Genezo 6

1Kaj kiam la homoj komencis multiĝi sur la tero kaj al ili naskiĝis filinoj, 2tiam la filoj de Dio vidis la filinojn de la homoj, ke ili estas belaj; kaj ili prenis al si edzinojn el ĉiuj, kiujn ili elektis. 3Kaj la Eternulo diris: Ne regos Mia spirito inter la homoj eterne, pro iliaj pekoj, ĉar ili estas karno; ilia vivo estu cent dudek jaroj. 4Gigantoj estis sur la tero en tiu tempo, eĉ post kiam la filoj de Dio venis al la filinoj de la homoj kaj ĉi tiuj naskis al ili. Tio estis la fortuloj, tre famaj de plej antikva tempo. 5Kaj la Eternulo vidis, ke granda estas la malboneco de la homoj sur la tero kaj ke ĉiuj pensoj kaj intencoj de iliaj koroj estas nur malbono en ĉiu tempo; 6tiam la Eternulo pentis, ke Li kreis la homon sur la tero, kaj Li afliktiĝis en Sia koro. 7Kaj la Eternulo diris: Mi ekstermos de sur la tero la homon, kiun Mi kreis, de la homo ĝis la brutoj, ĝis la rampaĵoj, kaj ĝis la birdoj de la ĉielo; ĉar Mi pentas, ke Mi ilin kreis. 8Sed Noa akiris plaĉon en la okuloj de la Eternulo. 9Jen estas la historio de Noa: Noa estis homo virta kaj senmakula en sia generacio; kun Dio Noa iradis. 10Kaj naskiĝis al Noa tri filoj: Ŝem, Ĥam, kaj Jafet. 11Kaj la tero malvirtiĝis antaŭ Dio, kaj la tero pleniĝis de maljustaĵoj. 12Kaj Dio vidis la teron, ke ĝi malvirtiĝis, ĉar ĉiu karno malvirtigis sian vojon sur la tero. 13Kaj Dio diris al Noa: La fino de ĉiu karno venis antaŭ Min, ĉar la tero pleniĝis de maljustaĵoj per ili, kaj jen Mi pereigos ilin kun la tero. 14Faru al vi arkeon el ligno gofera; apartaĵojn faru en la arkeo, kaj ŝmiru ĝin per peĉo interne kaj ekstere. 15Kaj faru ĝin tiamaniere: tricent ulnoj estu la longo de la arkeo, kvindek ulnoj ĝia larĝo, kaj tridek ulnoj ĝia alto. 16Fenestron faru en la arkeo, supre, kun la alto de unu ulno, kaj la pordon de la arkeo vi faros en la flanko; malsupran spacon, duan spacon, kaj trian spacon faru en ĝi. 17Kaj jen Mi venigos akvan diluvon sur la teron, por ekstermi ĉiun karnon, kiu havas en si spiriton de vivo sub la ĉielo; ĉio, kio estas sur la tero, pereos. 18Kaj Mi starigos Mian interligon kun vi; kaj vi eniros en la arkeon, vi kaj viaj filoj kaj via edzino kaj la edzinoj de viaj filoj kune kun vi. 19Kaj el ĉiuj vivaĵoj, el ĉiu karno, enkonduku po unu paro el ĉiuj en la arkeon, ke ili restu vivaj kun vi; virbesto kaj virinbesto ili estu. 20El la birdoj laŭ iliaj specoj, kaj el la brutoj laŭ iliaj specoj, el ĉiuj rampaĵoj de la tero laŭ iliaj specoj, po paro el ĉiuj eniru kun vi, por resti vivaj. 21Kaj vi prenu al vi el ĉiuj manĝaĵoj, kiuj estas manĝataj, kaj kolektu al vi; kaj ĝi estu por vi kaj por ili por manĝi. 22Kaj Noa tion faris; ĉion, kiel Dio al li ordonis, tiel li faris.

1When men began to multiply on the surface of the ground, and daughters were born to them, 2God’s sons saw that men’s daughters were beautiful, and they took any that they wanted for themselves as wives. 3Yahweh said, “My Spirit will not strive with man forever, because he also is flesh; so his days will be one hundred twenty years.” 4The Nephilim were in the earth in those days, and also after that, when God’s sons came in to men’s daughters and had children with them. Those were the mighty men who were of old, men of renown. 5Yahweh saw that the wickedness of man was great in the earth, and that every imagination of the thoughts of man’s heart was continually only evil. 6Yahweh was sorry that he had made man on the earth, and it grieved him in his heart. 7Yahweh said, “I will destroy man whom I have created from the surface of the ground—man, along with animals, creeping things, and birds of the sky—for I am sorry that I have made them.” 8But Noah found favor in Yahweh’s eyes. 9This is the history of the generations of Noah: Noah was a righteous man, blameless among the people of his time. Noah walked with God. 10Noah became the father of three sons: Shem, Ham, and Japheth. 11The earth was corrupt before God, and the earth was filled with violence. 12God saw the earth, and saw that it was corrupt, for all flesh had corrupted their way on the earth. 13God said to Noah, “I will bring an end to all flesh, for the earth is filled with violence through them. Behold, I will destroy them and the earth. 14Make a ship of gopher wood. You shall make rooms in the ship, and shall seal it inside and outside with pitch. 15This is how you shall make it. The length of the ship shall be three hundred cubits, its breadth fifty cubits, and its height thirty cubits. 16You shall make a roof in the ship, and you shall finish it to a cubit upward. You shall set the door of the ship in its side. You shall make it with lower, second, and third levels. 17I, even I, do bring the flood of waters on this earth, to destroy all flesh having the breath of life from under the sky. Everything that is in the earth will die. 18But I will establish my covenant with you. You shall come into the ship, you, your sons, your wife, and your sons’ wives with you. 19Of every living thing of all flesh, you shall bring two of every sort into the ship, to keep them alive with you. They shall be male and female. 20Of the birds after their kind, of the livestock after their kind, of every creeping thing of the ground after its kind, two of every sort will come to you, to keep them alive. 21Take with you of all food that is eaten, and gather it to yourself; and it will be for food for you, and for them.” 22Thus Noah did. He did all that God commanded him.

1En het geschiedde, als de mensen op den aardbodem begonnen te vermenigvuldigen, en hun dochters geboren werden, 2Dat Gods zonen de dochteren der mensen aanzagen, dat zij schoon waren, en zij namen zich vrouwen uit allen, die zij verkozen hadden. 3Toen zeide de HEERE: Mijn Geest zal niet in eeuwigheid twisten met den mens, dewijl hij ook vlees is; doch zijn dagen zullen zijn honderd en twintig jaren. 4In die dagen waren er reuzen op de aarde, en ook daarna, als Gods zonen tot de dochteren der mensen ingegaan waren, en zich kinderen gewonnen hadden; deze zijn de geweldigen, die van ouds geweest zijn, mannen van name. 5En de HEERE zag, dat de boosheid des mensen menigvuldig was op de aarde, en al het gedichtsel der gedachten zijns harten te allen dage alleenlijk boos was. 6Toen berouwde het de HEERE, dat Hij den mens op de aarde gemaakt had, en het smartte Hem aan Zijn hart. 7En de HEERE zeide: Ik zal den mens, die Ik geschapen heb, verdelgen van den aardbodem, van den mens tot het vee, tot het kruipend gedierte, en tot het gevogelte des hemels toe; want het berouwt Mij, dat Ik hen gemaakt heb. 8Maar Noach vond genade in de ogen des HEEREN. 9Dit zijn de geboorten van Noach. Noach was een rechtvaardig, oprecht man in zijn geslachten. Noach wandelde met God. 10En Noach gewon drie zonen: Sem, Cham en Jafeth. 11Maar de aarde was verdorven voor Gods aangezicht; en de aarde was vervuld met wrevel. 12Toen zag God de aarde, en ziet, zij was verdorven; want al het vlees had zijn weg verdorven op de aarde. 13Daarom zeide God tot Noach: Het einde van alle vlees is voor Mijn aangezicht gekomen; want de aarde is door hen vervuld met wrevel; en zie, Ik zal hen met de aarde verderven. 14Maak u een ark van goferhout; met kameren zult gij deze ark maken; en gij zult die bepekken van binnen en van buiten met pek. 15En aldus is het, dat gij haar maken zult: driehonderd ellen zij de lengte der ark, vijftig ellen haar breedte, en dertig ellen haar hoogte. 16Gij zult een venster aan de ark maken, en zult haar volmaken tot een elle van boven; en de deur der ark zult gij in haar zijde zetten; gij zult ze met onderste, tweede en derde verdiepingen maken. 17Want Ik, zie, Ik breng een watervloed over de aarde, om alle vlees, waarin een geest des levens is, van onder den hemel te verderven; al wat op de aarde is, zal den geest geven. 18Maar met u zal Ik Mijn verbond oprichten; en gij zult in de ark gaan, gij, en uw zonen, en uw huisvrouw, en de vrouwen uwer zonen met u. 19En gij zult van al wat leeft, van alle vlees, twee van elk, doen in de ark komen, om met u in het leven te behouden: mannetje en wijfje zullen zij zijn; 20Van het gevogelte naar zijn aard, en van het vee naar zijn aard, van al het kruipend gedierte des aardbodems naar zijn aard, twee van elk zullen tot u komen, om die in het leven te behouden. 21En gij, neem voor u van alle spijze, die gegeten wordt, en verzamel ze tot u, opdat zij u en hun tot spijze zij. 22En Noach deed het; naar al wat God hem geboden had, zo deed hij.
