Ezechiel 37

1Byla nade mnou ruka Hospodinova, a vyvedl mne Hospodin v duchu, a postavil mne u prostřed údolí, kteréž bylo plné kostí. 2I provedl mne skrze ně vůkol a vůkol, a aj, bylo jich velmi mnoho v tom údolí, a aj, byly velmi suché. 3I řekl mi: Synu člověčí, mohly-li by ožiti kosti tyto? I řekl jsem: Panovníče Hospodine, ty víš. 4V tom řekl mi: Prorokuj o těch kostech a rci jim: Kosti suché, slyšte slovo Hospodinovo. 5Toto praví Panovník Hospodin kostem těmto: Aj, já uvedu do vás ducha, abyste ožily. 6A dám na vás žily, a učiním, že zroste na vás maso, a otáhnu vás koží; dám, pravím, do vás ducha, abyste ožily, i zvíte, že já jsem Hospodin. 7Tedy prorokoval jsem tak, jakž mi rozkázáno bylo. I stal se zvuk, když jsem já prorokoval, a aj, hřmot, když se přibližovaly kosti jedna k druhé. 8I viděl jsem, a aj, žily a maso na nich se ukázalo, i koží potaženy byly po vrchu, ale ducha žádného nebylo v nich. 9I řekl mi: Prorokuj k duchu, prorokuj, synu člověčí, a rci duchu: Takto praví Panovník Hospodin: Ode čtyř větrů přiď, duchu, a věj na tyto zmordované, ať oživou. 10Tedy prorokoval jsem, jakž mi rozkázal. I všel do nich duch, a ožili, a postavili se na nohách svých, zástup velmi veliký. 11I řekl mi: Synu člověčí, kosti tyto jsou všecken dům Izraelský. Aj, říkají: Uschly kosti naše, a zhynula čáka naše, jižť jest po nás. 12Protož prorokuj a rci jim: Takto praví Panovník Hospodin: Aj, já otevru hroby vaše, a vyvedu vás z hrobů vašich, lide můj, a uvedu vás do země Izraelské. 13I zvíte, že já jsem Hospodin, když otevru hroby vaše, a vyvedu vás z hrobů vašich, lide můj. 14A dám Ducha svého do vás, abyste ožili, a osadím vás v zemi vaší, i zvíte, že já Hospodin mluvím i činím, dí Hospodin. 15Opět stalo se slovo Hospodinovo ke mně, řkoucí: 16Ty pak synu člověčí, vezmi sobě dřevo jedno, a napiš na něm: Judovi, a synům Izraelským, tovaryšům jeho. Zatím vezma dřevo druhé, napiš na něm: Jozefovi dřevo Efraimovo, a všechněm synům Izraelským, tovaryšům jeho. 17I spojž je sobě jedno k druhému v jedno dřevo, aby byla jako jedno v ruce tvé. 18A když mluviti budou k tobě synové lidu tvého, řkouce: Což nám neoznámíš, co ty věci znamenají: 19Mluv k nim: Takto praví panovník Hospodin: Aj, já vezmu dřevo Jozefovo, kteréž jest v ruce Efraimově, a pokolení Izraelských, tovaryšů jeho, a přiložím je s ním k dřevu Judovu, a učiním je dřevem jedním, i budou jedno v ruce mé. 20A když budou ta dřeva, na kterýchž jsi psal, v ruce tvé před očima jejich, 21Tedy mluv k nim: Takto praví Panovník Hospodin: Aj, já vezmu syny Izraelské z prostřed národů těch, kamž odešli, a shromáždě je odevšad, uvedu je do země jejich. 22A učiním je, aby byli národem jedním v té zemi na horách Izraelských, a král jeden bude nad nimi nade všemi králem. A nebudou více dva národové, aniž se již více děliti budou na dvoje království. 23Aniž se budou poškvrňovati více ukydanými bohy svými, a ohavnostmi svými, ani jakými přestoupeními svými, i vysvobodím je ze všech obydlí jejich, v nichž hřešili, a očistím je. I budou mým lidem, a já budu jejich Bohem. 24A služebník můj David bude králem nad nimi, a pastýře jednoho všickni míti budou, aby v soudech mých chodili, a ustanovení mých ostříhali, i činili je. 25I budou bydliti v té zemi, kterouž jsem byl dal služebníku svému Jákobovi, v níž bydlili otcové vaši. Budou, pravím, v ní bydliti oni i synové jejich, i synové synů jejich až na věky, a David služebník můj knížetem jejich bude na věky. 26Nadto učiním s nimi smlouvu pokoje; smlouva věčná bude s nimi. A rozsadím je, i rozmnožím je, a postavím svatyni svou u prostřed nich na věky. 27Bude i příbytek můj mezi nimi, a budu jejich Bohem, a oni budou lidem mým. 28I zvědí národové, že jsem já Hospodin, jenž posvěcuji Izraele, když bude svatyně má u prostřed nich na věky.

1The hand of Yahweh was on me, and he brought me out in the Spirit of Yahweh, and set me down in the midst of the valley; and it was full of bones. 2He caused me to pass by them all around: and behold, there were very many in the open valley; and behold, they were very dry. 3He said to me, Son of man, can these bones live? I answered, Lord Yahweh, you know. 4Again he said to me, Prophesy over these bones, and tell them, you dry bones, hear Yahweh’s word. 5Thus says the Lord Yahweh to these bones: Behold, I will cause breath to enter into you, and you shall live. 6I will lay sinews on you, and will bring up flesh on you, and cover you with skin, and put breath in you, and you shall live; and you shall know that I am Yahweh. 7So I prophesied as I was commanded: and as I prophesied, there was a noise, and behold, an earthquake; and the bones came together, bone to its bone. 8I saw, and, behold, there were sinews on them, and flesh came up, and skin covered them above; but there was no breath in them. 9Then he said to me, Prophesy to the wind, prophesy, son of man, and tell the wind, Thus says the Lord Yahweh: Come from the four winds, breath, and breathe on these slain, that they may live. 10So I prophesied as he commanded me, and the breath came into them, and they lived, and stood up on their feet, an exceedingly great army. 11Then he said to me, Son of man, these bones are the whole house of Israel: behold, they say, Our bones are dried up, and our hope is lost; we are clean cut off. 12Therefore prophesy, and tell them, Thus says the Lord Yahweh: Behold, I will open your graves, and cause you to come up out of your graves, my people; and I will bring you into the land of Israel. 13You shall know that I am Yahweh, when I have opened your graves, and caused you to come up out of your graves, my people. 14I will put my Spirit in you, and you shall live, and I will place you in your own land: and you shall know that I, Yahweh, have spoken it and performed it, says Yahweh. 15Yahweh’s word came again to me, saying, 16You, son of man, take one stick, and write on it, For Judah, and for the children of Israel his companions: then take another stick, and write on it, For Joseph, the stick of Ephraim, and for all the house of Israel his companions: 17and join them for you one to another into one stick, that they may become one in your hand. 18When the children of your people shall speak to you, saying, Will you not show us what you mean by these? 19tell them, Thus says the Lord Yahweh: Behold, I will take the stick of Joseph, which is in the hand of Ephraim, and the tribes of Israel his companions; and I will put them with it, with the stick of Judah, and make them one stick, and they shall be one in my hand. 20The sticks whereon you write shall be in your hand before their eyes. 21Say to them, Thus says the Lord Yahweh: Behold, I will take the children of Israel from among the nations, where they are gone, and will gather them on every side, and bring them into their own land: 22and I will make them one nation in the land, on the mountains of Israel; and one king shall be king to them all; and they shall be no more two nations, neither shall they be divided into two kingdoms any more at all; 23neither shall they defile themselves any more with their idols, nor with their detestable things, nor with any of their transgressions; but I will save them out of all their dwelling places, in which they have sinned, and will cleanse them: so shall they be my people, and I will be their God. 24My servant David shall be king over them; and they all shall have one shepherd: they shall also walk in my ordinances, and observe my statutes, and do them. 25They shall dwell in the land that I have given to Jacob my servant, in which your fathers lived; and they shall dwell therein, they, and their children, and their children’s children, forever: and David my servant shall be their prince for ever. 26Moreover I will make a covenant of peace with them; it shall be an everlasting covenant with them; and I will place them, and multiply them, and will set my sanctuary in their midst forever more. 27My tent also shall be with them; and I will be their God, and they shall be my people. 28The nations shall know that I am Yahweh who sanctifies Israel, when my sanctuary shall be in their midst forever more.

1De hand des HEEREN was op mij, en de HEERE voerde mij uit in den geest, en zette mij neder in het midden ener vallei; dezelve nu was vol beenderen. 2En Hij deed mij bij dezelve voorbijgaan geheel rondom; en ziet, er waren zeer vele op den grond der vallei; en ziet, zij waren zeer dor. 3En Hij zeide tot mij: Mensenkind! zullen deze beenderen levend worden? En ik zeide: Heere HEERE, Gij weet het! 4Toen zeide Hij tot mij: Profeteer over deze beenderen, en zeg tot dezelve: Gij dorre beenderen! hoort des HEEREN woord. 5Alzo zegt de Heere HEERE tot deze beenderen: Ziet, Ik zal den geest in u brengen, en gij zult levend worden. 6En Ik zal zenuwen op u leggen, en vlees op u doen opkomen, en een huid over u trekken, en den geest in u geven, en gij zult levend worden; en gij zult weten, dat Ik de HEERE ben. 7Toen profeteerde ik, gelijk mij bevolen was, en er werd een geluid, als ik profeteerde, en ziet een beroering! en de beenderen naderden, elk been tot zijn been. 8En ik zag, en ziet, en er werden zenuwen op dezelve, en er kwam vlees op; en Hij trok een huid boven over dezelve, maar er was geen geest in hen. 9En Hij zeide tot mij: Profeteer tot den geest; profeteer, mensenkind! en zeg tot den geest: Zo zegt de Heere HEERE: Gij geest! kom aan van de vier winden, en blaas in deze gedoden, opdat zij levend worden. 10En ik profeteerde, gelijk als Hij mij bevolen had. Toen kwam de geest in hen, en zij werden levend en stonden op hun voeten, een gans zeer groot heir. 11Toen zeide Hij tot mij: Mensenkind! deze beenderen zijn het ganse huis Israels; ziet, zij zeggen: Onze beenderen zijn verdord, en onze verwachting is verloren, wij zijn afgesneden. 12Daarom, profeteer en zeg tot hen: Zo zegt de Heere HEERE: Ziet, Ik zal uw graven openen, en zal ulieden uit uw graven doen opkomen, o Mijn volk! en Ik zal u brengen in het land Israels. 13En gij zult weten, dat Ik de HEERE ben, als Ik uw graven zal hebben geopend, en als Ik u uit uw graven zal hebben doen opkomen, o Mijn volk! 14En Ik zal Mijn Geest in u geven, en gij zult leven, en Ik zal u in uw land zetten; en gij zult weten, dat Ik, de HEERE, dit gesproken en gedaan heb, spreekt de HEERE. 15Wijders geschiedde des HEEREN woord tot mij, zeggende: 16Gij nu, mensenkind! neem u een hout, en schrijf daarop: Voor Juda, en voor de kinderen Israels, zijn metgezellen; en neem een ander hout, en schrijf daarop: Voor Jozef, het hout van Efraim, en van het ganse huis Israels, zijn metgezellen. 17Doe gij ze dan naderen, het een tot het ander tot een enig hout; en zij zullen tot een worden in uw hand. 18En wanneer de kinderen uws volks tot u zullen spreken, zeggende: Zult gij ons niet te kennen geven, wat u deze dingen zijn? 19Zo spreek tot hen: Alzo zegt de Heere HEERE: Ziet, Ik zal het hout van Jozef, dat in Efraims hand geweest is, en van de stammen Israels, zijn metgezellen, nemen, en Ik zal dezelve met hem voegen tot het hout van Juda, en zal ze maken tot een enig hout; en zij zullen een worden in Mijn hand. 20De houten nu, op dewelke gij zult geschreven hebben, zullen in uw hand zijn voor hunlieder ogen. 21Spreek dan tot hen: Zo zegt de Heere HEERE: Ziet, Ik zal de kinderen Israels halen uit het midden der heidenen, waarhenen zij getogen zijn, en zal ze vergaderen van rondom, en brengen hen in hun land; 22En Ik zal ze maken tot een enig volk in het land, op de bergen Israels; en zij zullen allen te zamen een enigen Koning tot koning hebben; en zij zullen niet meer tot twee volken zijn, noch voortaan meer in twee koninkrijken verdeeld zijn. 23En zij zullen zich niet meer verontreinigen met hun drekgoden, en met hun verfoeiselen, en met al hun overtredingen; en Ik zal ze verlossen uit al hun woonplaatsen, in dewelke zij gezondigd hebben, en zal ze reinigen; zo zullen zij Mij tot een volk zijn, en Ik zal hun tot een God zijn. 24En Mijn Knecht David zal Koning over hen zijn; en zij zullen allen te zamen een Herder hebben; en zij zullen in Mijn rechten wandelen, en Mijn inzettingen bewaren en die doen. 25En zij zullen wonen in het land, dat Ik Mijn knecht Jakob gegeven heb, waarin uw vaders gewoond hebben; ja, daarin zullen zij wonen, zij en hun kinderen, en hun kindskinderen tot in eeuwigheid, en Mijn Knecht David zal hunlieder Vorst zijn tot in eeuwigheid. 26En Ik zal een verbond des vredes met hen maken, het zal een eeuwig verbond met hen zijn; en Ik zal ze inzetten en zal ze vermenigvuldigen, en Ik zal Mijn heiligdom in het midden van hen zetten tot in eeuwigheid. 27En Mijn tabernakel zal bij hen zijn, en Ik zal hun tot een God zijn, en zij zullen Mij tot een volk zijn. 28En de heidenen zullen weten, dat Ik de HEERE ben, Die Israel heilige, als Mijn heiligdom in het midden van hen zal zijn tot in eeuwigheid.
