2 Тимофею 4

1Итак заклинаю тебя пред Богом и Господом нашим Иисусом Христом, Который будет судить живых и мертвых в явление Его и Царствие Его: 2проповедуй слово, настой во время и не во время, обличай, запрещай, увещевай со всяким долготерпением и назиданием. 3Ибо будет время, когда здравого учения принимать не будут, но по своим прихотям будут избирать себе учителей, которые льстили бы слуху; 4и от истины отвратят слух и обратятся к басням. 5Но ты будь бдителен во всем, переноси скорби, совершай дело благовестника, исполняй служение твое. 6Ибо я уже становлюсь жертвою, и время моего отшествия настало. 7Подвигом добрым я подвизался, течение совершил, веру сохранил; 8а теперь готовится мне венец правды, который даст мне Господь, праведный Судия, в день оный; и не только мне, но и всем, возлюбившим явление Его. 9Постарайся придти ко мне скоро. 10Ибо Димас оставил меня, возлюбив нынешний век, и пошел в Фессалонику, Крискент в Галатию, Тит в Далматию; один Лука со мною. 11Марка возьми и приведи с собою, ибо он мне нужен для служения. 12Тихика я послал в Ефес. 13Когда пойдешь, принеси фелонь, который я оставил в Троаде у Карпа, и книги, особенно кожаные. 14Александр медник много сделал мне зла. Да воздаст ему Господь по делам его! 15Берегись его и ты, ибо он сильно противился нашим словам. 16При первом моем ответе никого не было со мною, но все меня оставили. Да не вменится им! 17Господь же предстал мне и укрепил меня, дабы через меня утвердилось благовестие и услышали все язычники; и я избавился из львиных челюстей. 18И избавит меня Господь от всякого злого дела и сохранит для Своего Небесного Царства, Ему слава во веки веков. Аминь. 19Приветствуй Прискиллу и Акилу и дом Онисифоров. 20Ераст остался в Коринфе; Трофима же я оставил больного в Милите. 21Постарайся придти до зимы. Приветствуют тебя Еввул, и Пуд, и Лин, и Клавдия, и все братия. 22Господь Иисус Христос со духом твоим. Благодать с вами. Аминь.

1I command you therefore before God and the Lord Jesus Christ, who will judge the living and the dead at his appearing and his Kingdom: 2preach the word; be urgent in season and out of season; reprove, rebuke, and exhort, with all patience and teaching. 3For the time will come when they will not listen to the sound doctrine, but, having itching ears, will heap up for themselves teachers after their own lusts; 4and will turn away their ears from the truth, and turn aside to fables. 5But you be sober in all things, suffer hardship, do the work of an evangelist, and fulfill your ministry. 6For I am already being offered, and the time of my departure has come. 7I have fought the good fight. I have finished the course. I have kept the faith. 8From now on, there is stored up for me the crown of righteousness, which the Lord, the righteous judge, will give to me on that day; and not to me only, but also to all those who have loved his appearing. 9Be diligent to come to me soon, 10for Demas left me, having loved this present world, and went to Thessalonica; Crescens to Galatia, and Titus to Dalmatia. 11Only Luke is with me. Take Mark, and bring him with you, for he is useful to me for service. 12But I sent Tychicus to Ephesus. 13Bring the cloak that I left at Troas with Carpus when you come, and the books, especially the parchments. 14Alexander, the coppersmith, did much evil to me. The Lord will repay him according to his works, 15of whom you also must beware; for he greatly opposed our words. 16At my first defense, no one came to help me, but all left me. May it not be held against them. 17But the Lord stood by me, and strengthened me, that through me the message might be fully proclaimed, and that all the Gentiles might hear; and I was delivered out of the mouth of the lion. 18And the Lord will deliver me from every evil work, and will preserve me for his heavenly Kingdom; to whom be the glory forever and ever. Amen. 19Greet Prisca and Aquila, and the house of Onesiphorus. 20Erastus remained at Corinth, but I left Trophimus at Miletus sick. 21Be diligent to come before winter. Eubulus salutes you, as do Pudens, Linus, Claudia, and all the brothers. 22The Lord Jesus Christ be with your spirit. Grace be with you. Amen.

1Ik betuig dan voor God en den Heere Jezus Christus, Die de levenden en doden oordelen zal in Zijn verschijning en in Zijn Koninkrijk: 2Predik het woord; houd aan tijdelijk, ontijdelijk; wederleg, bestraf, vermaan in alle lankmoedigheid en leer. 3Want er zal een tijd zijn, wanneer zij de gezonde leer niet zullen verdragen; maar kittelachtig zijnde van gehoor, zullen zij zichzelven leraars opgaderen, naar hun eigen begeerlijkheden; 4En zullen hun gehoor van de waarheid afwenden, en zullen zich keren tot fabelen. 5Maar gij, wees wakker in alles, lijd verdrukkingen; doe het werk van een evangelist, maak, dat men van uw dienst ten volle verzekerd zij. 6Want ik word nu tot een drankoffer geofferd, en de tijd mijner ontbinding is aanstaande. 7Ik heb den goeden strijd gestreden, ik heb den loop geeindigd, ik heb het geloof behouden; 8Voorts is mij weggelegd de kroon der rechtvaardigheid, welke mij de Heere, de rechtvaardige Rechter, in dien dag geven zal; en niet alleen mij, maar ook allen, die Zijn verschijning liefgehad hebben. 9Benaarstig u haastelijk tot mij te komen. 10Want Demas heeft mij verlaten, hebbende de tegenwoordige wereld liefgekregen, en is naar Thessalonica gereisd; Krescens naar Galatie, Titus naar Dalmatie. 11Lukas is alleen met mij. Neem Markus mede, en breng hem met u; want hij is mij zeer nut tot den dienst. 12Maar Tychikus heb ik naar Efeze gezonden. 13Breng den reismantel mede, dien ik te Troas bij Karpus gelaten heb, als gij komt, en de boeken, inzonderheid de perkamenten. 14Alexander, de kopersmid, heeft mij veel kwaads betoond; de Heere vergelde hem naar zijn werken. 15Van welken wacht gij u ook, want hij heeft onze woorden zeer tegengestaan. 16In mijn eerste verantwoording is niemand bij mij geweest, maar zij hebben mij allen verlaten. Het worde hun niet toegerekend. 17Maar de Heere heeft mij bijgestaan, en heeft mij bekrachtigd; opdat men door mij ten volle zou verzekerd zijn van de prediking, en alle heidenen dezelve zouden horen. En ik ben uit de muil des leeuws verlost. 18En de Heere zal mij verlossen van alle boos werk, en bewaren tot Zijn hemels Koninkrijk; Denwelken zij de heerlijkheid in alle eeuwigheid. Amen. 19Groet Priska en Aquila, en het huis van Onesiforus. 20Erastus is te Korinthe gebleven; en Trofimus heb ik te Milete krank gelaten. 21Benaarstig u, om voor den winter te komen. U groet Eubulus, en Pudens, en Linus, en Klaudia, en al de broeders. 22De Heere Jezus Christus zij met uw geest. De genade zij met ulieden. Amen.
