1E falou o SENHOR a Moisés, dizendo: 2Fala a toda a congregação dos filhos de Israel, e dize-lhes: Santos sereis, porque santo sou eu o SENHOR vosso Deus. 3Cada um temerá a sua mãe e a seu pai, e meus sábados guardareis: Eu sou o SENHOR vosso Deus. 4Não vos voltareis aos ídolos, nem fareis para vós deuses de fundição: Eu sou o SENHOR vosso Deus. 5E quando sacrificardes sacrifício pacífico ao SENHOR, de vossa vontade o sacrificareis. 6Será comido o dia que o sacrificardes, e o dia seguinte: e o que restar para o terceiro dia, será queimado no fogo. 7E se se comer no dia terceiro, será abominação; não será aceito: 8E o que o comer, levará seu delito, porquanto profanou o santo do SENHOR; e a tal pessoa será eliminada de seus povos. 9Quando ceifardes na colheita de vossa terra, não acabarás de ceifar o canto de tua plantação, nem espigarás tua terra ceifada. 10E não coletarás os restos de tua vinha, nem recolherás as uvas caídas de tua vinha; para o pobre e para o estrangeiro os deixarás: Eu sou o SENHOR vosso Deus. 11Não furtareis, e não enganareis, nem mentireis ninguém a seu próximo. 12E não jurareis em meu nome com mentira, nem profanarás o nome de teu Deus: Eu sou o SENHOR. 13Não oprimirás a teu próximo, nem lhe roubarás. Não se deterá o trabalho do assalariado em tua casa até a manhã. 14Não amaldiçoes ao surdo, e diante do cego não ponhas tropeço, mas terás temor de teu Deus: Eu sou o SENHOR. 15Não farás injustiça no juízo: não favorecerás deslealmente ao pobre, nem honrarás a face do poderoso: com justiça julgarás a teu próximo. 16Não andarás propagando boatos em teus povos. Não te porás contra o sangue de teu próximo: Eu sou o SENHOR. 17Não aborrecerás a teu irmão em teu coração: francamente repreenderás a teu próximo, e não consentirás sobre ele pecado. 18Não te vingarás, nem guardarás rancor aos filhos de teu povo: mas amarás a teu próximo como a ti mesmo: Eu sou o SENHOR. 19Meus estatutos guardareis. A teu animal não farás ajuntar para espécies misturadas; tua plantação não semearás com mistura de sementes, e não te porás roupas com mistura de diversos materiais. 20E quando um homem tiver relação sexual com mulher, e ela for serva desposada com alguém, e não estiver resgatada, nem lhe houver sido dada liberdade, ambos serão açoitados: não morrerão, porquanto ela não é livre. 21E ele trará ao SENHOR, à porta do tabernáculo do testemunho, um carneiro em expiação por sua culpa. 22E com o carneiro da expiação o reconciliará o sacerdote diante do SENHOR, por seu pecado que cometeu: e se lhe perdoará seu pecado que cometeu. 23E quando houverdes entrado na terra, e plantardes toda árvore de comer, tirareis seu prepúcio, o primeiro de seu fruto: três anos vos será incircunciso: seu fruto não se comerá. 24E o quarto ano todo seu fruto será santidade de louvores ao SENHOR. 25Mas ao quinto ano comereis o fruto dele, para que vos faça crescer seu fruto: Eu sou o SENHOR vosso Deus. 26Não comereis coisa alguma com sangue. Não sereis encantadores, nem fareis adivinhações. 27Não cortareis em redondo as extremidades de vossas cabeças, nem danificarás a ponta de tua barba. 28E não fareis cortes em vossa carne por um morto, nem imprimireis em vós sinal alguma: Eu sou o SENHOR. 29Não contaminarás tua filha fazendo-a se prostituir: para não se prostitua a terra, e se encha de maldade. 30Meus sábados guardareis, e meu santuário tereis em reverência: Eu sou o SENHOR. 31Não vos volteis aos encantadores e aos adivinhos: não os consulteis contaminando-vos com eles: Eu sou o SENHOR vosso Deus. 32Diante das cãs te levantarás, e honrarás o rosto do ancião, e de teu Deus terás temor: Eu sou o SENHOR. 33E quando o estrangeiro morar contigo em vossa terra, não o oprimireis. 34Como a um natural de vós tereis ao estrangeiro que peregrinar entre vós; e ama-o como a ti mesmo; porque peregrinos fostes na terra do Egito: Eu sou o SENHOR vosso Deus. 35Não façais injustiça no juízo, na medida da terra, nem no peso, nem em outra medida. 36Balanças justas, pesos justos, efa justo, e him justo tereis. Eu sou o SENHOR vosso Deus, que vos tirei da terra do Egito. 37Guardai, pois, todos os meus estatutos, e todos os meus regulamentos, e os praticai. Eu sou o SENHOR.
1Yahweh spoke to Moses, saying, 2“Speak to all the congregation of the children of Israel, and tell them, ‘You shall be holy; for I, Yahweh your God, am holy. 3“‘Each one of you shall respect his mother and his father. You shall keep my Sabbaths. I am Yahweh your God. 4“‘Don’t turn to idols, nor make molten gods for yourselves. I am Yahweh your God. 5“‘When you offer a sacrifice of peace offerings to Yahweh, you shall offer it so that you may be accepted. 6It shall be eaten the same day you offer it, and on the next day: and if anything remains until the third day, it shall be burned with fire. 7If it is eaten at all on the third day, it is an abomination. It will not be accepted; 8but everyone who eats it shall bear his iniquity, because he has profaned the holy thing of Yahweh, and that soul shall be cut off from his people. 9“‘When you reap the harvest of your land, you shall not wholly reap the corners of your field, neither shall you gather the gleanings of your harvest. 10You shall not glean your vineyard, neither shall you gather the fallen grapes of your vineyard; you shall leave them for the poor and for the foreigner. I am Yahweh your God. 11“‘You shall not steal. “‘You shall not lie. “‘You shall not deceive one another. 12“‘You shall not swear by my name falsely, and profane the name of your God. I am Yahweh. 13“‘You shall not oppress your neighbor, nor rob him. “‘The wages of a hired servant shall not remain with you all night until the morning. 14“‘You shall not curse the deaf, nor put a stumbling block before the blind; but you shall fear your God. I am Yahweh. 15“‘You shall do no injustice in judgment. You shall not be partial to the poor, nor show favoritism to the great; but you shall judge your neighbor in righteousness. 16“‘You shall not go up and down as a slanderer among your people. “‘You shall not endanger the life of your neighbor. I am Yahweh. 17“‘You shall not hate your brother in your heart. You shall surely rebuke your neighbor, and not bear sin because of him. 18“‘You shall not take vengeance, nor bear any grudge against the children of your people; but you shall love your neighbor as yourself. I am Yahweh. 19“‘You shall keep my statutes. “‘You shall not cross-breed different kinds of animals. “‘You shall not sow your field with two kinds of seed; “‘neither shall there come upon you a garment made of two kinds of material. 20“‘If a man lies carnally with a woman who is a slave girl, pledged to be married to another man, and not ransomed, or given her freedom; they shall be punished. They shall not be put to death, because she was not free. 21He shall bring his trespass offering to Yahweh, to the door of the Tent of Meeting, even a ram for a trespass offering. 22The priest shall make atonement for him with the ram of the trespass offering before Yahweh for his sin which he has committed: and the sin which he has committed shall be forgiven him. 23“‘When you come into the land, and have planted all kinds of trees for food, then you shall count their fruit as forbidden. Three years shall they be forbidden to you. It shall not be eaten. 24But in the fourth year all its fruit shall be holy, for giving praise to Yahweh. 25In the fifth year you shall eat its fruit, that it may yield its increase to you. I am Yahweh your God. 26“‘You shall not eat any meat with the blood still in it; neither shall you use enchantments, nor practice sorcery. 27“‘You shall not cut the hair on the sides of your heads, neither shall you clip off the edge of your beard. 28“‘You shall not make any cuttings in your flesh for the dead, nor tattoo any marks on you. I am Yahweh. 29“‘Don’t profane your daughter, to make her a prostitute; lest the land fall to prostitution, and the land become full of wickedness. 30“‘You shall keep my Sabbaths, and reverence my sanctuary; I am Yahweh. 31“‘Don’t turn to those who are mediums, nor to the wizards. Don’t seek them out, to be defiled by them. I am Yahweh your God. 32“‘You shall rise up before the gray head, and honor the face of an old man, and you shall fear your God. I am Yahweh. 33“‘If a stranger lives as a foreigner with you in your land, you shall not do him wrong. 34The stranger who lives as a foreigner with you shall be to you as the native-born among you, and you shall love him as yourself; for you lived as foreigners in the land of Egypt. I am Yahweh your God. 35“‘You shall do no unrighteousness in judgment, in measures of length, of weight, or of quantity. 36You shall have just balances, just weights, a just ephah, and a just hin. I am Yahweh your God, who brought you out of the land of Egypt. 37“‘You shall observe all my statutes, and all my ordinances, and do them. I am Yahweh.’”
1Verder sprak de HEERE tot Mozes, zeggende: 2Spreek tot de ganse vergadering der kinderen Israels, en zeg tot hen: Gij zult heilig zijn, want Ik, de HEERE, uw God, ben heilig! 3Want ieder zal zijn moeder en zijn vader vrezen, en Mijn sabbatten houden; Ik ben de HEERE, uw God! 4Gij zult u tot de afgoden niet keren, en u geen gegoten goden maken; Ik ben de HEERE, uw God! 5En wanneer gij een dankoffer den HEERE offeren zult, naar uw welgevallen zult gij dat offeren. 6Op den dag van uw offeren, en des anderen daags, zal het gegeten worden; maar wat tot op den derden dag overblijft zal met vuur verbrand worden. 7En zo het op den derden dag enigzins gegeten wordt, het is een afgrijselijk ding, het zal niet aangenaam zijn. 8En zo wie dat eet, zal zijn ongerechtigheid dragen, omdat hij het heilige des HEEREN ontheiligd heeft; daarom zal dezelve ziel, uit haar volken uitgeroeid worden. 9Als gij ook den oogst uws lands inoogsten zult, gij zult den hoek uws velds niet ganselijk afoogsten, en dat van uw oogst op te zamelen is, niet opzamelen. 10Insgelijks zult gij uw wijngaard niet nalezen, en de afgevallen bezien van uw wijngaard niet opzamelen; den arme en den vreemdeling zult gij die overlaten; Ik ben de HEERE, uw God! 11Gij zult niet stelen, en gij zult niet liegen, noch valselijk handelen, een iegelijk tegen zijn naaste. 12Gij zult niet valselijk bij Mijn Naam zweren; want gij zoudt den Naam uws Gods ontheiligen; Ik ben de HEERE. 13Gij zult uw naaste niet bedriegelijk verdrukken, noch beroven; des dagloners arbeidsloon zal bij u niet vernachten tot aan den morgen. 14Gij zult den dove niet vloeken, en voor het aangezicht des blinden geen aanstoot zetten; maar gij zult voor uw God vrezen; Ik ben de HEERE! 15Gij zult geen onrecht doen in het gericht; gij zult het aangezicht des geringen niet aannemen, noch het aangezicht des groten voortrekken; in gerechtigheid zult gij uw naaste richten. 16Gij zult niet wandelen als een achterklapper onder uw volken; gij zult niet staan tegen het bloed van uw naaste; Ik ben de HEERE! 17Gij zult uw broeder in uw hart niet haten; gij zult uw naaste naarstiglijk berispen, en zult de zonde in hem niet verdragen. 18Gij zult niet wreken, noch toorn behouden tegen de kinderen uws volks; maar gij zult uw naaste liefhebben als uzelven; Ik ben de HEERE! 19Gij zult Mijn inzettingen houden; gij zult geen tweeerlei aard uwer beesten laten samen te doen hebben; uwen akker zult gij niet met tweeerlei zaad bezaaien, en een kleed van tweeerlei stof, dooreen vermengd, zal aan u niet komen. 20En wanneer een man, door bijligging des zaads, bij een vrouw zal gelegen hebben, die een dienstmaagd is, bij den man versmaad, en geenszins gelost is, en haar geen vrijheid is gegeven; die zullen gegeseld worden; zij zullen niet gedood worden; want zij was niet vrij gemaakt. 21En hij zal zijn schuldoffer den HEERE aan de deur van de tent der samenkomst brengen, een ram ten schuldoffer. 22En de priester zal met den ram des schuldoffers, voor hem over zijn zonde, die hij gezondigd heeft, voor het aangezicht des HEEREN verzoening doen; en hem zal vergeving geschieden van zijn zonde, die hij gezondigd heeft. 23Als gij ook in dat land gekomen zult zijn, en alle geboomte ter spijze geplant zult hebben, zo zult gij de voorhuid daarvan, deszelfs vrucht, besnijden; drie jaren zal het u onbesneden zijn, daarvan zal niet gegeten worden. 24Maar in het vierde jaar zal al zijn vrucht een heilig ding zijn, ter lofzegging voor den HEERE. 25En in het vijfde jaar zult gij deszelfs vrucht eten, om het inkomen daarvan voor u te vermeerderen; Ik ben de HEERE, uw God! 26Gij zult niets met het bloed eten. Gij zult op geen vogelgeschrei acht geven, noch guichelarij plegen. 27Gij zult de hoeken uws hoofds niet rond afscheren; ook zult gij de hoeken uws baards niet verderven. 28Gij zult om een dood lichaam geen snijding in uw vlees maken, noch schrift van een ingedrukt teken in u maken; Ik ben de HEERE! 29Gij zult uw dochter niet ontheiligen, haar ter hoererij houdende; opdat het land niet hoerere, en het land met schandelijke daden vervuld worde. 30Gij zult Mijn sabbatten houden, en Mijn heiligdom zult gij vrezen; Ik ben de HEERE! 31Gij zult u niet keren tot de waarzeggers, en tot de duivelskunstenaars; zoekt hen niet, u met hen verontreinigende; Ik ben de HEERE, uw God! 32Voor het grauwe haar zult gij opstaan, en zult het aangezicht des ouden vereren; en gij zult vrezen voor uw God; Ik ben de HEERE! 33En wanneer een vreemdeling bij u in uw land als vreemdeling verkeren zal, gij zult hem niet verdrukken. 34De vreemdeling, die als vreemdeling bij u verkeert, zal onder u zijn als een inboorling van ulieden; gij zult hem liefhebben als uzelven; want gij zijt vreemdeling geweest in Egypteland; Ik ben de HEERE, uw God! 35Gij zult geen onrecht doen in het gericht, met de el, met het gewicht, of met de maat. 36Gij zult een rechte wage hebben, rechte weegstenen, een rechte efa, en een rechte hin; Ik ben de HEERE, uw God, Die u uit Egypteland uitgevoerd heb! 37Daarom zult gij al Mijn inzettingen en al Mijn rechten onderhouden, en zult ze doen; Ik ben de HEERE!
