Ezechiel 25

1I stalo se slovo Hospodinovo ke mně, řkoucí: 2Synu člověčí, obrať tvář svou proti synům Ammon, a prorokuj proti nim. 3A rci synům Ammon: Slyšte slovo Panovníka Hospodina: Takto praví Panovník Hospodin: Proto že jsi nad svatyní mou, když poškvrněna byla, říkal: To dobře to, a nad zemí Izraelskou, když zpuštěna byla, a nad domem Judským, když šel v zajetí, 4Protož aj, já dám tě národům východním za dědictví, i vzdělají sobě hrady v tobě, a vystavějí v tobě příbytky své. Tiť budou jísti ovoce tvé, a ti budou píti mléko tvé. 5A dám Rabbu za obydlé velbloudům, a města synů Ammon za odpočivadlo stádům, i zvíte, že já jsem Hospodin. 6Nebo takto praví Panovník Hospodin: Proto že jsi tleskal rukou, a dupal nohou, a veselil se srdečně, že jsi všelijak loupil zemi Izraelskou, 7Protož aj, já vztáhnu ruku svou na tebe, a vydám tě v loupež národům, a vypléním tě z lidí, a vyhubím tě z zemí, i zahladím tě. Tu zvíš, že já jsem Hospodin. 8Takto praví Panovník Hospodin: Z té příčiny, že říkal Moáb a Seir: Hle, podobný jest všechněm jiným národům dům Judský, 9Protož aj, já otevru bok Moábských, (hned od Arim, od měst jejich na pomezí jejich, rozkošnou zemi Betjesimotských, Balmeonských i Kariataimských), 10Národům východním s zemí synů Ammon; nebo jsem ji dal v dědictví, tak aby nebylo zpomínáno na syny Ammon mezi národy. 11A tak i nad Moábem soudy vykonám, i zvědí, že já jsem Hospodin. 12Takto praví Panovník Hospodin: Proto že Idumejští nenáležitě se vymstívajíce, ukrutně se měli k domu Judskému, a tak uvodili na se vinu velikou, vymstívajíce se na nich, 13Protož takto dí Panovník Hospodin: I na Idumea vztáhnu ruku svou, a vypléním z něho lidi i hovada, a obrátím jej v pustinu. Hned od Teman až do Dedan mečem padati budou. 14A tak uvedu pomstu svou na Idumejské skrze ruku lidu mého Izraelského, a naloží s Idumejskými podlé hněvu mého a podlé prchlivosti mé, i poznají pomstu mou, praví Panovník Hospodin. 15Takto praví Panovník Hospodin: Proto že se Filistinští ukrutně měli z příčiny pomsty, nenáležitě se vymstívajíce, loupíce zlostně, a zhoubu uvodíce z nenávisti starodávní, 16Protož takto praví Panovník Hospodin: Aj, já vztáhnu ruku svou na Filistinské, a vypléním Ceretejské, a zkazím ostatek přístavu mořského. 17A tak vykonám při nich pomsty veliké káraními zůřivými, a zvědí, že já jsem Hospodin, když uvedu pomstu svou na ně.

1Yahweh’s word came to me, saying, 2Son of man, set your face toward the children of Ammon, and prophesy against them: 3and tell the children of Ammon, Hear the word of the Lord Yahweh: Thus says the Lord Yahweh, Because you said, Aha, against my sanctuary, when it was profaned; and against the land of Israel, when it was made desolate; and against the house of Judah, when they went into captivity: 4therefore, behold, I will deliver you to the children of the east for a possession, and they shall set their encampments in you, and make their dwellings in you; they shall eat your fruit, and they shall drink your milk. 5I will make Rabbah a stable for camels, and the children of Ammon a resting place for flocks: and you shall know that I am Yahweh. 6For thus says the Lord Yahweh: Because you have clapped your hands, and stamped with the feet, and rejoiced with all the despite of your soul against the land of Israel; 7therefore, behold, I have stretched out my hand on you, and will deliver you for a plunder to the nations; and I will cut you off from the peoples, and I will cause you to perish out of the countries: I will destroy you; and you shall know that I am Yahweh. 8Thus says the Lord Yahweh: Because Moab and Seir say, Behold, the house of Judah is like all the nations; 9therefore, behold, I will open the side of Moab from the cities, from his cities which are on his frontiers, the glory of the country, Beth Jeshimoth, Baal Meon, and Kiriathaim, 10to the children of the east, to go against the children of Ammon; and I will give them for a possession, that the children of Ammon may not be remembered among the nations. 11and I will execute judgments on Moab; and they shall know that I am Yahweh. 12Thus says the Lord Yahweh: Because Edom has dealt against the house of Judah by taking vengeance, and has greatly offended, and revenged himself on them; 13therefore thus says the Lord Yahweh, I will stretch out my hand on Edom, and will cut off man and animal from it; and I will make it desolate from Teman; even to Dedan shall they fall by the sword. 14I will lay my vengeance on Edom by the hand of my people Israel; and they shall do in Edom according to my anger and according to my wrath; and they shall know my vengeance, says the Lord Yahweh. 15Thus says the Lord Yahweh: Because the Philistines have dealt by revenge, and have taken vengeance with despite of soul to destroy with perpetual hostility; 16therefore thus says the Lord Yahweh, Behold, I will stretch out my hand on the Philistines, and I will cut off the Cherethites, and destroy the remnant of the sea coast. 17I will execute great vengeance on them with wrathful rebukes; and they shall know that I am Yahweh, when I shall lay my vengeance on them.

1En des HEEREN woord geschiedde tot mij, zeggende: 2Mensenkind! zet uw aangezicht tegen de kinderen Ammons, en profeteer tegen dezelve; 3En zeg tot de kinderen Ammons: Hoort des Heeren HEEREN woord: Alzo zegt de Heere HEERE: Omdat gij gezegd hebt: Heah! over Mijn heiligdom, als het ontheiligd werd, en over het land Israels, als het verwoest werd, en over het huis van Juda, als zij in gevangenis gingen; 4Daarom, ziet, Ik zal u aan die van het oosten overgeven tot een bezitting, dat zij hun burgen in u zetten, en hun woningen in u stellen, die zullen uw vruchten eten, en die zullen uw melk drinken. 5En Ik zal Rabba tot een kemelstal maken, en de kinderen Ammons tot een schaapskooi; en gij zult weten, dat Ik de HEERE ben. 6Want alzo zegt de Heere HEERE: Omdat gij met de hand geklapt, en met den voet gestampt hebt, en van harte verblijd zijt geweest in al uw plundering, over het land Israels; 7Daarom, ziet, Ik zal Mijn hand tegen u uitstrekken, en u den heidenen ten buit geven, en zal u uit de volken uitroeien, en u uit de landen verdoen; Ik zal u verdelgen; en gij zult weten, dat Ik de HEERE ben. 8Alzo zegt de Heere HEERE: Omdat Moab en Seir zeggen: Ziet, het huis van Juda is gelijk al de heidenen; 9Daarom, ziet, Ik zal de zijde van Moab openen, van de steden af, van zijn steden, die van zijn grenzen af zijn, het sieraad des lands, Beth-Jesimoth, Baal-Meon, en tot Kiriathaim toe; 10Voor die van het oosten, met het land der kinderen Ammons, hetwelk Ik ter bezitting zal overgeven; opdat der kinderen Ammons onder de heidenen niet meer gedacht worde. 11Ik zal ook in Moab gerichten oefenen; en zij zullen weten, dat Ik de HEERE ben. 12Alzo zegt de Heere HEERE: Omdat Edom met enkel wraakgierigheid gehandeld heeft tegen het huis van Juda; en zij zich zeer schuldig gemaakt hebben, dat zij zich aan hen gewroken hebben: 13Daarom, alzo zegt de Heere HEERE: Ik zal ook Mijn hand uitstrekken tegen Edom, en Ik zal mens en beest uit haar uitroeien; en zal haar tot een woestheid stellen van Theman af; en zij zullen tot Dedan toe door het zwaard vallen. 14En Ik zal Mijn wraak doen aan Edom, door de hand van Mijn volk Israel; en zij zullen tegen Edom naar Mijn toorn en naar Mijn grimmigheid handelen; alzo zullen zij Mijn wraak gewaar worden, spreekt de Heere HEERE. 15Alzo zegt de Heere HEERE: Omdat de Filistijnen door wraak gehandeld hebben, en van harte wraak geoefend hebben door plundering, om te vernielen door een eeuwige vijandschap; 16Daarom, alzo zegt de Heere HEERE: Ziet, Ik strek Mijn hand uit tegen de Filistijnen, en zal de Cherethieten uitroeien, en het overblijfsel van de zeehaven verdoen. 17En Ik zal grote wraak met grimmige straffingen onder hen doen; en zij zullen weten, dat Ik de HEERE ben, als Ik Mijn wraak aan hen gedaan zal hebben.
