Zacarias 10

1Pedi, vós, ao SENHOR chuva no tempo da chuva tardia; o SENHOR faz relâmpagos, e lhes dará chuva abundante, e erva no campo a cada um. 2Pois os ídolos falam ilusão, e os adivinhos veem falsidade, e falado sonhos ilusórios; com ilusão consolam; por isso eles foram embora como ovelhas, humilhadas, porque não havia pastor. 3Minha ira se acendeu contra os pastores, e castigarei os bodes; mas o SENHOR dos exércitos visitará seu rebanho, a casa de Judá, e fará com que sejam como seu cavalo de honra na batalha. 4De ele sairá a pedra angular, a estaca, e o arco da guerra; dele juntamente sairá todo dominador. 5E serão como guerreiros que pisam o inimigo na lama das ruas na batalha; e lutarão, porque o SENHOR estará com eles; e envergonharão aos que montam em cavalos. 6E eu fortalecerei a casa de Judá, e salvarei a casa de José; e voltarei a estabelecê-los, porque me compadeci deles; e serão como se eu não tivesse os rejeitado, porque eu sou o SENHOR, Deus deles, que os ouvirei. 7E Efraim será como guerreiro, e seu coração se alegrará como de vinho; seus filhos verão, e ficarão contentes; seus corações se alegrarão no SENHOR. 8Eu assoviarei a eles, e os ajuntarei, porque eu os resgatarei; e serão muitos assim como eram muitos no passado . 9E eu os semearei entre os povos, e se lembrarão de mim em lugares remotos; e viverão com seus filhos, e voltarão. 10Eu os trarei de volta da terra do Egito, e os recolherei da Assíria; e os trarei à terra de Gileade e do Líbano, mas não será espaço suficiente para eles. 11Ele passará pela mar da aflição, ferirá as ondas do mar, e todas as profundezas do rio se secarão; e a arrogância dos assírios será derrubada, e o cetro do Egito será tomado. 12E eu os fortificarei no SENHOR, e andarão em seu nome, diz o SENHOR.

1Ask of Yahweh rain in the spring time, Yahweh who makes storm clouds, and he gives rain showers to everyone for the plants in the field. 2For the teraphim have spoken vanity, and the diviners have seen a lie; and they have told false dreams. They comfort in vain. Therefore they go their way like sheep. They are oppressed, because there is no shepherd. 3My anger is kindled against the shepherds, and I will punish the male goats; For Yahweh of Armies has visited his flock, the house of Judah, and will make them as his majestic horse in the battle. 4From him will come the cornerstone, from him the nail, from him the battle bow, from him every ruler together. 5They shall be as mighty men, treading down muddy streets in the battle; and they shall fight, because Yahweh is with them; and the riders on horses will be confounded. 6“I will strengthen the house of Judah, and I will save the house of Joseph, and I will bring them back; for I have mercy on them; and they will be as though I had not cast them off: for I am Yahweh their God, and I will hear them. 7Ephraim will be like a mighty man, and their heart will rejoice as through wine; yes, their children will see it, and rejoice. Their heart will be glad in Yahweh. 8I will signal for them, and gather them; for I have redeemed them; and they will increase as they have increased. 9I will sow them among the peoples; and they will remember me in far countries; and they will live with their children, and will return. 10I will bring them again also out of the land of Egypt, and gather them out of Assyria; and I will bring them into the land of Gilead and Lebanon; and there won’t be room enough for them. 11He will pass through the sea of affliction, and will strike the waves in the sea, and all the depths of the Nile will dry up; and the pride of Assyria will be brought down, and the scepter of Egypt will depart. 12I will strengthen them in Yahweh; and they will walk up and down in his name,” says Yahweh.

1Begeert van den HEERE regen, ten tijde des spaden regens; de HEERE maakt de weerlichten; en Hij zal hun regen genoeg geven voor ieder kruid op het veld. 2Want de terafim spreken ijdelheid, en de waarzeggers zien valsheid, en zij spreken ijdele dromen, zij troosten met ijdelheid; daarom zijn zij henengetogen als schapen, zij zijn onderdrukt geworden; want er was geen herder. 3Tegen de herders was Mijn toorn ontstoken, en over de bokken heb Ik bezoeking gedaan; maar de HEERE der heirscharen zal Zijn kudde bezoeken, het huis van Juda, en Hij zal hen stellen, gelijk het paard Zijner majesteit in den strijd. 4Van hetzelve zal de hoeksteen, van hetzelve zal de nagel, van hetzelve zal de strijdboog, te zamen zullen van hetzelve alle drijvers voortkomen. 5En zij zullen zijn als de helden, die in het slijk der straten treden in den strijd, en zij zullen strijden; want de HEERE zal met hen wezen; en zij zullen die beschamen, die op paarden rijden. 6En Ik zal het huis van Juda versterken, en het huis van Jozef zal Ik behouden, en Ik zal hen weder inzetten; want Ik heb Mij hunner ontfermd, en zij zullen wezen, alsof Ik hen niet verstoten had; want Ik ben de HEERE, hun God, en Ik zal ze verhoren. 7En zij zullen zijn als een held van Efraim, en hun hart zal zich verblijden, als van den wijn; en hun kinderen zullen het zien, en zich verblijden, hun hart zal zich verheugen in den HEERE. 8Ik zal hen toesissen, en zal ze vergaderen, want Ik zal ze verlossen; en zij zullen vermenigvuldigd worden, gelijk zij te voren vermenigvuldigd waren. 9En Ik zal hen onder de volken zaaien, en zij zullen Mijner gedenken in verre plaatsen; en zij zullen leven met hun kinderen, en wederkeren. 10Want Ik zal ze wederbrengen uit Egypteland, en Ik zal ze vergaderen uit Assyrie; en Ik zal ze in het land van Gilead en Libanon brengen, maar het zal hun niet genoeg wezen. 11En Hij zal door de zee gaan, die benauwende, en Hij zal de golven in de zee slaan, en al de diepten der rivieren zullen verdrogen; dan zal de hoogmoed van Assur nedergeworpen worden, en de schepter van Egypte zal wegwijken. 12En Ik zal hen sterken in den HEERE, en in Zijn Naam zullen zij wandelen, spreekt de HEERE.
