Ga-la-ti 6

1Hỡi anh em, vì bằng có người nào tình cờ phạm lỗi gì, anh em là kẻ có Ðức Chúa Trời, hãy lấy lòng mềm mại mà sửa họ lại; chính mình anh em lại phải giữ, e cũng bị dỗ dành chẳng. 2Hãy mang lấy gánh nặng cho nhau, như vậy anh em sẽ làm trọn luật pháp của Ðấng Christ. 3Vì, nếu có ai, dầu mình không ra chi hết, mà cũng tưởng mình ra chi ấy là mình dối lấy mình. 4Mỗi người phải thử xét việc làm của mình, thì sự khoe mình chỉ tại mình thôi, chớ chẳng phải tại kẻ khác. 5Vì ai sẽ gánh lấy riêng phần nấy. 6Kẻ nào mà người ta dạy đạo cho, phải lấy trong hết thảy của cải mình mà chia cho người dạy đó. 7Chớ hề dối mình; Ðức Chúa Trời không chịu khinh dể đâu; vì ai gieo giống chi, lại gặt giống ấy. 8Kẻ gieo cho xác thịt, sẽ bởi xác thịt mà gặt sự hư nát; song kẻ gieo cho Thánh Linh, sẽ bởi Thánh Linh mà gặt sự sống đời đời. 9Chớ mệt nhọc về sự làm lành, vì nếu chúng ta không trễ nải, thì đến kỳ chúng ta sẽ gặt. 10Vậy, đương lúc có dịp tiện, hãy làm điều thiện cho mọi người, nhứt là cho anh em chúng ta trong đức tin. 11Hãy xem chính tay tôi viết thơ nầy cho anh em, chữ lớn là dường nào. 12Hết thảy những kẻ muốn cho mình đẹp lòng người theo phần xác, ép anh em chịu cắt bì, hầu cho họ khỏi vì thập tự giá của Ðấng Christ mà bị bắt bớ đó thôi. 13Vì chính những kẻ đó đã chịu cắt bì, không vâng giữ luật pháp đâu, nhưng họ muốn anh em chịu cắt bì, hầu để khoe mình trong phần xác của anh em. 14Còn như tôi, tôi hẳn chẳng khoe mình, trừ ra khoe về thập tự giá của Ðức Chúa Jêsus Christ chúng ta, bởi thập tự giá ấy, thế gian đối với tôi đã bị đóng đinh, và tôi đối với thế gian cũng vậy! 15Vì điều yếu cần, chẳng phải sự chịu cắt bì, hay là sự chẳng chịu cắt bì, bèn là trở nên người mới. 16Nguyền xin sự bình an và sự thương xót giáng trên hết thảy những kẻ noi theo mẫu mực nầy, lại giáng trên dân Y-sơ-ra-ên của Ðức Chúa Trời nữa! 17Ước gì từ nay về sau, chẳng ai làm khó cho tôi, vì trong mình tôi có đốt dấu vết của Ðức Chúa Jêsus vậy. 18Hỡi anh em, nguyền xin ân điển của Ðức Chúa Jêsus Christ chúng ta ở với tâm thần anh em! A-men.

1Brothers, even if a man is caught in some fault, you who are spiritual must restore such a one in a spirit of gentleness; looking to yourself so that you also aren’t tempted. 2Bear one another’s burdens, and so fulfill the law of Christ. 3For if a man thinks himself to be something when he is nothing, he deceives himself. 4But let each man test his own work, and then he will take pride in himself and not in his neighbor. 5For each man will bear his own burden. 6But let him who is taught in the word share all good things with him who teaches. 7Don’t be deceived. God is not mocked, for whatever a man sows, that he will also reap. 8For he who sows to his own flesh will from the flesh reap corruption. But he who sows to the Spirit will from the Spirit reap eternal life. 9Let us not be weary in doing good, for we will reap in due season, if we don’t give up. 10So then, as we have opportunity, let’s do what is good toward all men, and especially toward those who are of the household of the faith. 11See with what large letters I write to you with my own hand. 12As many as desire to look good in the flesh, they compel you to be circumcised; only that they may not be persecuted for the cross of Christ. 13For even they who receive circumcision don’t keep the law themselves, but they desire to have you circumcised, that they may boast in your flesh. 14But far be it from me to boast, except in the cross of our Lord Jesus Christ, through which the world has been crucified to me, and I to the world. 15For in Christ Jesus neither is circumcision anything, nor uncircumcision, but a new creation. 16As many as walk by this rule, peace and mercy be on them, and on God’s Israel. 17From now on, let no one cause me any trouble, for I bear the marks of the Lord Jesus branded on my body. 18The grace of our Lord Jesus Christ be with your spirit, brothers. Amen.

1Broeders, indien ook een mens vervallen ware door enige misdaad, gij, die geestelijk zijt, brengt den zodanige te recht met den geest der zachtmoedigheid; ziende op uzelven, opdat ook gij niet verzocht wordt. 2Draagt elkanders lasten, en vervult alzo de wet van Christus. 3Want zo iemand meent iets te zijn, daar hij niets is, die bedriegt zichzelven in zijn gemoed. 4Maar een iegelijk beproeve zijn eigen werk; en alsdan zal hij aan zichzelven alleen roem hebben, en niet aan een anderen. 5Want een iegelijk zal zijn eigen pak dragen. 6En die onderwezen wordt in het Woord, dele mede van alle goederen dengene, die hem onderwijst. 7Dwaalt niet; God laat Zich niet bespotten; want zo wat de mens zaait, dat zal hij ook maaien. 8Want die in zijn eigen vlees zaait, zal uit het vlees verderfenis maaien; maar die in den Geest zaait, zal uit den Geest het eeuwige leven maaien. 9Doch laat ons, goed doende, niet vertragen; want te zijner tijd zullen wij maaien, zo wij niet verslappen. 10Zo dan, terwijl wij tijd hebben, laat ons goed doen aan allen, maar meest aan de huisgenoten des geloofs. 11Ziet, hoe groten brief ik u geschreven heb met mijn hand. 12Al degenen, die een schoon gelaat willen tonen naar het vlees, die noodzaken u besneden te worden, alleenlijk opdat zij vanwege het kruis van Christus niet zouden vervolgd worden. 13Want ook zijzelven, die besneden worden, houden de wet niet; maar zij willen, dat gij besneden wordt, opdat zij in uw vlees roemen zouden. 14Maar het zij verre van mij, dat ik zou roemen, anders dan in het kruis van onzen Heere Jezus Christus; door Welken de wereld mij gekruisigd is, en ik der wereld. 15Want in Christus Jezus heeft noch besnijdenis enige kracht, noch voorhuid, maar een nieuw schepsel. 16En zovelen als er naar dezen regel zullen wandelen, over dezelve zal zijn vrede en barmhartigheid, en over het Israel Gods. 17Voorts, niemand doe mij moeite aan; want ik draag de littekenen van den Heere Jezus in mijn lichaam. 18De genade van onzen Heere Jezus Christus zij met uw geest, broeders! Amen.
