1Y JEHOVÁ dijo á Aarón: Tú y tus hijos, y la casa de tu padre contigo, llevaréis el pecado del santuario: y tú y tus hijos contigo llevaréis el pecado de vuestro sacerdocio. 2Y á tus hermanos también, la tribu de Leví, la tribu de tu padre, hazlos llegar á ti, y júntense contigo, y servirte han; y tú y tus hijos contigo serviréis delante del tabernáculo del testimonio. 3Y guardarán lo que tú ordenares, y el cargo de todo el tabernáculo: mas no llegarán á los vasos santos ni al altar, porque no mueran ellos y vosotros. 4Se juntarán, pues, contigo, y tendrán el cargo del tabernáculo del testimonio en todo el servicio del tabernáculo; ningún extraño se ha de llegar á vosotros. 5Y tendréis la guarda del santuario, y la guarda del altar, para que no sea más la ira sobre los hijos de Israel. 6Porque he aquí yo he tomado á vuestros hermanos los Levitas de entre los hijos de Israel, dados á vosotros en don de Jehová, para que sirvan en el ministerio del tabernáculo del testimonio. 7Mas tú y tus hijos contigo guardaréis vuestro sacerdocio en todo negocio del altar, y del velo adentro, y ministraréis. Yo os he dado en don el servicio de vuestro sacerdocio; y el extraño que se llegare, morirá. 8Dijo más Jehová á Aarón: He aquí yo te he dado también la guarda de mis ofrendas: todas las cosas consagradas de los hijos de Israel te he dado por razón de la unción, y á tus hijos, por estatuto perpetuo. 9Esto será tuyo de la ofrenda de las cosas santas reservadas del fuego: toda ofrenda de ellos, todo presente suyo, y toda expiación por el pecado de ellos, y toda expiación por la culpa de ellos, que me han de presentar, será cosa muy santa para ti y para tus hijos. 10En el santuario la comerás; todo varón comerá de ella: cosa santa será para ti. 11Esto también será tuyo: la ofrenda elevada de sus dones, y todas las ofrendas agitadas de los hijos de Israel, he dado á ti, y á tus hijos y á tus hijas contigo, por estatuto perpetuo: todo limpio en tu casa comerá de ellas. 12De aceite, y de mosto, y de trigo, todo lo más escogido, las primicias de ello, que presentarán á Jehová, á ti las he dado. 13Las primicias de todas las cosas de la tierra de ellos, las cuales traerán á Jehová, serán tuyas: todo limpio en tu casa comerá de ellas. 14Todo lo consagrado por voto en Israel será tuyo. 15Todo lo que abriere matriz en toda carne que ofrecerán á Jehová, así de hombres como de animales, será tuyo: mas has de hacer redimir el primogénito del hombre: también harás redimir el primogénito de animal inmundo. 16Y de un mes harás efectuar el rescate de ellos, conforme á tu estimación, por precio de cinco siclos, al siclo del santuario, que es de veinte óbolos. 17Mas el primogénito de vaca, y el primogénito de oveja, y el primogénito de cabra, no redimirás; santificados son: la sangre de ellos rociarás sobre el altar, y quemarás la grosura de ellos, ofrenda encendida en olor suave á Jehová. 18Y la carne de ellos será tuya: como el pecho de la mecedura y como la espaldilla derecha, será tuya. 19Todas las ofrendas elevadas de las cosas santas, que los hijos de Israel ofrecieren á Jehová, helas dado para ti, y para tus hijos y para tus hijas contigo, por estatuto perpetuo: pacto de sal perpetuo es delante de Jehová para ti y para tu simiente contigo. 20Y Jehová dijo á Aarón: De la tierra de ellos no tendrás heredad, ni entre ellos tendrás parte: Yo soy tu parte y tu heredad en medio de los hijos de Israel. 21Y he aquí yo he dado á los hijos de Leví todos los diezmos en Israel por heredad, por su ministerio, por cuanto ellos sirven en el ministerio del tabernáculo del testimonio. 22Y no llegarán más los hijos de Israel al tabernáculo del testimonio, porque no lleven pecado, por el cual mueran. 23Mas los Levitas harán el servicio del tabernáculo del testimonio, y ellos llevarán su iniquidad: estatuto perpetuo por vuestras edades; y no poseerán heredad entre los hijos de Israel. 24Porque á los Levitas he dado por heredad los diezmos de los hijos de Israel, que ofrecerán á Jehová en ofrenda: por lo cual les he dicho: Entre los hijos de Israel no poseerán heredad. 25Y habló Jehová á Moisés, diciendo: 26Así hablarás á los Levitas, y les dirás: Cuando tomareis de los hijos de Israel los diezmos que os he dado de ellos por vuestra heredad, vosotros presentaréis de ellos en ofrenda mecida á Jehová el diezmo de los diezmos. 27Y se os contará vuestra ofrenda como grano de la era, y como acopio del lagar. 28Así ofreceréis también vosotros ofrenda á Jehová de todos vuestros diezmos que hubiereis recibido de los hijos de Israel; y daréis de ellos la ofrenda de Jehová á Aarón el sacerdote. 29De todos vuestros dones ofreceréis toda ofrenda á Jehová; de todo lo mejor de ellos ofreceréis la porción que ha de ser consagrada. 30Y les dirás: Cuando ofreciereis lo mejor de ellos, será contado á los Levitas por fruto de la era, y como fruto del lagar. 31Y lo comeréis en cualquier lugar, vosotros y vuestra familia: pues es vuestra remuneración por vuestro ministerio en el tabernáculo del testimonio. 32Y cuando vosotros hubiereis ofrecido de ello lo mejor suyo, no llevaréis por ello pecado: y no habéis de contaminar las cosas santas de los hijos de Israel, y no moriréis.
1Yahweh said to Aaron, “You and your sons and your fathers’ house with you shall bear the iniquity of the sanctuary; and you and your sons with you shall bear the iniquity of your priesthood. 2Bring your brothers also, the tribe of Levi, the tribe of your father, near with you, that they may be joined to you, and minister to you; but you and your sons with you shall be before the tent of the testimony. 3They shall keep your commands, and the duty of all the Tent; only they shall not come near to the vessels of the sanctuary and to the altar, that they not die, neither they, nor you. 4They shall be joined to you, and keep the responsibility of the Tent of Meeting, for all the service of the Tent. A stranger shall not come near to you. 5“You shall perform the duty of the sanctuary and the duty of the altar, that there be no more wrath on the children of Israel. 6Behold, I myself have taken your brothers the Levites from among the children of Israel. They are a gift to you, dedicated to Yahweh, to do the service of the Tent of Meeting. 7You and your sons with you shall keep your priesthood for everything of the altar, and for that within the veil. You shall serve. I give you the service of the priesthood as a gift. The stranger who comes near shall be put to death.” 8Yahweh spoke to Aaron, “Behold, I myself have given you the command of my wave offerings, even all the holy things of the children of Israel. I have given them to you by reason of the anointing, and to your sons, as a portion forever. 9This shall be yours of the most holy things from the fire: every offering of theirs, even every meal offering of theirs, and every sin offering of theirs, and every trespass offering of theirs, which they shall render to me, shall be most holy for you and for your sons. 10You shall eat of it like the most holy things. Every male shall eat of it. It shall be holy to you. 11“This is yours, too: the wave offering of their gift, even all the wave offerings of the children of Israel. I have given them to you, and to your sons and to your daughters with you, as a portion forever. Everyone who is clean in your house shall eat of it. 12“I have given to you all the best of the oil, and all the best of the vintage, and of the grain, the first fruits of them which they give to Yahweh. 13The first-ripe fruits of all that is in their land, which they bring to Yahweh, shall be yours. Everyone who is clean in your house shall eat of it. 14“Everything devoted in Israel shall be yours. 15Everything that opens the womb, of all flesh which they offer to Yahweh, both of man and animal shall be yours. Nevertheless, you shall surely redeem the firstborn of man, and you shall redeem the firstborn of unclean animals. 16You shall redeem those who are to be redeemed of them from a month old, according to your estimation, for five shekels of money, after the shekel of the sanctuary, which weighs twenty gerahs. 17“But you shall not redeem the firstborn of a cow, or the firstborn of a sheep, or the firstborn of a goat. They are holy. You shall sprinkle their blood on the altar, and shall burn their fat for an offering made by fire, for a pleasant aroma to Yahweh. 18Their flesh shall be yours, as the wave offering breast and as the right thigh, it shall be yours. 19All the wave offerings of the holy things, which the children of Israel offer to Yahweh, have I given you, and your sons and your daughters with you, as a portion forever. It is a covenant of salt forever before Yahweh to you and to your seed with you.” 20Yahweh said to Aaron, “You shall have no inheritance in their land, neither shall you have any portion among them. I am your portion and your inheritance among the children of Israel. 21“To the children of Levi, behold, I have given all the tithe in Israel for an inheritance, in return for their service which they serve, even the service of the Tent of Meeting. 22Henceforth the children of Israel shall not come near the Tent of Meeting, lest they bear sin, and die. 23But the Levites shall do the service of the Tent of Meeting, and they shall bear their iniquity. It shall be a statute forever throughout your generations. Among the children of Israel, they shall have no inheritance. 24For the tithe of the children of Israel, which they offer as a wave offering to Yahweh, I have given to the Levites for an inheritance. Therefore I have said to them, ‘Among the children of Israel they shall have no inheritance.’” 25Yahweh spoke to Moses, saying, 26“Moreover you shall speak to the Levites, and tell them, ‘When you take of the children of Israel the tithe which I have given you from them for your inheritance, then you shall offer up a wave offering of it for Yahweh, a tithe of the tithe. 27Your wave offering shall be reckoned to you, as though it were the grain of the threshing floor, and as the fullness of the wine press. 28Thus you also shall offer a wave offering to Yahweh of all your tithes, which you receive of the children of Israel; and of it you shall give Yahweh’s wave offering to Aaron the priest. 29Out of all your gifts, you shall offer every wave offering of Yahweh, of all its best, even the holy part of it out of it.’ 30“Therefore you shall tell them, ‘When you heave its best from it, then it shall be reckoned to the Levites as the increase of the threshing floor, and as the increase of the wine press. 31You may eat it anywhere, you and your households, for it is your reward in return for your service in the Tent of Meeting. 32You shall bear no sin by reason of it, when you have heaved from it its best. You shall not profane the holy things of the children of Israel, that you not die.’”
1Zo zeide de HEERE tot Aaron: Gij, en uw zonen, en het huis uws vaders met u, zult dragen de ongerechtigheid des heiligdoms; en gij, en uw zonen met u, zult dragen de ongerechtigheid van uw priesterambt. 2En ook zult gij uw broederen, den stam van Levi, den stam uws vaders, met u doen naderen, dat zij u bijgevoegd worden, en u dienen; maar gij, en uw zonen met u, zult zijn voor de tent der getuigenis. 3En zij zullen uw wacht waarnemen, en de wacht der ganse tent; doch tot het gereedschap des heiligdoms en het altaar zullen zij niet naderen, opdat zij niet sterven, zo zij als gijlieden. 4Maar zij zullen u bijgevoegd worden, en de wacht van de tent der samenkomst waarnemen, en allen dienst der tent; en een vreemde zal tot u niet naderen. 5Gijlieden nu zult waarnemen de wacht des heiligdoms, en de wacht des altaars; opdat er geen verbolgenheid meer zij over de kinderen Israels. 6Want Ik, zie, Ik heb uw broederen, de Levieten, uit het midden der kinderen Israels genomen; zij zijn ulieden een gave, gegeven den HEERE, om den dienst van de tent der samenkomst te bedienen. 7Maar gij, en uw zonen met u, zult ulieder priesterambt waarnemen in alle zaken des altaars, en in hetgeen van binnen den voorhang is, dat zult gijlieden bedienen; uw priesterambt geve Ik u tot een dienst van een geschenk; en de vreemde, die nadert, zal gedood worden. 8Voorts sprak de HEERE tot Aaron: En Ik, zie, Ik heb u gegeven de wacht Mijner hefofferen, met alle heilige dingen van de kinderen Israels heb Ik ze u gegeven, om der zalving wil, en aan uw zonen, tot een eeuwige inzetting. 9Dit zult gij hebben van de heiligheid der heiligheden, uit het vuur: al hun offeranden, met al hun spijsoffer, en met al hun zondoffer, en met al hun schuldoffer, dat zij Mij zullen wedergeven; het zal u en uw zonen een heiligheid der heiligheden zijn. 10Aan het allerheiligste zult gij dat eten; al wat mannelijk is zal dat eten; het zal u een heiligheid zijn. 11Ook zal dit het uwe zijn: het hefoffer hunner gave, met alle beweegofferen der kinderen Israels; Ik heb ze aan u gegeven, en aan uw zonen, en aan uw dochteren met u, tot een eeuwige inzetting; al wie in uw huis rein is, zal dat eten. 12Al het beste van de olie, en al het beste van de most, en van koren, hun eerstelingen, die zij den HEERE zullen geven, u heb Ik ze gegeven. 13De eerste vruchten van alles, wat in hun land is, die zij den HEERE zullen brengen, zullen uwe zijn; al wie in uw huis rein is, zal dat eten. 14Al het verbannene in Israel zal het uwe zijn. 15Al wat de baarmoeder opent, van alle vlees, dat zij den HEERE zullen brengen, onder de mensen, en onder de beesten, zal het uwe zijn; doch de eerstgeborenen der mensen zult gij ganselijk lossen; ook zult gij lossen der eerstgeborenen der onreine beesten. 16Die nu onder dezelve gelost zullen worden, zult gij van een maand oud lossen, naar uw schatting, voor het geld van vijf sikkelen, naar den sikkel des heiligdoms, die is twintig gera. 17Maar het eerstgeborene van een koe, of het eerstgeborene van een schaap, of het eerstgeborene van een geit zult gij niet lossen, zij zijn heilig; hun bloed zult gij sprengen op het altaar, en hun ver zult gij aansteken, tot een vuuroffer van liefelijken reuk den HEERE. 18En hun vlees zal het uwe zijn; gelijk de beweegborst, en gelijk de rechterschouder, zal het uwe zijn. 19Alle hefofferen der heilige dingen, die de kinderen Israels den HEERE zullen offeren, heb Ik aan u gegeven, en aan uw zonen, en aan uw dochteren met u, tot een eeuwige inzetting; het zal een eeuwig zoutverbond zijn, voor het aangezicht des HEEREN, voor u en voor uw zaad met u. 20Ook zeide de HEERE tot Aaron: Gij zult in hun land niet erven, en gij zult geen deel in het midden van henlieden hebben; Ik ben uw deel en uw erfenis, in het midden van de kinderen Israels. 21En zie, aan de kinderen van Levi heb Ik alle tienden in Israel ter erfenis gegeven, voor hun dienst, dien zij bedienen, den dienst van de tent der samenkomst. 22En de kinderen Israels zullen niet meer naderen tot de tent der samenkomst, om zonde te dragen en te sterven. 23Maar de Levieten, die zullen bedienen den dienst van de tent der samenkomst, en die zullen hun ongerechtigheid dragen; het zal een eeuwige inzetting zijn voor uw geslachten; en in het midden van de kinderen Israels zullen zij geen erfenis erven. 24Want de tienden der kinderen Israels, die zij den HEERE tot een hefoffer zullen offeren, heb Ik aan de Levieten tot een erfenis gegeven; daarom heb Ik tot hen gezegd: Zij zullen in het midden van de kinderen Israels geen erfenis erven. 25En de HEERE sprak tot Mozes, zeggende: 26Gij zult ook tot de Levieten spreken, en tot hen zeggen: Wanneer gij van de kinderen Israels de tienden zult ontvangen hebben, die Ik u voor uw erfenis van henlieden gegeven heb, zo zult gij daarvan een hefoffer des HEEREN offeren, de tienden van die tienden; 27En het zal u gerekend worden tot uw hefoffer, als koren van den dorsvloer, en als de volheid van de perskuip. 28Alzo zult gij ook een hefoffer des HEEREN offeren van al uw tienden, die gij van de kinderen Israels zult hebben ontvangen; en gij zult daarvan des HEEREN hefoffer geven aan den priester Aaron. 29Van al uw gaven zult gij alle hefoffer des HEEREN offeren; van al het beste van die, van zijn heiliging daarvan. 30Gij zult dan tot hen zeggen: Als gij deszelfs beste daarvan offert, zo zal het den Levieten toegerekend worden als een inkomen des dorsvloers, en als een inkomen des perskuips. 31En gij zult dat eten in alle plaatsen, gij en uw huis; want het is ulieden een loon voor uw dienst in de tent der samenkomst. 32Zo zult gij daarover geen zonde dragen, als gij deszelfs beste daarvan offert; en gij zult de heilige dingen van de kinderen Israels niet ontheiligen, opdat gij niet sterft.
