1 Korintským 16

1O zbírce pak na svaté, jakž jsem nařídil v církvích Galatských, tak i vy čiňte. 2V každou neděli jeden každý z vás sám u sebe slož, schovaje podlé možnosti, aby ne tehdáž, když bych přišel, zbírky se dály. 3Když pak přijdu, kterékoli schválíte skrze listy, tyť pošli, aby donesli tuto milost vaši do Jeruzaléma. 4Pakliť by se za hodné vidělo, abych i já šel, půjdouť se mnou. 5Přijduť pak k vám, když Macedonii projdu; (nebo Macedonii míním projíti.) 6Ale u vásť snad poostanu, aneb i přes zimu pobudu, abyste vy mne doprovodili, kamž bych koli šel. 7Nechci zajisté s vámi se toliko na zastavení shledati, ale naději se, že za nějaký čas pobudu u vás, bude-li Pán chtíti. 8Zůstanuť pak v Efezu až do letnic. 9Nebo otevříny jsou mi tu veliké a mocné dvéře, a protivníků mnoho. 10Přišel-liť by pak Timoteus, hleďtež, aby bezpečně byl u vás; neboť dílo Páně dělá jako i já. 11Protož nechť jím žádný nepohrdá, ale vyprovoďte jej v pokoji, ať přijde ke mně; neboť na něj čekám s bratřími. 12O Apollovi pak bratru vězte, že jsem ho velmi prosil, aby šel k vám s bratřími. Ale nikoli nebyl té vůle, aby nyní přišel, než přijdeť, když bude míti čas příhodný. 13Bděte, stůjte u víře, zmužile sobě počínejte, buďtež silní. 14Všecky věci vaše ať se dějí v lásce. 15Prosímť pak vás, bratří, víte, že čeled Štěpánova jest prvotiny Achaie, a že se v službu svatým vydali, 16Abyste i vy poddáni byli takovým, i všelikému pomáhajícímu a pracujícímu. 17Těšímť se pak z příchodu Štěpána, a Fortunáta, a Achaika; nebo nedostatek váš oni doplnili. 18Potěšili zajisté mého ducha i vašeho. Protož znejtež takové. 19Pozdravujíť vás zborové, kteříž jsou v Azii. Pozdravujíť vás v Pánu velice Akvila a Priscilla, s církví tou, kteráž jest v domě jejich. 20Pozdravují vás všickni bratří. Pozdravte sebe vespolek v políbení svatém. 21Pozdravení vlastní rukou Pavlovou. 22Jestliže kdo nemiluje Pána Jezukrista, budiž proklatý: Maran atha. 23Milost Pána Jezukrista s vámi. 24I láska má v Kristu Ježíši se všechněmi vámi. Amen.

1Now concerning the collection for the saints, as I commanded the assemblies of Galatia, you do likewise. 2On the first day of the week, let each one of you save, as he may prosper, that no collections be made when I come. 3When I arrive, I will send whoever you approve with letters to carry your gracious gift to Jerusalem. 4If it is appropriate for me to go also, they will go with me. 5But I will come to you when I have passed through Macedonia, for I am passing through Macedonia. 6But with you it may be that I will stay, or even winter, that you may send me on my journey wherever I go. 7For I do not wish to see you now in passing, but I hope to stay a while with you, if the Lord permits. 8But I will stay at Ephesus until Pentecost, 9for a great and effective door has opened to me, and there are many adversaries. 10Now if Timothy comes, see that he is with you without fear, for he does the work of the Lord, as I also do. 11Therefore let no one despise him. But set him forward on his journey in peace, that he may come to me; for I expect him with the brothers. 12Now concerning Apollos, the brother, I strongly urged him to come to you with the brothers; and it was not at all his desire to come now; but he will come when he has an opportunity. 13Watch! Stand firm in the faith! Be courageous! Be strong! 14Let all that you do be done in love. 15Now I beg you, brothers (you know the house of Stephanas, that it is the first fruits of Achaia, and that they have set themselves to serve the saints), 16that you also be in subjection to such, and to everyone who helps in the work and labors. 17I rejoice at the coming of Stephanas, Fortunatus, and Achaicus; for that which was lacking on your part, they supplied. 18For they refreshed my spirit and yours. Therefore acknowledge those who are like that. 19The assemblies of Asia greet you. Aquila and Priscilla greet you much in the Lord, together with the assembly that is in their house. 20All the brothers greet you. Greet one another with a holy kiss. 21This greeting is by me, Paul, with my own hand. 22If any man doesn’t love the Lord Jesus Christ, let him be accursed. Come, Lord! 23The grace of the Lord Jesus Christ be with you. 24My love to all of you in Christ Jesus. Amen.

1Aangaande nu de verzameling, die voor de heiligen geschiedt, gelijk als ik aan de Gemeenten in Galatie verordend heb, doet ook gij alzo. 2Op elken eersten dag der week, legge een iegelijk van u iets bij zichzelven weg, vergaderende een schat, naar dat hij welvaren verkregen heeft; opdat de verzamelingen alsdan niet eerst geschieden, wanneer ik gekomen zal zijn. 3En wanneer ik daar zal gekomen zijn, zal ik hen, die gij zult bekwaam achten door brieven, zenden, om uw gave naar Jeruzalem over te dragen. 4En indien het der moeite waardig mocht zijn, dat ik ook zelf reizen zou, zo zullen zij met mij reizen. 5Doch ik zal tot u komen, wanneer ik Macedonie zal doorgegaan zijn, (want ik zal door Macedonie gaan); 6En ik zal mogelijk bij u blijven, of ook overwinteren, opdat gij mij moogt geleiden, waar ik zal henenreizen. 7Want ik wil u nu niet zien in het voorbijgaan, maar ik hoop enigen tijd bij u te blijven, indien het de Heere zal toelaten. 8Maar ik zal te Efeze blijven tot den pinkster dag. 9Want mij is een grote en krachtige deur geopend, en er zijn vele tegenstanders. 10Zo nu Timotheus komt, ziet, dat hij buiten vreze bij u zij; want hij werkt het werk des Heeren, gelijk als ik. 11Dat hem dan niemand verachte; maar geleidt hem in vrede, opdat hij tot mij kome; want ik verwacht hem met de broederen. 12En wat aangaat Apollos, den broeder, ik heb hem zeer gebeden, dat hij met de broederen tot u komen zou; maar het was ganselijk zijn wil niet, dat hij nu zou komen; doch hij zal komen, wanneer het hem wel gelegen zal zijn. 13Waakt, staat in het geloof, houdt u mannelijk, zijt sterk. 14Dat al uw dingen in de liefde geschieden. 15En ik bid u, broeders, gij kent het huis van Stefanas, dat het is de eersteling van Achaje, en dat zij zichzelven den heiligen ten dienst hebben geschikt; 16Dat gij ook u aan de zodanigen onderwerpt, en aan een iegelijk, die medewerkt en arbeidt. 17En ik verblijde mij over de aankomst van Stefanas, en Fortunatus, en Achaikus, want dezen hebben vervuld hetgeen mij aan u ontbrak; 18Want zij hebben mijn geest verkwikt, en ook den uwen. Erkent dan de zodanigen. 19U groeten de Gemeenten van Azie. U groeten zeer in den Heere Aquila en Priscilla, met de Gemeente, die te hunnen huize is. 20U groeten al de broeders. Groet elkander met een heiligen kus. 21De groetenis met mijn hand van Paulus. 22Indien iemand den Heere Jezus Christus niet liefheeft, die zij een vervloeking; Maran-atha! 23De genade van den Heere Jezus Christus zij met u. 24Mijn liefde zij met u allen in Christus Jezus.
