1Και είπε Κύριος προς τον Μωϋσήν, Τώρα θέλεις ιδεί τι θέλω κάμει εις τον Φαραώ· διότι διά χειρός κραταιάς θέλει εξαποστείλει αυτούς· και διά χειρός κραταιάς θέλει εκδιώξει αυτούς εκ της γης αυτού. 2Ο Θεός ελάλησεν έτι προς τον Μωϋσήν και είπε προς αυτόν, Εγώ είμαι ο Κυριος· 3και εφάνην εις τον Αβραάμ, εις τον Ισαάκ και εις τον Ιακώβ, με το όνομα, Θεός Παντοκράτωρ· δεν εγνωρίσθην όμως εις αυτούς με το όνομά μου Ιεοβά· 4και έτι έστησα προς αυτούς την διαθήκην μου, να δώσω εις αυτούς την γην Χαναάν την γην της παροικίας αυτών, εν ή παρώκησαν· 5εγώ προσέτι ήκουσα τους στεναγμούς των υιών Ισραήλ διά την υπό των Αιγυπτίων καταδούλωσιν αυτών· και ενεθυμήθην την διαθήκην μου· 6διά τούτο ειπέ προς τους υιούς Ισραήλ, Εγώ είμαι ο Κύριος· και θέλω σας εκβάλει υποκάτωθεν των φορτίων των Αιγυπτίων και θέλω σας ελευθερώσει από της δουλείας αυτών και θέλω σας λυτρώσει με βραχίονα εξηπλωμένον και με κρίσεις μεγάλας· 7και θέλω σας λάβει εις εμαυτόν διά λαόν μου και θέλω είσθαι Θεός υμών· και θέλετε γνωρίσει ότι εγώ είμαι Κύριος ο Θεός υμών, όστις σας εκβάλλω υποκάτωθεν των φορτίων των Αιγυπτίων· 8και θέλω σας φέρει εις την γην, περί της οποίας ύψωσα την χείρα μου, ότι θέλω δώσει αυτήν εις τον Αβραάμ, εις τον Ισαάκ και εις τον Ιακώβ· και θέλω σας δώσει αυτήν εις κληρονομίαν. Εγώ ο Κύριος. 9Και ελάλησεν ο Μωϋσής ούτω προς τους υιούς Ισραήλ· αλλά δεν εισήκουσαν εις τον Μωϋσήν, διά την στενοχωρίαν της ψυχής αυτών και διά την σκληράν δουλείαν. 10Και ελάλησε Κύριος προς τον Μωϋσήν, λέγων, 11Είσελθε, λάλησον προς Φαραώ, τον βασιλέα της Αιγύπτου, διά να εξαποστείλη τους υιούς Ισραήλ εκ της γης αυτού. 12Και ελάλησεν ο Μωϋσής ενώπιον του Κυρίου, λέγων, Ιδού, οι υιοί Ισραήλ δεν μου εισήκουσαν· και πως θέλει μου εισακούσει ο Φαραώ, και εγώ είμαι απερίτμητος τα χείλη; 13και ελάλησε Κύριος προς τον Μωϋσήν και προς τον Ααρών και απέστειλεν αυτούς προς τους υιούς Ισραήλ και προς Φαραώ τον βασιλέα της Αιγύπτου, διά να εξαγάγωσι τους υιούς Ισραήλ εκ γης Αιγύπτου. 14Ούτοι είναι οι αρχηγοί των οίκων των πατριών αυτών· Οι υιοί του Ρουβήν, του πρωτοτόκου του Ισραήλ, Ανώχ και Φαλλού, Εσρών και Χαρμί· αύται είναι αι συγγένειαι του Ρουβήν. 15Και οι υιοί του Συμεών, Ιεμουήλ και Ιαμείν και Αώδ και Ιαχείν και Σωάρ και Σαούλ υιός Χανανίτιδος· αύται είναι αι συγγένειαι του Συμεών. 16Τα δε ονόματα των υιών του Λευΐ κατά τας γενεάς αυτών είναι ταύτα· Γηρσών και Καάθ και Μεραρί· και τα έτη της ζωής του Λευΐ έγειναν εκατόν τριάκοντα επτά έτη. 17Οι υιοί του Γηρσών, Λιβνί και Σεμεΐ, κατά τας συγγενείας αυτών. 18Και οι υιοί του Καάθ, Αμράμ και Ισαάρ και Χεβρών και Οζιήλ· και τα έτη της ζωής του Καάθ έγειναν εκατόν τριάκοντα τρία έτη. 19Και οι υιοί του Μεραρί, Μααλί και Μουσί· αύται είναι αι συγγένειαι του Λευΐ, κατά τας γενεάς αυτών. 20Έλαβε δε ο Αμράμ εις γυναίκα εαυτού την Ιωχαβέδ, θυγατέρα του αδελφού του πατρός αυτού· και εγέννησεν εις αυτόν τον Ααρών και τον Μωϋσήν· τα δε έτη της ζωής του Αμράμ έγειναν εκατόν τριάκοντα επτά έτη. 21Και οι υιοί του Ισαάρ, Κορέ και Νεφέγ και Ζιθρί. 22Και οι υιοί του Οζιήλ, Μισαήλ και Ελισαφάν και Σιθρί. 23Έλαβε δε ο Ααρών εις γυναίκα εαυτού την Ελισάβετ, θυγατέρα του Αμμιναδάβ, αδελφήν του Ναασσών· και εγέννησεν εις αυτόν τον Ναδάβ και τον Αβιούδ, τον Ελεάζαρ και τον Ιθάμαρ. 24Και οι υιοί του Κορέ, Ασείρ και Ελκανά και Αβιάσαφ· αύται είναι αι συγγένειαι των Κοριτών. 25Ο δε Ελεάζαρ, ο υιός του Ααρών, έλαβεν εις γυναίκα εαυτού μίαν εκ των θυγατέρων του Φουτιήλ· και εγέννησεν εις αυτόν τον Φινεές· ούτοι είναι οι αρχηγοί των πατριών των Λευϊτών, κατά τας συγγενείας αυτών. 26Ούτοι είναι ο Ααρών και ο Μωϋσής, προς τους οποίους είπεν ο Κύριος, Εξαγάγετε τους υιούς Ισραήλ, εκ γης Αιγύπτου κατά τα τάγματα αυτών. 27Ούτοι είναι οι λαλήσαντες προς Φαραώ τον βασιλέα της Αιγύπτου, διά να εξαγάγωσι τους υιούς Ισραήλ εξ Αιγύπτου· αυτοί, ο Μωϋσής και ο Ααρών. 28Καθ' ην δε ημέραν ελάλησε Κύριος προς τον Μωϋσήν εν τη γη της Αιγύπτου, 29είπε Κύριος προς τον Μωϋσήν, λέγων, Εγώ είμαι ο Κύριος· λάλησον προς Φαραώ, τον βασιλέα της Αιγύπτου, πάντα όσα λέγω προς σε. 30Και είπεν ο Μωϋσής ενώπιον του Κυρίου, Ιδού, εγώ είμαι απερίτμητος τα χείλη· και πως θέλει μου εισακούσει ο Φαραώ;

1Yahweh said to Moses, “Now you shall see what I will do to Pharaoh, for by a strong hand he shall let them go, and by a strong hand he shall drive them out of his land.” 2God spoke to Moses, and said to him, “I am Yahweh; 3and I appeared to Abraham, to Isaac, and to Jacob, as God Almighty; but by my name Yahweh I was not known to them. 4I have also established my covenant with them, to give them the land of Canaan, the land of their travels, in which they lived as aliens. 5Moreover I have heard the groaning of the children of Israel, whom the Egyptians keep in bondage, and I have remembered my covenant. 6Therefore tell the children of Israel, ‘I am Yahweh, and I will bring you out from under the burdens of the Egyptians, and I will rid you out of their bondage, and I will redeem you with an outstretched arm, and with great judgments: 7and I will take you to me for a people, and I will be to you a God; and you shall know that I am Yahweh your God, who brings you out from under the burdens of the Egyptians. 8I will bring you into the land which I swore to give to Abraham, to Isaac, and to Jacob; and I will give it to you for a heritage: I am Yahweh.’” 9Moses spoke so to the children of Israel, but they didn’t listen to Moses for anguish of spirit, and for cruel bondage. 10Yahweh spoke to Moses, saying, 11“Go in, speak to Pharaoh king of Egypt, that he let the children of Israel go out of his land.” 12Moses spoke before Yahweh, saying, “Behold, the children of Israel haven’t listened to me. How then shall Pharaoh listen to me, who am of uncircumcised lips?” 13Yahweh spoke to Moses and to Aaron, and gave them a command to the children of Israel, and to Pharaoh king of Egypt, to bring the children of Israel out of the land of Egypt. 14These are the heads of their fathers’ houses. The sons of Reuben the firstborn of Israel: Hanoch, and Pallu, Hezron, and Carmi; these are the families of Reuben. 15The sons of Simeon: Jemuel, and Jamin, and Ohad, and Jachin, and Zohar, and Shaul the son of a Canaanite woman; these are the families of Simeon. 16These are the names of the sons of Levi according to their generations: Gershon, and Kohath, and Merari; and the years of the life of Levi were one hundred thirty-seven years. 17The sons of Gershon: Libni and Shimei, according to their families. 18The sons of Kohath: Amram, and Izhar, and Hebron, and Uzziel; and the years of the life of Kohath were one hundred thirty-three years. 19The sons of Merari: Mahli and Mushi. These are the families of the Levites according to their generations. 20Amram took Jochebed his father’s sister to himself as wife; and she bore him Aaron and Moses: and the years of the life of Amram were a hundred and thirty-seven years. 21The sons of Izhar: Korah, and Nepheg, and Zichri. 22The sons of Uzziel: Mishael, and Elzaphan, and Sithri. 23Aaron took Elisheba, the daughter of Amminadab, the sister of Nahshon, as his wife; and she bore him Nadab and Abihu, Eleazar and Ithamar. 24The sons of Korah: Assir, and Elkanah, and Abiasaph; these are the families of the Korahites. 25Eleazar Aaron’s son took one of the daughters of Putiel as his wife; and she bore him Phinehas. These are the heads of the fathers’ houses of the Levites according to their families. 26These are that Aaron and Moses, to whom Yahweh said, “Bring out the children of Israel from the land of Egypt according to their armies.” 27These are those who spoke to Pharaoh king of Egypt, to bring out the children of Israel from Egypt. These are that Moses and Aaron. 28On the day when Yahweh spoke to Moses in the land of Egypt, 29Yahweh spoke to Moses, saying, “I am Yahweh. Speak to Pharaoh king of Egypt all that I speak to you.” 30Moses said before Yahweh, “Behold, I am of uncircumcised lips, and how shall Pharaoh listen to me?”

1Toen zeide de HEERE tot Mozes: Nu zult gij zien, wat Ik aan Farao doen zal; want door een machtige hand zal hij hen laten trekken, ja, door een machtige hand zal hij hen uit zijn land drijven. 2Verder sprak God tot Mozes, en zeide tot hem: Ik ben de HEERE, 3En Ik ben aan Abraham, Izak, en Jakob verschenen, als God de Almachtige; doch met Mijn Naam HEERE ben Ik hun niet bekend geweest. 4En ook heb Ik Mijn verbond met hen opgericht, dat Ik hun geven zou het land Kanaan, het land hunner vreemdelingschappen, waarin zij vreemdelingen geweest zijn. 5En ook heb Ik gehoord het gekerm der kinderen Israels, die de Egyptenaars in dienstbaarheid houden, en Ik heb aan Mijn verbond gedacht. 6Derhalve zeg tot de kinderen Israels: Ik ben de HEERE! en Ik zal ulieden uitleiden van onder de lasten der Egyptenaren, en Ik zal u redden uit hun dienstbaarheid, en zal u verlossen door een uitgestrekten arm, en door grote gerichten; 7En Ik zal ulieden tot Mijn volk aannemen, en Ik zal u tot een God zijn; en gijlieden zult bekennen, dat Ik de HEERE uw God ben, Die u uitleide van onder de lasten der Egyptenaren. 8En Ik zal ulieden brengen in dat land, waarover Ik Mijn hand opgeheven heb, dat Ik het aan Abraham, Izak, en Jakob geven zou; en Ik zal het ulieden geven tot een erfdeel, Ik, de HEERE! 9En Mozes sprak alzo tot de kinderen Israels; doch zij hoorden naar Mozes niet, vanwege de benauwdheid des geestes, en vanwege de harde dienstbaarheid. 10Verder sprak de HEERE tot Mozes, zeggende: 11Ga heen, spreek tot Farao, den koning van Egypte, dat hij de kinderen Israels uit zijn land trekken late. 12Doch Mozes sprak voor den HEERE, zeggende: Zie, de kinderen Israels hebben naar mij niet gehoord; hoe zou mij dan Farao horen? daartoe ben ik onbesneden van lippen. 13Evenwel sprak de HEERE tot Mozes en tot Aaron, en gaf hun bevel aan de kinderen Israels, en aan Farao, den koning van Egypte, om de kinderen Israels uit Egypteland te leiden. 14Dit zijn de hoofden van ieder huis hunner vaderen: de zonen van Ruben, den eerstgeborene van Israel, zijn Hanoch en Pallu, Hezron en Charmi; dit zijn de huisgezinnen van Ruben. 15En de zonen van Simeon: Jemuel, en Jamin, en Ohad, en Jachin, en Zohar, en Saul, de zoon ener Kanaanietische; dit zijn de huisgezinnen van Simeon. 16Dit nu zijn de namen der zonen van Levi, naar hun geboorten: Gerson, en Kehath, en Merari. En de jaren des levens van Levi waren honderd zeven en dertig jaren. 17De zonen van Gerson: Libni en Simei, naar hun huisgezinnen. 18En de zonen van Kehath: Amram, en Jizhar, en Hebron, en Uzziel, en de jaren des levens van Kehath waren honderd drie en dertig jaren. 19En de zonen van Merari: Machli en Musi; dit zijn de huisgezinnen van Levi, naar hun geboorten. 20En Amram nam Jochebed, zijn moei, zich tot een huisvrouw, en zij baarde hem Aaron en Mozes; en de jaren des levens van Amram waren honderd zeven en dertig jaren. 21En de zonen van Jizhar: Korah, en Nefeg, en Zichri. 22En de zonen van Uzziel: Misael, en Elzafan, en Sithri. 23En Aaron nam zich tot een vrouw Eliseba, dochter van Amminadab, zuster van Nahesson; en zij baarde hem Nadab en Abihu, Eleazar en Ithamar. 24En de zonen van Korah waren: Assir, en Elkana, en Abiasaf; dat zijn de huisgezinnen der Korachieten. 25En Eleazar, de zoon van Aaron, nam voor zich een van de dochteren van Putiel tot een vrouw; en zij baarde hem Pinehas. Dit zijn de hoofden van de vaderen der Levieten, naar hun huisgezinnen. 26Dit is Aaron en Mozes, tot welke de HEERE zeide: Leidt de kinderen Israels uit Egypteland, naar hun heiren. 27Dezen zijn het, die tot Farao, den koning van Egypte, spraken, opdat zij de kinderen Israels uit Egypte leidden; dit is Mozes en Aaron. 28En het geschiedde te dien dage, als de HEERE tot Mozes sprak in Egypteland; 29Zo sprak de HEERE tot Mozes, zeggende: Ik ben de HEERE! spreek tot Farao, den koning van Egypte, alles, wat Ik tot u spreek. 30Toen zeide Mozes voor het aangezicht des HEEREN: Zie, ik ben onbesneden van lippen; hoe zal dan Farao naar mij horen?
