegt.
