1Και είπε Κύριος προς τον Ααρών, Συ και οι υιοί σου και ο οίκος του πατρός σου μετά σου θέλετε βαστάζει την ανομίαν του αγιαστηρίου· και συ και οι υιοί σου μετά σου θέλετε βαστάζει την ανομίαν της ιερατείας σας. 2Και έτι τους αδελφούς σου, την φυλήν του Λευΐ, την φυλήν του πατρός σου, φέρε μετά σου, διά να ήναι ηνωμένοι μετά σου και να σε υπηρετώσι· συ όμως και οι υιοί σου μετά σου θέλετε υπηρετεί έμπροσθεν της σκηνής του μαρτυρίου. 3Και θέλουσι φυλάττει τας φυλακάς σου και τας φυλακάς όλης της σκηνής· μόνον εις τα σκεύη του αγιαστηρίου και εις το θυσιαστήριον δεν θέλουσι πλησιάζει, διά να μη αποθάνωσι μήτε αυτοί μήτε σεις. 4Και θέλουσιν είσθαι ηνωμένοι μετά σου και θέλουσι φυλάττει τας φυλακάς της σκηνής του μαρτυρίου κατά πάσας τας υπηρεσίας της σκηνής· και ξένος δεν θέλει σας πλησιάζει. 5Και θέλετε φυλάττει τας φυλακάς του αγιαστηρίου και τας φυλακάς του θυσιαστηρίου, και δεν θέλει είσθαι πλέον οργή εις τους υιούς Ισραήλ. 6Και εγώ, ιδού, έλαβον τους αδελφούς σας τους Λευΐτας εκ μέσου των υιών Ισραήλ· ούτοι είναι δεδομένοι εις εσάς δώρον διά τον Κύριον, διά να εκτελώσι τας υπηρεσίας της σκηνής του μαρτυρίου. 7Συ δε και οι υιοί σου μετά σου θέλετε φυλάττει την ιερατείαν σας εις πάντα τα του θυσιαστηρίου και τα εντός του παραπετάσματος, και θέλετε κάμνει την υπηρεσίαν. Δώρον έδωκα την υπηρεσίαν της ιερατείας σας· και όστις ξένος πλησιάση, θέλει θανατόνεσθαι. 8Και είπε Κύριος προς τον Ααρών, Ιδού, εγώ έδωκα έτι εις σε την επιστασίαν των υψουμένων προσφορών μου από πάντων των ηγιασμένων παρά των υιών Ισραήλ· εις σε έδωκα αυτά διά το χρίσμα και εις τους υιούς σου εις νόμιμον αιώνιον. 9Τούτο θέλει είσθαι σου από των αγιωτάτων εκ των διά πυρός προσφερομένων· πάντα τα δώρα αυτών, πάσαι αι εξ αλφίτων προσφοραί αυτών και πάσαι αι περί αμαρτίας προσφοραί αυτών και πάσαι αι περί ανομίας προσφοραί αυτών, τας οποίας θέλουσιν αποδίδει εις εμέ, αγιώτατα θέλουσιν είσθαι διά σε και διά τους υιούς σου. 10Εν τω αγίω των αγίων θέλετε τρώγει αυτά· παν αρσενικόν θέλει τρώγει αυτά· άγια θέλουσιν είσθαι εις σε. 11Και τούτο είναι σου, η υψουμένη προσφορά εκ των δώρων αυτών, μετά πασών των κινητών προσφορών των υιών Ισραήλ· εις σε έδωκα αυτά και εις τους υιούς σου και εις τας θυγατέρας σου μετά σου εις νόμιμον αιώνιον· πας καθαρός εν τω οίκω σου θέλει τρώγει αυτά. 12Παν το εξαίρετον του ελαίου, και παν το εξαίρετον του οίνου και του σίτου, τας απαρχάς αυτών, όσα προσφέρωσιν εις τον Κύριον, εις σε έδωκα αυτά· 13Πάντα τα πρωτογεννήματα της γης, όσα φέρωσι προς τον Κύριον, σου θέλουσιν είσθαι πας καθαρός εν τω οίκω σου θέλει τρώγει αυτά. 14Παν καθιέρωμα του Ισραήλ θέλει είσθαι σου. 15Παν διανοίγον μήτραν εκ πάσης σαρκός, το οποίον προσφέρωσι προς τον Κύριον, από ανθρώπου έως κτήνους, σου θέλει είσθαι πλην τα πρωτότοκα των ανθρώπων θέλουσιν εξάπαντος εξαγοράζεσθαι και τα πρωτότοκα των κτηνών των ακαθάρτων θέλουσιν εξαγοράζεσθαι. 16Και όσα πρέπει να εξαγορασθώσιν από ηλικίας ενός μηνός, θέλουσιν εξαγοράζεσθαι κατά την εκτίμησίν σου, διά πέντε σίκλους αργυρίου, κατά τον σίκλον τον άγιον, όστις είναι είκοσι γερά. 17Τα πρωτότοκα όμως των βοών ή τα πρωτότοκα των προβάτων ή τα πρωτότοκα των αιγών δεν θέλουσιν εξαγοράζεσθαι· άγια είναι· το αίμα αυτών θέλεις ραντίζει επί το θυσιαστήριον, και το πάχος αυτών θέλεις καίει διά προσφοράν γινομένην διά πυρός εις οσμήν ευωδίας προς τον Κύριον. 18Και το κρέας αυτών θέλει είσθαι σου, καθώς το κινητόν στήθος και ο δεξιός ώμος είναι σου. 19Πάσας τας υψουμένας προσφοράς των αγίων πραγμάτων, τας οποίας οι υιοί Ισραήλ προσφέρωσιν εις τον Κύριον, έδωκα εις σε και εις τους υιούς σου και εις τας θυγατέρας σου μετά σου εις νόμιμον αιώνιον. Αύτη είναι διαθήκη άλατος παντοτεινή ενώπιον του Κυρίου εις σε και εις το σπέρμα σου μετά σου. 20Και είπε Κύριος προς τον Ααρών, Εν τη γη αυτών δεν θέλεις έχει κληρονομίαν ουδέ θέλεις έχει μερίδα μεταξύ αυτών· εγώ είμαι η μερίς σου και η κληρονομία σου εν μέσω των υιών Ισραήλ. 21Και ιδού, έδωκα εις τους υιούς Λευΐ πάντα τα δέκατα του Ισραήλ εις κληρονομίαν, διά την υπηρεσίαν αυτών την οποίαν υπηρετούσι, την υπηρεσίαν της σκηνής του μαρτυρίου· 22και δεν θέλουσι πλησιάζει του λοιπού οι υιοί Ισραήλ εις την σκηνήν του μαρτυρίου, διά να μη λάβωσιν εφ' εαυτούς αμαρτίαν και αποθάνωσιν· 23αλλ' οι Λευΐται, ούτοι θέλουσιν υπηρετεί την υπηρεσίαν της σκηνής του μαρτυρίου και ούτοι θέλουσι βαστάζει την ανομίαν αυτών· τούτο θέλει είσθαι νόμιμον αιώνιον εις τας γενεάς σας· και δεν θέλουσιν έχει μεταξύ των υιών Ισραήλ ουδεμίαν κληρονομίαν· 24διότι τα δέκατα των υιών Ισραήλ, τα οποία προσφέρωσιν υψουμένην προσφοράν προς τον Κύριον, έδωκα κληρονομίαν εις τους Λευΐτας· διά τούτο είπα περί αυτών, Εν μέσω των υιών Ισραήλ δεν θέλουσιν έχει ουδεμίαν κληρονομίαν. 25Και ελάλησε Κύριος προς τον Μωϋσήν λέγων, 26Λάλησον και προς τους Λευΐτας και ειπέ προς αυτούς, Όταν λαμβάνητε παρά των υιών Ισραήλ το δέκατον, το οποίον έδωκα εις εσάς παρ' αυτών διά κληρονομίαν σας, τότε θέλετε προσφέρει εξ αυτών προσφοράν υψουμένην εις τον Κύριον, δέκατον από του δεκάτου. 27Και αύται αι υψούμεναι προσφοραί σας θέλουσι λογίζεσθαι εις εσάς ως σίτος του αλωνίου και ως αφθονία του ληνού. 28Ούτω και σεις θέλετε προσφέρει προσφοράν υψουμένην εις τον Κύριον από πάντων των δεκάτων σας, τα οποία λαμβάνετε παρά των υιών Ισραήλ· και από τούτων θέλετε δίδει την υψουμένην προσφοράν του Κυρίου εις τον Ααρών τον ιερέα. 29Από πάντων των δώρων σας θέλετε προσφέρει πάσαν υψουμένην προσφοράν του Κυρίου, από παντός του εξαιρέτου αυτών το ηγιασμένον μέρος εξ αυτών. 30Και θέλεις ειπεί προς αυτούς, Όταν προσφέρητε εξ αυτών το εξαίρετον αυτών, τούτο θέλει λογίζεσθαι διά τους Λευΐτας ως προϊόν του αλωνίου και ως προϊόν του ληνού· 31και θέλετε τρώγει αυτά εν παντί τόπω, σεις και αι οικογένειαί σας· διότι τούτο είναι μισθός εις εσάς διά την υπηρεσίαν σας εν τη σκηνή του μαρτυρίου· 32και δεν θέλετε φέρει εφ' εαυτούς αμαρτίαν δι' αυτά, όταν προσφέρητε απ' αυτών το εξαίρετον αυτών· και δεν θέλετε βεβηλώσει τα άγια των υιών Ισραήλ, διά να μη αποθάνητε.

1Yahweh said to Aaron, “You and your sons and your fathers’ house with you shall bear the iniquity of the sanctuary; and you and your sons with you shall bear the iniquity of your priesthood. 2Bring your brothers also, the tribe of Levi, the tribe of your father, near with you, that they may be joined to you, and minister to you; but you and your sons with you shall be before the tent of the testimony. 3They shall keep your commands, and the duty of all the Tent; only they shall not come near to the vessels of the sanctuary and to the altar, that they not die, neither they, nor you. 4They shall be joined to you, and keep the responsibility of the Tent of Meeting, for all the service of the Tent. A stranger shall not come near to you. 5“You shall perform the duty of the sanctuary and the duty of the altar, that there be no more wrath on the children of Israel. 6Behold, I myself have taken your brothers the Levites from among the children of Israel. They are a gift to you, dedicated to Yahweh, to do the service of the Tent of Meeting. 7You and your sons with you shall keep your priesthood for everything of the altar, and for that within the veil. You shall serve. I give you the service of the priesthood as a gift. The stranger who comes near shall be put to death.” 8Yahweh spoke to Aaron, “Behold, I myself have given you the command of my wave offerings, even all the holy things of the children of Israel. I have given them to you by reason of the anointing, and to your sons, as a portion forever. 9This shall be yours of the most holy things from the fire: every offering of theirs, even every meal offering of theirs, and every sin offering of theirs, and every trespass offering of theirs, which they shall render to me, shall be most holy for you and for your sons. 10You shall eat of it like the most holy things. Every male shall eat of it. It shall be holy to you. 11“This is yours, too: the wave offering of their gift, even all the wave offerings of the children of Israel. I have given them to you, and to your sons and to your daughters with you, as a portion forever. Everyone who is clean in your house shall eat of it. 12“I have given to you all the best of the oil, and all the best of the vintage, and of the grain, the first fruits of them which they give to Yahweh. 13The first-ripe fruits of all that is in their land, which they bring to Yahweh, shall be yours. Everyone who is clean in your house shall eat of it. 14“Everything devoted in Israel shall be yours. 15Everything that opens the womb, of all flesh which they offer to Yahweh, both of man and animal shall be yours. Nevertheless, you shall surely redeem the firstborn of man, and you shall redeem the firstborn of unclean animals. 16You shall redeem those who are to be redeemed of them from a month old, according to your estimation, for five shekels of money, after the shekel of the sanctuary, which weighs twenty gerahs. 17“But you shall not redeem the firstborn of a cow, or the firstborn of a sheep, or the firstborn of a goat. They are holy. You shall sprinkle their blood on the altar, and shall burn their fat for an offering made by fire, for a pleasant aroma to Yahweh. 18Their flesh shall be yours, as the wave offering breast and as the right thigh, it shall be yours. 19All the wave offerings of the holy things, which the children of Israel offer to Yahweh, have I given you, and your sons and your daughters with you, as a portion forever. It is a covenant of salt forever before Yahweh to you and to your seed with you.” 20Yahweh said to Aaron, “You shall have no inheritance in their land, neither shall you have any portion among them. I am your portion and your inheritance among the children of Israel. 21“To the children of Levi, behold, I have given all the tithe in Israel for an inheritance, in return for their service which they serve, even the service of the Tent of Meeting. 22Henceforth the children of Israel shall not come near the Tent of Meeting, lest they bear sin, and die. 23But the Levites shall do the service of the Tent of Meeting, and they shall bear their iniquity. It shall be a statute forever throughout your generations. Among the children of Israel, they shall have no inheritance. 24For the tithe of the children of Israel, which they offer as a wave offering to Yahweh, I have given to the Levites for an inheritance. Therefore I have said to them, ‘Among the children of Israel they shall have no inheritance.’” 25Yahweh spoke to Moses, saying, 26“Moreover you shall speak to the Levites, and tell them, ‘When you take of the children of Israel the tithe which I have given you from them for your inheritance, then you shall offer up a wave offering of it for Yahweh, a tithe of the tithe. 27Your wave offering shall be reckoned to you, as though it were the grain of the threshing floor, and as the fullness of the wine press. 28Thus you also shall offer a wave offering to Yahweh of all your tithes, which you receive of the children of Israel; and of it you shall give Yahweh’s wave offering to Aaron the priest. 29Out of all your gifts, you shall offer every wave offering of Yahweh, of all its best, even the holy part of it out of it.’ 30“Therefore you shall tell them, ‘When you heave its best from it, then it shall be reckoned to the Levites as the increase of the threshing floor, and as the increase of the wine press. 31You may eat it anywhere, you and your households, for it is your reward in return for your service in the Tent of Meeting. 32You shall bear no sin by reason of it, when you have heaved from it its best. You shall not profane the holy things of the children of Israel, that you not die.’”

1Zo zeide de HEERE tot Aaron: Gij, en uw zonen, en het huis uws vaders met u, zult dragen de ongerechtigheid des heiligdoms; en gij, en uw zonen met u, zult dragen de ongerechtigheid van uw priesterambt. 2En ook zult gij uw broederen, den stam van Levi, den stam uws vaders, met u doen naderen, dat zij u bijgevoegd worden, en u dienen; maar gij, en uw zonen met u, zult zijn voor de tent der getuigenis. 3En zij zullen uw wacht waarnemen, en de wacht der ganse tent; doch tot het gereedschap des heiligdoms en het altaar zullen zij niet naderen, opdat zij niet sterven, zo zij als gijlieden. 4Maar zij zullen u bijgevoegd worden, en de wacht van de tent der samenkomst waarnemen, en allen dienst der tent; en een vreemde zal tot u niet naderen. 5Gijlieden nu zult waarnemen de wacht des heiligdoms, en de wacht des altaars; opdat er geen verbolgenheid meer zij over de kinderen Israels. 6Want Ik, zie, Ik heb uw broederen, de Levieten, uit het midden der kinderen Israels genomen; zij zijn ulieden een gave, gegeven den HEERE, om den dienst van de tent der samenkomst te bedienen. 7Maar gij, en uw zonen met u, zult ulieder priesterambt waarnemen in alle zaken des altaars, en in hetgeen van binnen den voorhang is, dat zult gijlieden bedienen; uw priesterambt geve Ik u tot een dienst van een geschenk; en de vreemde, die nadert, zal gedood worden. 8Voorts sprak de HEERE tot Aaron: En Ik, zie, Ik heb u gegeven de wacht Mijner hefofferen, met alle heilige dingen van de kinderen Israels heb Ik ze u gegeven, om der zalving wil, en aan uw zonen, tot een eeuwige inzetting. 9Dit zult gij hebben van de heiligheid der heiligheden, uit het vuur: al hun offeranden, met al hun spijsoffer, en met al hun zondoffer, en met al hun schuldoffer, dat zij Mij zullen wedergeven; het zal u en uw zonen een heiligheid der heiligheden zijn. 10Aan het allerheiligste zult gij dat eten; al wat mannelijk is zal dat eten; het zal u een heiligheid zijn. 11Ook zal dit het uwe zijn: het hefoffer hunner gave, met alle beweegofferen der kinderen Israels; Ik heb ze aan u gegeven, en aan uw zonen, en aan uw dochteren met u, tot een eeuwige inzetting; al wie in uw huis rein is, zal dat eten. 12Al het beste van de olie, en al het beste van de most, en van koren, hun eerstelingen, die zij den HEERE zullen geven, u heb Ik ze gegeven. 13De eerste vruchten van alles, wat in hun land is, die zij den HEERE zullen brengen, zullen uwe zijn; al wie in uw huis rein is, zal dat eten. 14Al het verbannene in Israel zal het uwe zijn. 15Al wat de baarmoeder opent, van alle vlees, dat zij den HEERE zullen brengen, onder de mensen, en onder de beesten, zal het uwe zijn; doch de eerstgeborenen der mensen zult gij ganselijk lossen; ook zult gij lossen der eerstgeborenen der onreine beesten. 16Die nu onder dezelve gelost zullen worden, zult gij van een maand oud lossen, naar uw schatting, voor het geld van vijf sikkelen, naar den sikkel des heiligdoms, die is twintig gera. 17Maar het eerstgeborene van een koe, of het eerstgeborene van een schaap, of het eerstgeborene van een geit zult gij niet lossen, zij zijn heilig; hun bloed zult gij sprengen op het altaar, en hun ver zult gij aansteken, tot een vuuroffer van liefelijken reuk den HEERE. 18En hun vlees zal het uwe zijn; gelijk de beweegborst, en gelijk de rechterschouder, zal het uwe zijn. 19Alle hefofferen der heilige dingen, die de kinderen Israels den HEERE zullen offeren, heb Ik aan u gegeven, en aan uw zonen, en aan uw dochteren met u, tot een eeuwige inzetting; het zal een eeuwig zoutverbond zijn, voor het aangezicht des HEEREN, voor u en voor uw zaad met u. 20Ook zeide de HEERE tot Aaron: Gij zult in hun land niet erven, en gij zult geen deel in het midden van henlieden hebben; Ik ben uw deel en uw erfenis, in het midden van de kinderen Israels. 21En zie, aan de kinderen van Levi heb Ik alle tienden in Israel ter erfenis gegeven, voor hun dienst, dien zij bedienen, den dienst van de tent der samenkomst. 22En de kinderen Israels zullen niet meer naderen tot de tent der samenkomst, om zonde te dragen en te sterven. 23Maar de Levieten, die zullen bedienen den dienst van de tent der samenkomst, en die zullen hun ongerechtigheid dragen; het zal een eeuwige inzetting zijn voor uw geslachten; en in het midden van de kinderen Israels zullen zij geen erfenis erven. 24Want de tienden der kinderen Israels, die zij den HEERE tot een hefoffer zullen offeren, heb Ik aan de Levieten tot een erfenis gegeven; daarom heb Ik tot hen gezegd: Zij zullen in het midden van de kinderen Israels geen erfenis erven. 25En de HEERE sprak tot Mozes, zeggende: 26Gij zult ook tot de Levieten spreken, en tot hen zeggen: Wanneer gij van de kinderen Israels de tienden zult ontvangen hebben, die Ik u voor uw erfenis van henlieden gegeven heb, zo zult gij daarvan een hefoffer des HEEREN offeren, de tienden van die tienden; 27En het zal u gerekend worden tot uw hefoffer, als koren van den dorsvloer, en als de volheid van de perskuip. 28Alzo zult gij ook een hefoffer des HEEREN offeren van al uw tienden, die gij van de kinderen Israels zult hebben ontvangen; en gij zult daarvan des HEEREN hefoffer geven aan den priester Aaron. 29Van al uw gaven zult gij alle hefoffer des HEEREN offeren; van al het beste van die, van zijn heiliging daarvan. 30Gij zult dan tot hen zeggen: Als gij deszelfs beste daarvan offert, zo zal het den Levieten toegerekend worden als een inkomen des dorsvloers, en als een inkomen des perskuips. 31En gij zult dat eten in alle plaatsen, gij en uw huis; want het is ulieden een loon voor uw dienst in de tent der samenkomst. 32Zo zult gij daarover geen zonde dragen, als gij deszelfs beste daarvan offert; en gij zult de heilige dingen van de kinderen Israels niet ontheiligen, opdat gij niet sterft.
