Êxodo 6

1O SENHOR respondeu a Moisés: Agora verás o que eu farei a Faraó; porque com mão forte os deixará ir; e com mão forte os expulsará de sua terra. 2Falou, todavia, Deus a Moisés, e disse-lhe: Eu sou o SENHOR; 3E apareci a Abraão, a Isaque e a Jacó sob o nome de Deus Todo-Poderoso, mas em meu nome, EU-SOU, não me notifiquei a eles. 4E também estabeleci meu pacto com eles, de dar-lhes a terra de Canaã, a terra em que foram estrangeiros, e na qual peregrinaram. 5E também eu ouvi o gemido dos filhos de Israel, aos quais fazem servir os egípcios, e lembrei-me de meu pacto. 6Portanto dirás aos filhos de Israel: EU SOU O SENHOR; e eu vos tirarei de debaixo das cargas do Egito, e vos livrarei de sua servidão, e vos resgatarei com braço estendido, e com grandes juízos; 7E vos tomarei por meu povo e serei vosso Deus: e vós sabereis que eu sou o SENHOR vosso Deus, que vos tiro de debaixo das cargas do Egito: 8E vos meterei na terra, pela qual levantei minha mão que a daria a Abraão, a Isaque e a Jacó: e eu vos a darei por herança. EU SOU O SENHOR. 9Desta maneira falou Moisés aos filhos de Israel: mas eles não escutavam a Moisés por causa da angústia de espírito, e da dura servidão. 10E falou o SENHOR a Moisés, dizendo: 11Entra, e fala a Faraó rei do Egito, que deixe ir de sua terra aos filhos de Israel. 12E respondeu Moisés diante do SENHOR, dizendo: Eis que os filhos de Israel não me escutam: como, pois, me escutará Faraó, ainda mais sendo eu incircunciso de lábios? 13Então o SENHOR falou a Moisés e a Arão, e deu-lhes mandamento para os filhos de Israel, e para Faraó rei do Egito, para que tirassem aos filhos de Israel da terra do Egito. 14Estes são os chefes das famílias de seus pais. Os filhos de Rúben, o primogênito de Israel: Enoque e Palu, Hezrom e Carmi: estas são as famílias de Rúben. 15Os filhos de Simeão: Jemuel, e Jamim, e Oade, e Jaquim, e Zoar, e Saul, filho de uma cananeia: estas são as famílias de Simeão. 16E estes são os nomes dos filhos de Levi por suas linhagens: Gérson, e Coate, e Merari: E os anos da vida de Levi foram cento trinta e sete anos. 17E os filhos de Gérson: Libni, e Simei, por suas famílias. 18E os filhos de Coate: Anrão, e Izar, e Hebrom, e Uziel. E os anos da vida de Coate foram cento e trinta e três anos. 19E os filhos de Merari: Mali, e Musi: estas são as famílias de Levi por suas linhagens. 20E Anrão tomou por mulher a Joquebede sua tia, a qual lhe deu à luz a Arão e a Moisés. E os anos da vida de Anrão foram cento e trinta e sete anos. 21E os filhos de Izar: Corá, e Nefegue e Zicri. 22E os filhos de Uziel: Misael, e Elzafã e Sitri. 23E tomou para si Arão por mulher a Eliseba, filha de Aminadabe, irmã de Naassom; a qual lhe deu à luz a Nadabe, e a Abiú, e a Eleazar, e a Itamar. 24E os filhos de Corá: Assir, e Elcana, e Abiasafe: estas são as famílias dos coraítas. 25E Eleazar, filho de Arão, tomou para si mulher das filhas de Putiel, a qual lhe deu à luz a Fineias: E estes são os chefes dos pais dos levitas por suas famílias. 26Este é aquele Arão e aquele Moisés, aos quais o SENHOR disse: Tirai aos filhos de Israel da terra do Egito por seus esquadrões. 27Estes são os que falaram a Faraó rei do Egito, para tirar do Egito aos filhos de Israel. Moisés e Arão foram estes. 28Quando o SENHOR falou a Moisés na terra do Egito, 29Então o SENHOR falou a Moisés, dizendo: Eu sou o SENHOR; dize a Faraó rei do Egito todas as coisas que eu te digo. 30E Moisés respondeu diante do SENHOR: Eis que sou incircunciso de lábios; como, pois, Faraó me ouvirá?

1Yahweh said to Moses, “Now you shall see what I will do to Pharaoh, for by a strong hand he shall let them go, and by a strong hand he shall drive them out of his land.” 2God spoke to Moses, and said to him, “I am Yahweh; 3and I appeared to Abraham, to Isaac, and to Jacob, as God Almighty; but by my name Yahweh I was not known to them. 4I have also established my covenant with them, to give them the land of Canaan, the land of their travels, in which they lived as aliens. 5Moreover I have heard the groaning of the children of Israel, whom the Egyptians keep in bondage, and I have remembered my covenant. 6Therefore tell the children of Israel, ‘I am Yahweh, and I will bring you out from under the burdens of the Egyptians, and I will rid you out of their bondage, and I will redeem you with an outstretched arm, and with great judgments: 7and I will take you to me for a people, and I will be to you a God; and you shall know that I am Yahweh your God, who brings you out from under the burdens of the Egyptians. 8I will bring you into the land which I swore to give to Abraham, to Isaac, and to Jacob; and I will give it to you for a heritage: I am Yahweh.’” 9Moses spoke so to the children of Israel, but they didn’t listen to Moses for anguish of spirit, and for cruel bondage. 10Yahweh spoke to Moses, saying, 11“Go in, speak to Pharaoh king of Egypt, that he let the children of Israel go out of his land.” 12Moses spoke before Yahweh, saying, “Behold, the children of Israel haven’t listened to me. How then shall Pharaoh listen to me, who am of uncircumcised lips?” 13Yahweh spoke to Moses and to Aaron, and gave them a command to the children of Israel, and to Pharaoh king of Egypt, to bring the children of Israel out of the land of Egypt. 14These are the heads of their fathers’ houses. The sons of Reuben the firstborn of Israel: Hanoch, and Pallu, Hezron, and Carmi; these are the families of Reuben. 15The sons of Simeon: Jemuel, and Jamin, and Ohad, and Jachin, and Zohar, and Shaul the son of a Canaanite woman; these are the families of Simeon. 16These are the names of the sons of Levi according to their generations: Gershon, and Kohath, and Merari; and the years of the life of Levi were one hundred thirty-seven years. 17The sons of Gershon: Libni and Shimei, according to their families. 18The sons of Kohath: Amram, and Izhar, and Hebron, and Uzziel; and the years of the life of Kohath were one hundred thirty-three years. 19The sons of Merari: Mahli and Mushi. These are the families of the Levites according to their generations. 20Amram took Jochebed his father’s sister to himself as wife; and she bore him Aaron and Moses: and the years of the life of Amram were a hundred and thirty-seven years. 21The sons of Izhar: Korah, and Nepheg, and Zichri. 22The sons of Uzziel: Mishael, and Elzaphan, and Sithri. 23Aaron took Elisheba, the daughter of Amminadab, the sister of Nahshon, as his wife; and she bore him Nadab and Abihu, Eleazar and Ithamar. 24The sons of Korah: Assir, and Elkanah, and Abiasaph; these are the families of the Korahites. 25Eleazar Aaron’s son took one of the daughters of Putiel as his wife; and she bore him Phinehas. These are the heads of the fathers’ houses of the Levites according to their families. 26These are that Aaron and Moses, to whom Yahweh said, “Bring out the children of Israel from the land of Egypt according to their armies.” 27These are those who spoke to Pharaoh king of Egypt, to bring out the children of Israel from Egypt. These are that Moses and Aaron. 28On the day when Yahweh spoke to Moses in the land of Egypt, 29Yahweh spoke to Moses, saying, “I am Yahweh. Speak to Pharaoh king of Egypt all that I speak to you.” 30Moses said before Yahweh, “Behold, I am of uncircumcised lips, and how shall Pharaoh listen to me?”

1Toen zeide de HEERE tot Mozes: Nu zult gij zien, wat Ik aan Farao doen zal; want door een machtige hand zal hij hen laten trekken, ja, door een machtige hand zal hij hen uit zijn land drijven. 2Verder sprak God tot Mozes, en zeide tot hem: Ik ben de HEERE, 3En Ik ben aan Abraham, Izak, en Jakob verschenen, als God de Almachtige; doch met Mijn Naam HEERE ben Ik hun niet bekend geweest. 4En ook heb Ik Mijn verbond met hen opgericht, dat Ik hun geven zou het land Kanaan, het land hunner vreemdelingschappen, waarin zij vreemdelingen geweest zijn. 5En ook heb Ik gehoord het gekerm der kinderen Israels, die de Egyptenaars in dienstbaarheid houden, en Ik heb aan Mijn verbond gedacht. 6Derhalve zeg tot de kinderen Israels: Ik ben de HEERE! en Ik zal ulieden uitleiden van onder de lasten der Egyptenaren, en Ik zal u redden uit hun dienstbaarheid, en zal u verlossen door een uitgestrekten arm, en door grote gerichten; 7En Ik zal ulieden tot Mijn volk aannemen, en Ik zal u tot een God zijn; en gijlieden zult bekennen, dat Ik de HEERE uw God ben, Die u uitleide van onder de lasten der Egyptenaren. 8En Ik zal ulieden brengen in dat land, waarover Ik Mijn hand opgeheven heb, dat Ik het aan Abraham, Izak, en Jakob geven zou; en Ik zal het ulieden geven tot een erfdeel, Ik, de HEERE! 9En Mozes sprak alzo tot de kinderen Israels; doch zij hoorden naar Mozes niet, vanwege de benauwdheid des geestes, en vanwege de harde dienstbaarheid. 10Verder sprak de HEERE tot Mozes, zeggende: 11Ga heen, spreek tot Farao, den koning van Egypte, dat hij de kinderen Israels uit zijn land trekken late. 12Doch Mozes sprak voor den HEERE, zeggende: Zie, de kinderen Israels hebben naar mij niet gehoord; hoe zou mij dan Farao horen? daartoe ben ik onbesneden van lippen. 13Evenwel sprak de HEERE tot Mozes en tot Aaron, en gaf hun bevel aan de kinderen Israels, en aan Farao, den koning van Egypte, om de kinderen Israels uit Egypteland te leiden. 14Dit zijn de hoofden van ieder huis hunner vaderen: de zonen van Ruben, den eerstgeborene van Israel, zijn Hanoch en Pallu, Hezron en Charmi; dit zijn de huisgezinnen van Ruben. 15En de zonen van Simeon: Jemuel, en Jamin, en Ohad, en Jachin, en Zohar, en Saul, de zoon ener Kanaanietische; dit zijn de huisgezinnen van Simeon. 16Dit nu zijn de namen der zonen van Levi, naar hun geboorten: Gerson, en Kehath, en Merari. En de jaren des levens van Levi waren honderd zeven en dertig jaren. 17De zonen van Gerson: Libni en Simei, naar hun huisgezinnen. 18En de zonen van Kehath: Amram, en Jizhar, en Hebron, en Uzziel, en de jaren des levens van Kehath waren honderd drie en dertig jaren. 19En de zonen van Merari: Machli en Musi; dit zijn de huisgezinnen van Levi, naar hun geboorten. 20En Amram nam Jochebed, zijn moei, zich tot een huisvrouw, en zij baarde hem Aaron en Mozes; en de jaren des levens van Amram waren honderd zeven en dertig jaren. 21En de zonen van Jizhar: Korah, en Nefeg, en Zichri. 22En de zonen van Uzziel: Misael, en Elzafan, en Sithri. 23En Aaron nam zich tot een vrouw Eliseba, dochter van Amminadab, zuster van Nahesson; en zij baarde hem Nadab en Abihu, Eleazar en Ithamar. 24En de zonen van Korah waren: Assir, en Elkana, en Abiasaf; dat zijn de huisgezinnen der Korachieten. 25En Eleazar, de zoon van Aaron, nam voor zich een van de dochteren van Putiel tot een vrouw; en zij baarde hem Pinehas. Dit zijn de hoofden van de vaderen der Levieten, naar hun huisgezinnen. 26Dit is Aaron en Mozes, tot welke de HEERE zeide: Leidt de kinderen Israels uit Egypteland, naar hun heiren. 27Dezen zijn het, die tot Farao, den koning van Egypte, spraken, opdat zij de kinderen Israels uit Egypte leidden; dit is Mozes en Aaron. 28En het geschiedde te dien dage, als de HEERE tot Mozes sprak in Egypteland; 29Zo sprak de HEERE tot Mozes, zeggende: Ik ben de HEERE! spreek tot Farao, den koning van Egypte, alles, wat Ik tot u spreek. 30Toen zeide Mozes voor het aangezicht des HEEREN: Zie, ik ben onbesneden van lippen; hoe zal dan Farao naar mij horen?
